This place is disgusting! Was there 10 days through work, when I checked in there was blood on the sheets 🤢🤢, I brought it to there attention immediately. They reassured me they would be changed. After 10 nights, the same bloody sheets were still on the bed. I spoke with the manager (Twila) and all she said was that it was all new staff and she didn’t know if they even knew the hotel had more sheets. The first 2 pics are upon check in and the last 2 were when I was leaving.

The staff at Best Western in Prince Albert are very friendly. I definitely recommend anyone passing through or needing to stay in PA to stay here! Rooms are clean and quiet.

If you want to stay at this hotel be very prepared not to get your towels or sheets dirty make very sure you don’t leave trash behind or they will say it was messy and also take you damage deposit back charge u 300 for stains on towels that are meant to be dirty after u use them… they don’t cook there food properly if u want a baked potato best believe it get put in the microwaved and cooked till it’s ready I’ve personally seen food been dropped then served right after… who wants to recook a steak well done after they been waiting ten minutes already just a rinse 30 sec back on the grill and like new I would stay away from this hotel strongly not recommended.

Nice comfortable place with restaurant, liquor store and bar all under one roof.

I don’t usually like to focus on negative experiences. Unfortunately, I have had such poor service with this hotel trying to book meeting space, I feel compelled to share to avoid others having the same experience, and perhaps encourage the management to improve the rental of their meeting rooms.
The first issue lies in the lack of communication. I have had to literally chase down someone to even book the room. Then, there is little to no communication between front desk staff and meeting room staff making it impossible to even check in once the booking is confirmed.
Today was the fourth time I’ve had an issue with arriving and the meeting room is not set up. This was extremely inconvenient as I frantically needed to find somewhere else to go with my guests.
The front desk staff does not try to accommodate and offers no solution to the problems just that they were “not aware” a meeting was booked and is simply following hotel policy to not allow me to enter the space because they added a $100 fee for possible damages that were never spoken of before or in the agreement.
It took 3 attempts to get the hotel to return my call for booking and when I did reach them they apparently sent me an infected contract attachment, knowingly!
There are other issues as well but I think my point is made.
May I suggest to the Best Western if you offer meeting rooms you should offer service with them.

Great location for attending events at Art Hauser sports complex in P. A. Room could do with updating but otherwise the beds were great and everything else was very satisfactory for the price. Good breakfast included.

The rooms are nice & it's quiet. Good food in the restaurant. And reasonable prices. I will definetely stay there again.

This is the very best service we have ever had at any motel, the gal at check in was far above average. Breakfast was also excellent and really great waiter served us, he was super as well. Found the pillows to thick but very comfortable room, Don.

We have stayed at this property over the past 9 years. We appreciate the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms are always being updated and the air quality in the rooms is excellent. I did however have a bad experience with the pillows on the bed. Did not enjoy or have a pleasant sleep with that style of pillow… need to be changed.

One of the Best hotels in Prince Albert. For an older hotel the rooms are very nice, clean, and beds are very comfortable. The suites are large with a couch and sitting area. This is my choice of hotel when I visit Prince Albert… the staff are very friendly and accommodating. FREE HOT breakfasts at the restaurant in the morning with numerous choices to choose from… I strongly recommend staying at the Best Western Marquis Inn and Suites in Prince Albert!

Clean and comfortable suite. Room for 2 adults and a small dog. There is plenty of green grass for my puppy to visit. Happy with everything but the massage chair in the living room that was an eyesore. Otherwise quite good.

Great hotel. Great breakfast. Great service from hotel staff. I will be staying at this hotel on all my future travels to Prince Albert.

Although we booked our room well in advance, the price for our room was extremely inflated due to the many events happening in Prince Albert. I paid $229 for my room and my coworker (who booked the same type of room on the same night) paid $169 for her room. I had booked two queen beds but was given two double beds, which did not make for a comfortable sleep for 4 people. I appreciated the breakfast included with the room, but it was unfortunate that we waited over an hour for toasted bagels and fresh fruit.

Room was beautifully clean, with a very comfortable bed. Had a great sleep. Front desk staff were excellent and deserve high marks for excellent customer service. Will stay again when working in the Prince Albert area.

If I could give you ZERO STARS if I could! We can't even relax in this hotel or restaurant! Every time we stay here the staff treat us horribly and won't give us our Health Canada meals if our appointments run late. No other hotel in the province has ever treated us this poorly when we're late for our meals because of medical appointments! imo they are racist! a place to get treated horribly. The staff need training in being courteous and accommodating to their patrons.

The best stay in Prince Albert. Great staff and incredible service. An excellent breakfast is included in your stay. Rooms are decorated nicely, they are clean and the bests are ultra comfortable. I only stay at this hotel when visiting Prince Albert. You will not be disappointed. Cheers!

Clean rooms, friendly staff, a great made to order breakfast included. My only complaint is that the beds are a little firm. I found this location to feel very safe and well kept. When I discovered the last occupant had put a plastic bag over the smoke detector it took less than 5 minutes for someone from housekeeping to come remove it. The welcome bag with chips, a jucie box, and a granola bar is a nice touch.

