Nice clean rooms nice and quite good breakfast.

A bit disappointed, as there was not any microwave in the room. However, the manager was very helpful to even suggest me to use the one in their staff area.

I stayed here for business, I was spoiled with the “little” things to make my stay comfortable. The room itself was nice, clean and comfortable. I especially liked the provided amenities of dishware, paper towel and dish soap for times to eat in room. I certainly missed that the next I stayed someplace else for business.

Staff here were great. Super friendly and accommodating when we were stuck due to auto breakdown. Clean, well maintained.

The staff are really good but the rooms are outdated for being a new place. There is no plugins by the bed for your phones and there is only one elevator for the four floors the hotel has. It is also extremely slow, so you tend to spend more time waiting for it then you so riding in it. Seems like a really good family place with the pool and hot tub and the added security walking the lot during the night. Would give it higher score if there where plugs and better elevator or at least another one.

Booked a block of rooms for family and friends who were coming to town for our wedding, the manager was great with helping with that and getting us a great rate for them! I also booked the JACUZZI suite for my soon to be husband and I for our wedding night and the night after. After a loooong day at our wedding we couldn't wait to crawl into bed, only to find the holiday Inn had given our room away. I was so upset and disappointed Completely ruined the rest. Of. Our night. They only have one room. Left and it was a small, cold and smelly. Room. So unimpressed with them now. Will never stay here again, nor will we recommend to ANYONE.

A nice small hotel, decent neighborhood, good staff.

The pool closes at 9. I’ve never been so let down in my life. Pools close at 10. That is what they do. All I wanted was a nice soak in the hot tub and maybe a quick dip in the below average pool but no. Disappointed. The desk guy was really nice.

It is in a terrible area, the rooms look like something you would see in a horror movie. Weird smell in the halls and in the lobby. If there was another hotel I could go to I would. I now know why every the other hotels in the area are full but there are still rooms available here.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, and close proximity to a movie theatre and lots of stores and restaurants.

The staff was nice, breakfast was good, the room was clean. But the pool and pool deck were filthy. I've never seen pool water so dirty.

Bed not bad. Room is spacious. The elevator and hall way could be more cleaner. Other than that, this hotel is one of the better one in PA.

It was OK, not great, room was clean, buffet was great but locals could use sum manners and gratitude, management of the Inn could use a course in communication and not walk into your room at 2am and accuse you of not registering. Thumbs down for management.

Staff friendly. Not much english when aski g for something… breakfast girls were the best hosts. Excellent food.

The hotel is clean and the staff was very friendly. As it's a newer hotel, the rooms are modern and nicely appointed. The continental breakfast was typical with a few hot items along with the traditional breakfast fare. The location is easy to find, but surprisingly difficult to actually access. The actual entrance to the parking lot is not easy to locate and only accessible for northbound traffic.

We enjoyed our stay. Nice clean room. Quiet with comfortable bed and pillows. Bath tub had rust spots but lots of hot water and shower was awesome. Breakfast was good with a variety of hot and cold dishes. Even baked beans!

The location is near many restaurants and the theatre. Rooms were adequate size and clean. However, they allowed a lot of activity in the halls and conference rooms really late (1:30 am). So quite loud.

Comfortable room. Lots of variety on the telly. The A/C is a bit outdated and the fan goes on randomly in the middle of the night. The indoor pool gives the lobby a strong chlorine smell. Might be an issue for sensitive noses.

The staff is awesome, the rooms were good. Prices are decent for the stay u get. I would definitely stay here again l. And would recommend it to others as well.

Only Place I would stay in Prince Albert. Best associates ever, at this hotel. Room was always clean. Cant say enough about the staff and stay!

Rooms decent. Had some issues with the sink but they were very accommodating and put me into a new room.

Staff were extremely friendly and the rooms were clean and well maintained. I had a complaint during my stay and the staff worked to rectify the situation immediately in a professional manner. I walked away extremely happy.

From our arrival to our departure, the entire staff was helpful, friendly, and sincere about taking care of us. I look forward to staying here again the next time we visit town for work!

Room was clean and quiet. Morning breakfast was good. Did not use the pool but it looked well maintained.

Hotel gd, staff great sketchy hotel not ok first night car alarms and security had to run through the parking lot, second day a brawl between a man and women staying at the hell hole in the parking lot, swearing screaming, throwing, smashing things, then later a swearing and screaming match between other patrons of same hell hotel send an email to let Holiday Inn know said my concerns would be addressed in 48 hours still waiting three days later not sure where to safety park the rental car overnight, that was a challenge and to top this wonderful experience off had a shady character by the hotel door as we were leaving begging for money. The HI execs should stay here and wonder around night and day undercover to see what I mean. Not impressed won't stay again unless a fence or bull dozer deals with the problem,,

Hotel is adequate but in the same parking lot as a monthly rate motel in which the residents seam to like to stay up all night partying on their balconies.

Disappointed. The hotel is in a sketchy parking lot. It is a little outdated. The price was kind of a lot for nothing being updated. The pool was really cold when we arrived and looking pretty dirty. It was better in the morning but still had floaty stuff on top. The back emergency door of the pool was open in the evening so we closed it. The staff is friendly.

Great place. Clean rooms, super friendly staff. I only gave it 4 stars because the plug outlet in the bathroom wasn't working so I couldn't use the hair dryer that was mounted to the bathroom wall.

We stayed over the Christmas holiday weekend and were so pleased with the hotel: Very helpful and cheerful staff, delicious hot breakfasts, comfortable beds, laundry facilities for guests. Enjoyed the pool but repairs to border around pool needed.

The building itself is very nice and clean. The staff were very friendly. The pool is of decent size. The rooms were nice, beds comfy. The breakfast is where this place shines, they have a pancake maker that has a built in conveyor belt. Just the best.

I enjoyed my stay. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean. Breakfast was good in the morning. I would stay there again if I needed a hotel.

Worst hotel ever! cant even vape.

Nice hotel, probably the best in PA. I didn't like the half shower in the room, and the thermostat had lights on it that completely lit up the room so made it difficult to sleep. Other then that, nice place.
