Bel endroit tranquille avec une belle piscine et un coin spa relax. Proche de pleins de bons petits restaurants et le staff était très aimable et aidant pour répondre à nos questions sur la ville et les alentours. Par contre, le déjeuner nous a un peu laissé sur notre faim. Il manquait un peu de choix. Nous aurions pris quelque chose de plus complet. Les chambre très propres et élégantes avec une belle vue malgré qu’un peu petite. Nous avons passé une bonne soirée et une bonne nuit.

Auwful Hotel. Mauvaise Hotel. This is a 3 stars Hotel Spa. I arrived on Sept 2nd and I coudn't connect to Wifi until night Sept 3rd. I ask the reception the reason I can connect to Wifi and the lady said the Iphones can connect but if you have Samsung you can not conect. The lady think that we are ignorant people and we don't know how the routers works. And the laidy said: You are not supose to use you cellphone here. I coudn't sleep because the terrible noise of air condition unit and the refrigerator. The next day I report the problem to the reception desk, a lady came and stay less than a minute and said I don'nt hear any noise from the refrigerator and if you don't want to hear the noise from de air conditioning unit turn it off. I explain her that the noise of the refrigerator is in interval, it turn on then turn off and then again turn on. Poor breakfast. Cafe jelly fruit yougurth I recorded in video the noise of refrigerator and show to reception desk. Then they change the refrigerator. And the new refrigerator did the same noise. Finaly I turn off the refrigerator and I throw to the garbage my food and Turn off the air conditioning unit. I went to this hotel to rest and be paceful not to have problems with rude people.

Room the floating floor was bent due to an overflow of water.
No food at the beginning of the week except lunches.
The bed sheets didn't hold.
Then the cleaning so so.
Anyway, we're not going back.

The site is enchanting. You can have a great time in any season. I enjoyed the indoor pool and fireplace. There is also a terrace with hot tubs and saunas outside. Everything is organized to share good times together. The lunch offered on site is good. The rooms are pretty and comfortable. On the other hand, I noticed a bit of mold on the ceiling of the room. The ceiling of the bathroom was repainted. There are a few moisture problems, which can happen when you have an indoor pool. The service was approximate. I would have liked to have been informed on arrival about the towels for the pool. They are available at reception. The lady who greeted us was not very welcoming. We had to politely bring it back to order. All in all, it was a good stay.

They are currently renovating the hotel or so they say. Outside isn't much, except for the nice jacuzzis but the lobby and rooms are very nice. Our room came with a continental breakfast, robes and a bottle of Prosecco with chocolates. The breakfast was terrible. Burn croissants and cold cereal. No hot water for the tea and no knives to spread the peanut butter. The robes wine and chocolates were perfect. Hard to book because it is a small hotel but enough in advance and it is worth it.

Hotel staff was courteous. Room was clean, pool and jacuzzi were enjoyable. The bed was uncomfortable and the breakfast was all carbs and sugar. Ended up going for breakfast at a restaurant in neighbouring town.

J'ai bien aimé les petits spas, la piscine et l'aménagement du hall d'entrée. Mais pour le reste, ça laisse à désirer. Ma chambre avait un grand bain tourbillon (en plus du bain/douche habituel). On dirait que ce bain a été déposé la en y mettant un minimum de finition autour. Laissant ainsi la chambre dans sofa ou divan, que deux petites chaises droites. Tout était très propre par contre. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié nos massages par deux massothérapeutes très compétentes. Finalement, le déjeuner continental était beaucoup trop minimaliste. Seulement du pain, bagel et gauffres.

I had no expectation coming here, I was thinking a nice place to discover. Good… CERTE we arrived early since we wanted to have access to the Spa. The woman at the reception seemed lost or overwhelmed.
We had taken a package which, in misfortune, an mistake was slipped and the price was not good… The woman to tell us "it makes sense" ahem no I apologize my booking confirmation indicates this and that… In short we have to disburse… and compensation, bathrobes!
I must confess that we speak very loudly in the Spa… We apologize… and I confess that no one has come to warn us. Two small Sona bag of which 1 did not work and the other we had to "turn on". The patio needs maintenance and more room for the pool to store our personal belongings or + a cabin to change would be nice.

