I can't tell you if the hotel is good or bad but I can tell you that the restaurant and its service are infectious.

Old hotel, room was very basic, washroom had a bad smell. Tub water drains slow so when you shower, your feet is under water. Very basic hotel, not to pleased. Would say its equivalent to a motel. Only reason I gave it 3 star is for the convenient location. Next to Metro, and close to downtown. Otherwise I'd give it a 2 star.

Decent hotel with clean rooms and good transit access. Best in the area. Restaurant and breakfast is fair at best.

Nice Hotel with amazing view, building is little old though but services were above average, kind of good. Rooms were spacious but little dull. If one prepares his or her mind that they are going in a nice hotel which is located in an old building, one wouldn't have any complaints. Five stars for their services and support in English as staff is good at both English and French. A big thumbs up to the team, keep it up!

This hotel was the best hotel i've ever been. Room was very nice, pools are amazing, spa was good, game centre was pretty good. The only thing would be some food but I didn't mind it. I would definitely recommand people to come.

Clean, nice room, air conditioning works very well, parking very close to the hotel and you can stay in the car park until 11pm the day we leave. It is the best compromise to visit Montreal without being on the islands. The Longueuil metro station is across the street that's just wow!

The hotel is really good but the restaurant is ordinary. (No non-alcoholic beers, part of the menu is frozen)
They offer a package to go round the round which is really great. I strongly suggest this package and opt for a restaurant on the island of Montreal. The metro is literally a stone's throw from the hotel.

I just stayed there over Osheaga weekend. Well I've kinda stayed there the last 3 years. It's a beautiful spot and very accessible to the fest. The front desk staff is incredible, especially the ones handling the check in's on Friday during the heat. Felt bad for them but they handled it like a couple of boss's. Was nice to have them help us out with all our random questions. Lobby could be a little cooler? But yeah, Comfy beds, Great rooms, Awesome place to crash when in Montreal. Thanks Ty. J.

Very well located with a great view of Montreal. Beautiful pool and small souvenir shop. The Metro station and all its kiosks are a 2-minute walk away. No fridge, but ice cream is available.

Very comfortable friendly service clean place all come again next time.

Great location and friendly staff. Sadly the building is showing much wear and tear. Rooms are very noisy and the air conditioner in ours did not work.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are modern. Small catch… very shallow pool (4 foot).

First for supper the service was very very slow, you can not see the bottom of the swimmingpool acose of the close, eventually in my room there was hair in my bed and I had to wash the bath because there was hair and hair. I did not find its great…

In general it is a nice business hotel the whole is clean and welcoming, but there is nothing extraordinary and the restaurant is ordinary. On the other hand, it is really affordable and very well located to take the Metro ver Montreal the next morning. In general rating of luxury 0 on 5 but dimension friendliness/price 5/5.

Very comfortable, nicely appointed room. Lovely size. Comfy bed. On the first time we were here, however, a lot of the hotel smelled of marijuana. Luckily, this improved by the next morning.

Amazing staff & Metro station right beside it. Great for getting around the city.

Hotel really not inviting from the outside. Convenient location at the exit of the Metro, RTL Bus and long distance bus terminal. The smell was terrible in the elevator and in the first room I was rented. Fortunately, they quickly changed my room to my request. Finally, clean room and not too noisy. Had no time to have breakfast.

It was a nice hotel next to the Metro subway. Very convenient. Travelled to town for dessert and had a good night sleep.

Location is good. Room service took towels and face cloths but, did not replace them. There were no towels at the pool in the morning. The fitness centre is outdated and needs to be modernized. Several pieces of equipment looked like stuff I used at University in the 1980s. Bathtub was plugged and would not drain. Was calf deep in water after a 5 minute shower. Restaurant staff was very good. Front desk staff were nice as well.

Nice place. Staff were very helpful! I left my eyeglasses in my room. Returned home to Nova Scotia, only to realize my mistake. Had good communication with the housekeeping manager AND assistant manager. I was able to get my eye glasses back in no time. Better than shelling out another $400. Definitely will stay there again!

Seriously the beds were comfortable but the service sucked big time… First when we walked in our rug was a mess & the washroom wasn’t super clean… I told my wife I bet our sheets aren’t even replaced or washed… Seriously on a lame ass buffet for 2 adults & 1 child for $44 is way too much… We moved all out stuff in the closet so she can vacuum the room but nope it looks like she just tossed the things under the bed… Our washroom was still a mess… I don’t recommend this hotel ever again… I’m never going to stay there again… This was seriously our worst stay at a hotel… I asked for a microwave to heat my son’s pizza cause he has a late game that night & they wanted to charge me $10+tax just to heat up his pizza… I threw that in the garbage & went downtown to get another whole pizza… Seriously I give this place Zero stars for unprofessionalism… lol whatever Good day your the worst… You will never see me again… Bye forever.

Great friendly staff! Great service. Reasonably priced for Montreal. And only 10-15 minutes from downtown. Perfect overall experience.

I went there for a wine course from saq and ITHQ. Great place. But did not like the parking.

Clean, quiet, and 2 seconds from the metro. Good spot for a family.

Rooms are outdated and hotel is in need of better facilities that nowadays should come standard with many of their competitors (ex: gym). Entrance to the elevators are dirty and has an "apartment" look and feel. I would rate this hotel 2 stars. Customer service is "okay". Definitely do not expect to be wowed!

The staff is very attentive. The hotel is located right next to the metro; What makes travel to downtown Montreal very fast.

