I didn't even want to rate this as 1 star. I originally left a review of 6/10 due to my husband and I staying there in the winter and our door not even locking, making us feel unsafe. The room was cold and uncomfortable and not 100% clean due to having random hairs in the jaccuzi bath, making us not want to us it. However, I still have it a 3 star rating for the location and because I thought the guy at the desk (owner) was nice and polite. So now I reserve again thinking I will give the place another chance and this guy calls me and tells me I can't stay there and that I left "terrible reviews" and I was lying, etc etc. He was yelling at me on the phone and I am very upset now and I have to look for a different place to stay. Do yourself a favor and avoid this at all costs. It's just a cheap, run-down motel anyway and the owner has no people skills whatsoever.
My review was 6/10. That is NOT a "terrible" review, but if you want to chase away customers, suit yourself. I'll be sure to let everyone know.
➜ The room is beautiful simple, elegant and quiet. A warm and smiling welcome. Little advice, you are fans of beautiful houses, passed through Hochar and lake-millet streets and then sure Lanning will want your detour.