Stayed here for a week on business, had a good experience. The walls don't offer very good sound insulation and there's no pool, but the staff are friendly and helpful. The bed and room were both comfortable and the bathroom was entirely adequate. If I was sent to Prince Albert again, I wouldn't dread staying here again. It was very clean.

The staff were all extremely helpful and always in a great mood. Rooms were clean and tidy. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Prince Albert. My dog was thrilled with her own goody bag when we checked in.

The 2nd floor of the hotel is very nice. Prices did not make sense. Nicer rooms were less money. The other team members paid less. Online was 139. Reservation was 181 US not including taxes. Hotel was 169 — changed to 152 plus tax.

I can't say enough good things about this location. The staff are welcoming and truly focused on customer service. They understand that as Saskatchewan business travelers we are often subject to the whims of weather and roads and are extremely accommodating. The welcome bag at check-in is a real treat, and the made-to-order breakfast is the best one in town. I always look forward to my next stay at the Best Western Marquis Inn and Suites in Prince Albert.

Although the bed was comfortable, the room was dusty. The tub was dirty. No plastic bags in the garbage cans. The ice bucket was cracked and dirty. The coffee machine was dirty. Sugar hard. Tea packaging dirty. Wrinkled bedsheets and curtains. Cleanliness is one thing but even the Maintenance work done was not done well… such as the painted bathroom door. Poor job. The grout in the tub is dirty, cracked and patched. Service was good. Even a gift bag upon arrival with chips, juice and a granola bar. Breakfast was not buffet but a few select choices at the hotel restaurant. It was good and well prepared. Ok but not up to even other Best Western standards. Up to date look Photo shows view during a lightening storm from our room.

Check-in was great. Check-out was a bit slow. Rooms were cold when we arrived. Breakfast was delicious. Customers were loud when checking out! Sound proof doors are a must. Overall, great staff and very clean. I would stay there again but away from Check-out desk.

Very unimpressed with the service here. Not only was the shower pressure very poor as well as the temperature and clogged drains. The breakfast in the morning I waited for 1 hour to receive my food because the waiter we handed our cards to “Didn’t have time” to punch the card in. Very unsatisfied would not recommend.

This Best Western was about the same as all the others. There really is nothing to complain about. We always find Best Western very satisfactory which is why we stay there whenever we can.

My experience here this time was aweful. The dining service and food was terrible. In one hallway the emergency lights did not work when the power went out. My room only was made up one time before 4pm. They booked me the wrong room and then when I arrived and informed them of their mistake they did move me but then charged me a higher price then I was quoted over the phone. Needless to say I won't be staying here again. And would not recommend this hotel. It use to be a very nice place to stay.

Great customer service at the front desk. Very clean and adequate rooms with mini fridge and microwave. Comfortable beds and a great location.

Very friendly hotel clean and neat. People who worked there were great. Internet is a problem, seems they need more powerful modems. I will stay there again. Food was very good especially the butter chicken.

Nice enough hotel. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast staff could use a little get-up and go. In-room safe needs instructions posted on it — should not have to go to front desk for that info.

We stay here for business and it is a great hotel. Great breakfast choices. Friendly and helpful staff. The room is always comfortable. One day on our last stay housekeeping missed our room but it wasn't a big issue as we aren't super messy and I'm sure they would have immediately come had we mentioned it to them. The restaurant has good food and huge portions. There is an attached bar as well which serves more casual bar food which is great for sharing.

The staff was very warm and friendly, overly helpful! The room was great, everything we could wish for… comfortable beds, very clean and nicely decorated. Would definitely stay here Again!

Very polite staff at check in and through out my stay. Found the best price for me. Hotel was clean and modern. Amazing customer service from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. It also has a free breakfast served at the restaurant that was great.

Excellent service, great value considering price and location. The hotel is very clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was very unique for a Best Western. You went to the restaurant and were given a card to make your breakfast selections. The menu selection was excellent as in any full service establishment. Your selection was then delivered to your table. If visiting in the area give this hotel consideration.

We had a great stay. Rooms well appointed. Staff very helpful. Fair price. Nice to have a full restaurant in the building.

Very happy with our stay here. Room was comfortable and clean, plus they were welcoming of our small dog, even giving her a welcome gift! Nice touch. Only criticism was with the towels. They were very old and threadbare. Need to order some new towels please!

Fabulous stay at the Marquis Inn and Suites in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan! We were greeted by helpful, caring and compassionate people in check in. All our needs were met perfectly and we appreciated the Care bags for the rooms and the doggie care bag! Thanks for making our stay comfortable and joyful!

Stayed with a big group. Pet friendly at no additional charge. Restaurant is good and reasonably priced. Staff is courteous and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

4 of us stayed in a room with 3 beds. The room accommodated us but was dirty and illequiped. Staff acted like they didn't want to be there and all seemed to be in training. Had to ask for TP and extra towels both nights. Free breakfast was limited to what u could have and how much. We stay in B W's all the time and were extremely disappointed with this 1. Wont stay there again and don't recommend if ur looking for place to stay in PA.