The 4 star hotel! I would rather give just 2stars! Please check the final price before getting there! Staffs are really smiling! But not really kind! They officially charged our little two years old son! Room was really small! Breakfast very simple! Restaurent is open only friday and saturday! We saw the offer on Taungo 89$ and went there yesterday, Tuesday afternoon checking the ambiance and if they have any room available, so they said yes and I said that I wanna use the Taungo promotion and the receptionist, a young man said option one?! I said yes! Well there are two options 1# for two people and 2# for two adults and two children! So He just said you need a printed copy of your coupon! I asked if he knows somewhere to print it out but he said no I don’t know! Saint Adele is a really small village and just 3 minuets away from the hotel there was a photocopier! So finally they changed us 40$ more for taxes hes said the taxes calculate on the regular price but when I show the coupon to the lady, manager, she said no we charged you extra because you bought a coupon for 2 and you’re 3! It’s illegal to let you go to the regular room and we gave you the bigger one! The room was ready small! They were not really happy that we used the Taungo promotion and wanted to sell the regular price! We didn’t discute because of our son he was happy but would never go back there!

Very bad service! Only room downstairs on the ground floor. Not a cat in the hotel. And no other room for free? Bad service, with Madame who does not even know if these rooms are carpeted on wood floor… Never to go.

The worst life experience ever! Tiny room, old and poorly maintained, hair in the shower! Not to mention that we had to wait more than 2:30 to have our main meal in a 3-course… Error in the booking of massages, they offered us free a 90 minutes to compensate but we only gave only a 60 minutes but we charged still about twenty dollars for additional products for a massage of 90 minutes That we never had!
To completely disadvise, this is really the worst experience for life in a hotel in Quebec! Even a 2 star in Cuba would be better than this hotel and for a third of the price!

For the price it was OK but place that would need to be all rafreshi… and questionable Spa (smells and water more or less clean) are not all open. We should even open the covers ourselves and leave them. What is sauna, they are not so hot and still have to leave them we even so wait 30 min to have a little heat… otherwise the staff is warm and nice.

Great location, near St-sauveur and the highway. Friendly staff, bed was a bit hard, but very quiet! Will come back.

Lovely hotel, grand entrance, very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Hot tubs are hot, 104F and there is a great pool. Got a couple massage in their spa that is very nice and cozy. The breakfast is self serve, fruits, waffles, toast, croissant, yogourts, cereals and lots of juices and coffee. Our room was nice and clean and had a decent size fridge. Only downside is the fridge and heater are very noisy when they turn on.

Nice experience! Staff smiling and so attentive! Everything is clean. Indoor Pool A little front. 6 Spa and 2 sauna outdoors. We had a comfort room with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, TV, small living room and queen size bed.

Good experience. We made a reservation with a prestige box. We were told the operation at the reception and took our reservation once there. The room was clean. The pool and spas are nice! We had breakfast which was OK. In the end we had a good time there. The only surprise is to see the rental of the bathrobes at $11 (it was included for us in the box), first time I see this. Don't forget to take your if you come on site, it is indispensable:)

Bad experience, the staff is unsympathetic, the room was large but the beds (I had a sofa bed! Which hotel still has that? Were terrible, the springs were felt. There is no Jacuzzi/sauna inside, it is absolutely necessary to get out. The weekend we were there, the restaurant was closed (not to be expected) we had to eat in the 2-3 "restaurants" not particularly good around. Lunch finishes at 10.30 am, we woke up at 10am (on holiday is normal) but there was already almost nothing, only cereals, coffee, 6 fruits, 1 yogurt and some toast… Very far from the promised continental breakfast.

Great retreat! Awesome rooms, fantastic hot tub. Swimming pool. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Nice place! Wish I could give it 4.5 stars! Not too expensive for what you get. The room was clean and comfortable. Access to the spa was included as well as a very basic breakfast. It saves having to go out but with the great breakfast restaurant around (Petit Poucet, La Farandole, etc…) You might want to plan getting out if you want something more consistent.

My wife and I stayed at Chateau Ste Adele (Jan 14-19, 2018) for our cross country ski getaway We were very pleased with the hotel and the excellent friendly staff. After the first night we were upgraded to a beautiful suite with kitchen, 2 baths and fireplace at no extra cost to us. A continental breakfast is offered free of charge. The hotel sold us coupons for 3 course meals at chez Milot a quaint and cozy restaurant with great food (excellent value at 60$ for 3 courses plus coffee and desert) Front desk also recommended Le Spago which was excellent. The cross country skiing is a short drive away and the tails which are maintained by volunteers and are free did not disappoint. Parking lot near Chanteclerc has free parking and a wide variety of skiing, fat biking and snow shoeing trails. We will come back.

