Great idea the suppers in the rooms, a little Balm on our lives in times of confinement. Take advantage to spend the night with the package dinner, bed and lunch, beautiful welcome and impeccable service. Thank you to all the staff.

Everything is perfect! the site, the staff is very kind and the rooms are clean and spacious. Facing the fjord, it is paradise!

Received for a 2nd year in formula Lake-to-Shoulder for a group of 40 people. Staff extremely friendly, courteous and always smiling, from the table to the rooms. All that has been deposited on our table was perfect, full of flavours with fresh and appetizing. The scallops stole the show unanimously. The view across the Bay has delighted the whole world. Thank you to each of you for your hospitality and your expertise. In the next year!

Amazing room, amazing view and amazing food! Must stay if you're in the area.

Dirty room, the floor was dirty, there was a thick layer of dust behind the nightstand. Room with a window that does not open and the balcony door was not equipped with a mosquito net. Inefficient and very noisy air conditioning. Room without soundproofing, you can hear the noises of the adjoining rooms and corridors. The cost of meals is excessive for quality. This is not a 4 star, really overvalued.

We married in the month of June this year at the Hostel. THE service has been flawless. The owner was so nice, and quarters, all the times he answered our questions and we even meet a few weeks before the date to be sure of our expectations, make us taste their desserts and take notes on the small details. Once the day arrived, he gave us a pretter a room a dimension of the reception room to let and other decorations! We leave until the next day and we don't even charge for! The food was super good, fast server and courtoit. The bar service good company and full nice, we even have to pay for a tour. The wine cellar is also very impressive, all my guests have not stop talking about it.

Large spacious rooms. Very accommodating only one pillow for smaller beds. Very nice bathrooms and shower with waterfall style shower head.

Extraordinary! The braised beef is sublime, impeccable service as rarely seen. The waiter even moved us away from the noisy guests and closed part of the room so we could enjoy our romantic dinner!

Went there for an wedding reception. The place was quite nice and a nice view of the bay itself. The bar hace some questionable drink but most of them are good and one of them shooter, the Flintstones, what quite ute tasty!

Superb location with stunning views of the Bay and fjord! Very comfortable, clean and quiet room. Breakfast at the restaurant with the view! We recommend it to everyone!

Very nice Hotel with great view of the fjord very courteous staff, spaces that resent the weather and would perhaps be a bit to renew, but overall it is kept well.
Comfortable rooms, we had the bathtub in the room: a little relaxing corner really appreciated!

A bit expensive for what is on the plate but it is well prepared. Ditto for the wines, good but the prices are also overrated.

The staff are courteous and professional. As for meals, the server's recommendations proved to be real discoveries. The rooms are rather classic and our mattress was very firm. We enjoyed our short stay.

A beautiful place and fresh water that leaves to our skin a delicate sweetness.

The meal and ambience étaientexcellent but the delay between services was incredibly long. Our Princupal dish was served more than an hour after the soup! They also had difficulty with the brightness. The overall experience was enjoyable. I would recommend the place.

My friends and I have been received after purchasing a package cooking Workshop, Cocktail and appetizers and 3-course Dinner in an auction during a benefit evening, proof that the team of the Auberge des Battures is involved in his community. We spent a WONDERFUL day. Chief Grenon is talented, passionate, generous and so interesting. We were received like kings! eeeeeeeeee queens! Jocelyn the service was attentive and good advice. The view is so beautiful that the dining room alone is worth the detour. But what about the kitchen? The Chef works with local products in a sublime way. We really ate well. It was excellent, plentiful and accessible. Kudos to the manager, Mr. Eric Civel that has managed to make the place a friendly hostel where you feel at home! One goes back there soon!

The table in the evening is worth the detour (5☆ to the chef! ) and the staff is very friendly. The view on the Saguenay fjord is spectacular. However, the appearance of the rooms could greatly be improved…

Small cozy — moderately upscale inn nicely done. Rooms were small yet cozy with nice beds. My only nit is that kingsize beds were only for the most expensive suites. Highly recommend the package that includes meals. Their quiet restaurant overlooking the fjord offers a very nice set meal with romatic setting.