Decent location (South-central), close to arena and casino. Hotel has a restaurant and there is an A & W across the street. Had a king suite room — king bed and double-size sofa bed. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Clean bathroom and shower had good flow and lots of hot water. Very friendly staff and efficient check-in. Would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were spacious and lovely, the staff exceptionally friendly, the complimentary breakfast was cooked to order, the front lobby is welcoming, and they are a super pet friendly hotel that even waived our pet fee. I highly recommend BW Marquis Inn for those visiting Prince Albert.

Housekeeping is getting worse every time we stay here (twice a year for three nights) 1. We had to ask to have our bedding changed as there was a huge stain on the bed the first night we arrived. 2. Housekeeping came in and asked my husband twice if he wants the bed changed, she finally did after my husband ask as she was about to leave… 3. She took the towels and did not bring any back to replace them. Front desk is very hard to understand. Breakfast and the staff in the restaurant are fantastic.

Staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating and went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfy and the complimentary breakfast had great variety! Would definitely recommend!

Had a good breakfast and the room was good. Comfortable bed, clean, and good toiletries available. The only issue was my room key didn't work so someone had to let me into my room every time I wanted to enter. While annoying, I hardly think it's a common thing so unless someone else has the same problem.

Stayed here for a wedding on the weekend and noticed a $20 charge on my credit card. When I called the hotel and asked about it, was told there was damage to the face cloths. All we did was wash our faces, either they didnt even try to wash them or the products they use dont clean the greatest. Definitely makes me question the cleanliness of this place if they cant wash something as simple as make up out of a face cloth. If you are worried about make up on a face cloth then provide dark colour towels. Will never stay here again.

The staff is excellent and very kind. During my last visit they noticed I was booked into a room they considered noisy and moved me to a quieter room. They called to see if I needed anything. The breakfast was great and the room was clean and comfortable.

It was pretty good. Nice rooms and okay breakfast (all little inflexible on the items that can be chosen). The bed was a vibrating bed but did not properly work… Only some of massage motors worked.

Hotel is quite old and only cleanish. Definitely could use an update. The gym is also pretty lackluster.

Great hotel, well ran with amazing staff. Great Restaurant in the front with free continental breakfast for guests. Bar and off sale attached to hotel. All in all just a great place to stay when in Prince Albert.

I might stay here for another time.

The best hotel in town! The staff there is awesome a real great time to be working with! Thanks to the manager for giving me the opportunity to be apart of the team.

We really like this hotel and made it a regular stop. On April 29th we arrived and found out that I had mistakenly made the reservation for the next night. They were very gracious and gave us a nice room and told us that they would cancel the next night for us. We were then billed for the next night as a no-show. When I called the hotel they apologized and said that the money would be put back on my card. This was not done. After many calls, leaving messages, and not receiving calls back I was finally told that they would send me a gift card for $150 because there was a problem with their accounting department. I called back a month later to find out that the card was coming from head office. Still nothing. The manager was let go during this time and I talked to another manager who said that it would be cleared up. Nothing. We called head office but they said that they can't do anything but be a mediator. We left a message again but still nothing. We have been regular customers of the Best Western. We like their hotels but are finding that customer service is very lacking. All we want is our money back.

I made a reservation a month before my stay. I arrived at the hotel on Friday (the day of my reservation) and there was a wedding party ahead of me (3 men) and they were also trying to check in. The clerk at the desk seemed to be having a problem with the reservation of the wedding party. The time was 3:40 in the afternoon. I asked if I was able to check in to my room and she informed me that I would not be able to check in until 4:00. I was a little upset and advised that I didn't want to actually go into my room, but get the key so I could just go into the room when I came back. She advised that this was not possible, I had to wait until 4:00. I went for a coffee and came back at 4:15 and the line up for check in was to the door. There were a LOT of problems with check in and I waited an hour and twenty minutes to check in! The check in clerks were not very pleasant and quite rude. My stay was for 3 nights and they provide free breakfasts to their guests via a coupon you get from the front desk, fill out and take to the restaurant. We went into the restaurant on Sunday morning and it was chaos! The tables were all dirty and when we tried to order we were told by the waiter "I was hired yesterday with absolutely no training", needless to say the meal was not good (cold) and only part of it came and we waited 40 minutes for it. I used to stay at this hotel whenever I travelled to Prince Albert but will not be staying there again.

I haven't spent a night there yet but I am finding that just making a reservation is very challenging, as they do not return phone calls, they do not email reservation confirmation, and it is very hard to understand the people there.

Stayed here one night with my family. Room was good, stay was good, until I checked my credit card statement. They charged me $100 for smoking in a non-smoking room. No one in our family smokes and we had no visitors in our room. I brought this to the hotels attention. And the manager was very rude. She said she would look into it. Three weeks later, still waiting.