Very bad reception at the front desk. Sympathetic therapists, but poor quality care. Very messy place, as much the mini wardrobe mixed with a single toilet and a single shower (not functional) as the treatment room with stained walls, towels smelling old guénille and rancid oil. Even with the 30% discount we had, I wouldn't recommend this place at all!

Great stay! On our arrival the outside seemed ordinary but the lobby at the reception was a nice surprise with its impressive décor. Cleanliness of the room spotless, comfortable bed and good service. Only downside… no restaurant… We will definitely go back.

Worst experience in a spa for life! What a disappointing experience! We went to the spa to enjoy the baths and care. First of all on our arrival a lady with the Air Beast welcomes us. She doesn't tell us where to go and lets us pick up the cloakroom and the treatment room. Dirty and unserviced changing rooms with a single non-functional shower. The care was more than ordinary in a room as poorly maintained and dirty as the rest. The sheets and towels used during the treatments felt the old rancid oil. The pool water was scrambled not very inviting. When we asked the receptionist if she was aware that the shower was defective she told us she didn't know it, and then tell us that the repairs are long since the pieces come from Italy… suddenly she's at Running for the broken shower. This means that guests cannot shower before going to the outdoor baths! The maintenance and cleanliness of the place leaves more to be desired. I do not recommend the place to anyone.

It's okay but far from a real "4 star" hotel. Went there during a cold weather wave and it was quite cold in the rooms. The heating unit is very noisy due to the fan. For the spa treatments, same thing. Heater making a huge noise was making it very hard to relax during the massotherapy. Outside spas are nice and perfect size for a couple. Breakfast was fair, but the waiters were outstanding. Wouldn't recommend for supper.

I would recommend this place. Good service, friendly staff, very clean rooms. Massage therapy Service very professional and efficient, facilities with spas and saunas conducive to relaxation. The place has an agreement with the restaurant Chez Milot which is excellent (friendly owner and professional servers that have made our evening very enjoyable).

Not the spa atmosphere anticipated, nice effort though. The spas were the home spas variety for 2 people and some were not hot. Room clean and staff was very nice.

This is the third time we have been going to Château Sainte-Adèle. The cleanliness is great, its good sense! Comfortable beds. The amènagement of the spa are well done: several small spa, an indoor pool and 2 sauna style barrels. (Watch out for these: to warm them up wait a good 20min, going to check if it marxhe always at 10min. Otherwise it's complicated) outdoor fireplace with propane (unfortunately, before it was wood). Breakfast Standars fresh, with hot croissant, multiple choice of bread and bagels, gauffrier, juice, coffee and fruit. Beware of bikes: If you have a large bike (downhill or Enduro, short handlebar wide) you will have to put it in your room.

I visited the place for a wedding. The reception location was nice, the staff friendly and the overall quality of the place was great. I am on a no dairy no beef diet (not by choice), and I've been served the most uninspired food I've ever eaten. White quinoa in a red pepper. No seasoning at all. No dessert option, too. Had to skip the soup.

Otherwise their booking system that sends them the wrong information (it was written to 2 adults No child, when we had written one). The staff are very friendly and efficient!

The hotel is located near almost everything such as gas stations, grocery stores and all kind of different stores. The hotel is surrounded by the beautiful nature and very calm. The rooms are very clean, big and beautiful. Everything you need, they provide. The service is great and quick. Everyone is very kind and nice. The hotel itself is very beautiful and clean. Beautiful decorations inside and outside. The spas and the pool are both clean and pretty. Great hotel to stay in.

Looking forward to staying here again. Room was very clean, all of the staff was friendly and warm (we stayed 2 nights). Had a great massage. Didn't use the indoor pool but we spent a lot of time outdoors. Outdoor hot tubs and sauna were clean. This is a quiet and quaint hotel, so if you don't want the busy bells and whistles of a place like Chanteclerc, this is perfect. If you're looking for simple and quiet, I highly recommend this place.
