Large, bright, clean rooms. The included hot breakfast is great and the staff is always available to help out. I always try to stay here when I'm in town.

We stayed here for two nights in a pet friendly room with kitchenette. Overall it was great! Rooms were well equipped and modern, and the front desk service was exceptional. They even provided a bag of treats and canned food for my cat, which made us feel very welcome.

Great staff and service. Very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices from waffles, eggs, cereal etc. Pool table is decent for taller kids or who are comfortable in the water as the shallowest part is 0.9 meters (3 feet).

Nice hotel at the city's east edge. I've stayed here multiple times and have always found the staff great and friendly. Check in /out is simple and never a hassle. Breakfast is great as well. Easy access from the number 1 highway. Great modern rooms with very comfy beds. I will be back.

Fantastic home away from home. Very nice staff, clean hotel. Good location just of Hwy 1. Rooms are comfortable size. Lots of pillows for the bed. I room Internet actually works.

First time staying at the Best Western Plus Eastgate Inn and Suites in Regina and we were very pleased with all aspects of our stay. Staff especially friendly, rooms neat and well-appointed, good location for our visiting. We have a small dog and the BWEI&S was very well set up for same. We visit Regina annually and will DEFINITELY be staying at this hotel again.

Very helpful and polite staff. They took the extra time to make sure we had everything we needed as well as got us directions to a event we were going to the next day.

So friendly and very nice rooms. I never knew they offer a full breakfast. That was a great surprise! Highly recommend. I also love that when you phone them, you get front desk staff, not a call centre!

The staff is always professional. I have stayed here multiple times for work trips. Never have any issues. Check in is always quick and easy. Room is always clean.

Newer hotel nicely decorated close to restaurants and shopping close to TranCan coming from the east. Lots of items to choice from the free breakfast. Would stay at this hotel again next time in Regina,

Great Hotel. Everything looked new. Pool and water slide were great for the kids. Free breakfast was adequate.

This location is great, I believe it was built around 5 years ago. Making everything pretty new. The front desk staff has always been really helpful. I was having trouble with my rewards card and the older gentlemen with the white beard called the corporate office for me and fixed everything. This location is great and walking distance to the Canadian Brew House and Fasomo Pizza. Moxies and Ealrs is a short drive as well. They are dog friendly and have a pool and slide for the kids. Gym is decent and they have a hot tub.

Our stay at the Best Western Plus in Regina was superb. The staff ensure nothing is missed, and are all very cordial. We dealt mainly with Ross and he definitely knows what customer service is. The room was clean, spacious, well designed and had all we needed. The breakfast was excellent with many very good choices. Greeted every time we came in the door. This is why we always choose Best Western.

Had an excellent stay, the people working there were kind, friendly and exceptional service all around. The pool was a little small for my 12 yr old but he still had a great time and most of all clean! Free breakfast was also great… loved the friendly environment and easy feel to it. This is an excellent place to stay with children. Went on to stay at BW in Edmonton and in comparison BW in Edmonton was a dive and so disappointing on so many levels. Pool was dirty, service from the staff was awkward and almost felt stonewalled by comparison. Pool was small and dirty and the gym was inaccessible for my whole stay. I will never stay at BW in Edmonton again, service all around was poor. The only thing fun about it was a wall to wall hotel room window.

I’m in the middle of a 4 night stay here right now. This is an excellent hotel. Highly recommend! Free parking, good breakfast, very comfortable.

New hotel conveniently located on Hwy 1 on the East side of Regina. Close to a major shopping area across the Hwy. Quiet, comfortable room and good breakfast with eggs, hashbrowns and sausage. Fast express checkout service made my departure easy. I enjoyed my stay.

Staff were more then helpful. Place was exceptionally clean. Pool was awesome and breakfast was surprisingly delicious. I will be staying here over and over again.

We always stay here on business and has always been a great place to stay at a reasonable price but on Dec. 7, 2017 at 7pm we tried to stay again on business on our way through and the guy at the desk tried to charge us more than $50 more for the night than usual… we told him we have never paid that and started to walk away as he was stuttering and stammering for us to come and negotiate! Not happening! There are three other hotels surrounding this one and we stayed at one of them for $60 less than you offered us for a King room. And then we checked the others for pricing and they also where $50-60 less for a king room you offered us! We will now be taking our business next door in the future and letting others know as well!