The room was not cleaned properly, there was hair all over the bathroom floor, and the shower walls looked like they'd never seen a sponge. In addition, the bed sheets were quite visibly stained. Bed was uncomfortable. I also accidentally forgot a pair of trousers and a blouse in the closet in our suite, and unlike other hotels, they made basically zero effort to return my items to me. I called the hotel nearly 3hrs after leaving, left a message with housekeeping, and did not hear back until the next day after calling twice more. When I asked if they could look for the missing garments, they told me that they 'could not locate them'. Interesting that these items just disappeared from the hotel. The housekeeping manager told me to 'check my bags' at home. The manager was also extremely dismissive. Bottom line — disappointing hotel with disappointing service that I would NOT recommend, not worth 3.5 stars.

Pros: Location is extremely convenient, it is literally outside of the metro station. For such a low price compare to downtown Montreal hotels, you are literally 2 metro stops away. Enjoy the free parking and go explore montreal from there. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Facility is not bad, it is an old fashioned hotel. The bed and comforter is very very comfortable. Cons: The room was a bit dusty and it smelled a bit funny.

Great price, location and staff. Rooms were clean and spacious. Metro was right out the front door. Free parking and although the lot was small, we found a space on a busy Friday. Only negative was that hotel bar closed early.

Awesome hotel, a little dated but great location, amazing Buffet offered during the Grand Prix. Have been staying here for 3 years in a row and will continue to as long as we go to the Grand Prix.

Poor parking. Very trickey to get to from the city. Read your gps intersections carfully and be prepared to jump multiple lanes several times rapidly as you the street names change faster than the gps can. The back parking gate button does not work. I had to reverse a bus out into traffic to enter the lot through the exit. I called ahead to confirm ample bus parking and when I arrived the lot had 3 buses already scattered about. No organization to accomidate the volume of buses they booked in. I had to simply park the bus in the middle of a parking lot pathway. Sorry car owners I had no choice. :-/.

Un endroit assez comfortable. Lit, pas très comfortable, trop mou on renfonçait, les oreillers bien trop gros on a eu mal au cou! Localisation, super! Juste à côté d'une ligne de métro pour aller à Montréal.

So the internet sucks and you cant even go on Google without it crashing. Theres like a party in the great hall every night so good luck finding a parking spot. The only places to eat around are McDonald's (THAT DOESN'T HAVE ANY ICE CREAM) and tims. The rest was good but for some creepy mexican guys trying to sell us a jack daniels.

Hotel location 100 metres from the metro and 10-12 minutes from the city center of Montreal. The hotel offers a parking (free), a quite varied breakfast, a pool where very few customers come, a sauna and a gym. And the room was spotless! I would highly recommend this hotel for those who want to visit Montreal.

Average internet with average restaurant. Don't even think to bring your gaming console to pass the time. They intentionally blocked the access to do that.

Poor Wi-Fi. And no energy. And we have to pay the full price.

This place is the perfect location if you want to drive to Montreal, park for free, and explore using the subway system which is right next door. Could not have asked for better. I have been reading the other reviews, and I think I have a clue about some of the gripes. 1) Wi-Fi was a little slow, but not impossible. We were on floor 11, and we do not know where the router or repeater was in relation to our room, but it worked. Mostly. It did slow down to a crawl later at night (9-11PM) when everyone was trying to use it at once. They probably should increase their bandwidth a bit. 2) There was a slight smell when we first got into our room. Others had mentioned it, so I was looking for it. It was slightly musty, but mostly I smelled rug/upholstery shampoo. I'm glad they clean the place to that degree. 3) Food. Looking at the prices, I don't know who would go to the hotel for dinner. We did most of our eating in Montreal. The exception was breakfast. We ate at the hotel because the only alternative was McDonalds. This is a summer phenomenon. The University next door is empty in August, and all the local student eateries shut down. We looked wistfully through the steel-grate doors in front of the empty counters, and then paid the $9 for the hotel breakfast. The food was OK, but not great. They did have hard-boiled eggs for protein. Nothing hot, and the fruit offerings were pretty meager. However, the pastries and croissants were excellent.

I'm going as a family with my wife and my 3 children. The pool water is so cold that my 4 year old boy wanted out after not even 30 minutes. It's cold in the room where the pool is. I was in sandal and I gelais feet. In the House, the temperature was also very difficult to control. Hot-cold-hot, we slept very well.

I stayed there December 29, 2010 — January 1, 2011 with my wife and 2 girls, ages 7 and 11. What an awful place! Upon arrival, a condascending college student "greeted" us matter-of-factly. The rug in the room had a moist, rancid odor. The furniture looked vintage 70's and appeared worn and shoddy. Only the pictures on the wall had any real style. I took my kids to the pool. Several of the guests complained that the water was much too cold for anyone to swim in. I notified the front desk who said it would get immediate priority. The next day the pool was just as cold. I did not swim the whole time because the water was so cold. There are no real places to eat near there, except for fast food eateries like Mc Donalds in the subway station. We made the mistake of having breakfast in the hotel restaurant. The buffet was adequate but certainly not worth $50 (! ), even more so because we had two children with us. The Wi-Fi service is a joke. It barely functions and the internet constantly froze. The beds in our room were hard as concrete, and I woke up in excrutiating pain in my neck and shoulder that lasted for the duration of my stay. As an added bonus, I got burned washing my hands, when a torrent of scalding hot water unexplainedly rushed out of the faucet! Also, the location of the hotel is at the convergence of several major roadways. Getting to the city is not too complicated because the very first exit is the Jacques Cartier bridge.
