Clean, mattress comfy service impec, unable to get the satellite signal in any rooms and especially no coffee in the rooms…

Horrible service. Not worth the price. Room was not ready when we got there.

This motel is perfect! It is very clean and close to all services. I recommend it. People are welcoming.

Went there for a wedding at the Golf Course nearby. Horrible! My 86 year old mother was booked into a room across from us on the third floor. When we arrived there, she was booked on the third floor and we were magically booked in the basement in the 'All Inclusive" suite. Some people showed up while we were at the counter and were tole to seek accommodations elsewhere, after they had booked with this hotel. When we returned from the wedding, we could not enter our room. The lock malfunctioned. We had to sleep with my mom in her room. This is the worst stay we've ever had. This hotel is away from anything else and is not too keen on ethics. Avoid this location!

Very nice welcome. I arrived Wednesday the 25th evening very good gentleman service. The room was very clean and comfortable and the A1 bathroom! Thanks to the lady of Thursday morning, very smiling Thank you.

NO STARS! A DISASTER! POOR PROFESSIONALISM!
I booked two rooms for one night. On the phone, we took all my details and my credit card number. I mentioned that I do it later. The receptionist assured me that the reception was open 24 hours and that, therefore, there is no problem.
3 days later, I come to the motel. It's the same receptionist who took my reservation on the phone. He told me that WE RENTED MY ROOMS! We do propose no solution… I have the obligation to do 3 hours and 45 minutes of road at midnight with both my parents and my two children.
The receptionist a TEXT Manager for him exposed the situation… the manager would not even take the line to explain orally why my rooms had been rented while I had booked.
All the days of the following week, I tried to join said Manager at several different times for him ask for explanations… my messages were never sent, she did work not today or still she worked but had finished earlier… When I finally joined him, his only excuse: we're in peak time, I'm sorry! I know that you're in a busy period… that's why I booked in advance!
In short, I strongly recommend this hotel… unless you like surprises and incompetent people!