Have stayed here several times now and I have to say it's fantastic. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Even helped me boost my car! The pool and breakfast are good and lots of nice rooms. Overall very nice.

A comfortable, clean and relatively new hotel on the east side of Regina, Saskatchewan. Just off Victoria Avenue (Trans-Canada Highway), it has easy access to the rest of the city. The staff is courteous and professional, and the amenities well maintained.

Great sized rooms and clean. I had 3 pets with no problems and they even had a little treat bag to give to eat of my pets. My kids loved the pool and waterslide.

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel was clean and neat. Rooms comfortable and the interior colors a little brighter giving a nicer relaxed feeling. Recommended!

Favorite place to stay in Regina. Easy access, close to all amenities. Rooms are comfortable and roomy. Hotel is well maintained and showing very little sign of wear and tear. Lobby is well appointed and offers seating and business centre.

Not impressed. Somehow, they wrongly disengaged the key cards the first two nights. Then we asked to extend our stay a day. We were put on a waiting list, which was fine. Except when we checked out, only then were we told they had a room. They claimed they tried to reach me on my cell (wrong) and left a voicemail on the room phone (also wrong). Found it frustrating to stay there. Won't be back.

Great facility … from the pool and jacuzzi, to the great front desk staff who gave restaurant recommendations when asked, right thru to the amazing room with fabulous decor — loved this place!

Can certainly tell that there is an efficent manager who cares about the quests, the hotel and the staff because of how the hotel is run and how quests are treated by the staff. If this hotel keeps it up, bookings will have to be a year in advance because they will be so busy due to good service, cleanliness, quite/comfortable rooms, salt water/warm pool, "fresh and varied" breakfast selection (not just cereal/toast) kitchen staff, helpful, patient, calm mannered; 'not' rushing people by 9:45 out of the dinning room with chairs already placed away because breakfast hour is almost over. Reliable wake-up calls! Every employee was as helpful and pleasant as the next. BUT! the pillow's, bring your own if you can, realize though, you may not want to leave the hotel then because it will be too perfect. Great stay. Thank-you.

New hotel with very generous sized rooms. Extremely clean, quiet and a wide variety for breakfast. Excellent quality for the price. Would definitely recommend it and will stay again next time we are traveling through the area.

Impressed with the appearance, layout and quality of the hotel and room. Pleased there were ample handicap spots for those of us that require closeness to the hotel. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool and have requested a future visit. Breakfast items were good and good variety.

Unbelievably surpassed expectations! Rooms were top notch clean, large, and very modern. Beds were clean and comfortable. Pool was a blast for my three year old but to deep to play unaided. Staff is amazingly kind, accommodating, and helpful. This stay was an unexpected stop for our families yearly trip through Regina however, we will probably plan to stop again at this hotel because it was such a relaxing night. The free breakfast was fantastic to boot.

My family and I stayed for two nights and we had a great experience. We booked a 2-Queen room with kitchenette and were amazed with how much space we had. The kitchenette was well stocked with everything to make it very functional. I could easily see us being comfortable living out of a room like this for a more extended stay. Good options at breakfast. Everyone enjoyed it. The pool was a big plus. Shallow and ideal for younger kids (1.1m near waterslide or 0.9m otherwise). Not sure what it is really called, but the "current pool" area was a lot of fun for the kids to float around in. We spent hours at the pool. Bringing a couple life jackets and pool noodles helped.

This is an average Best Western, however their prices are higher than other places carrying the Best Western Name,. The part that turned me off what that they charge you a 100.00 deposit at the time of check in. I have never been charged a deposit at any chain hotel/motel in the past 50 years. If there is a problem with the room once we check out, they already have the credit card info on file and the agreement you sight when you check in. With all the competitors in the area of this hotel, people will soon just go to the Hamptons or some other accommodation.

Very disappointed. The pool and waterslide was the main reason we came. Some kid had pooped in the pool, and whoever decided how to treat the pool afterward obviously wasn't concerned with the health of our kids, or didn't know what they were doing. My son coughed so much from the fumes coming off the pool, he vomited. Everyone was coughing in there. I complained and was not offered any satisfactory response.
