We loved every moment of our stay at this Omni Hotel. The location was perfect for our first time visit to Montreal. The facility is beautifully appointed with an understated elegance. The staff were all kind, friendly, and very attentive to our needs. The two concierges, David and Giovanni, were very knowledgeable and most helpful. You will not regret choosing this hotel. Enjoy Montreal!

Just spent a week here. It was incredible! Our room had a Mountain View. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was excellent as well! Always willing to help and any time we called the front desk we had service within minutes. The Omni is located in the perfect location too! A short walk from shopping, restaurants and museums.

My wife and I stay here every time we visit Montreal. Great pool, fantastic amenities. It's a bit pricey but we find it worth it — especially given the hotel's location.

Got this hotel on Hotwire. Location is good, but the hotel is old and needs an update. It's also very loud. Try to request a non adjoined room if you can. I could hear the girls next doors entire conversation as if they were in my room.

Excellent experience and value. Service is superb, food is good-> very good. Location is outstanding. Would definitely stay here again.

I was at the Omni Hotel as part of a Gala that was held in the Salle Pierre de Coubertin. This is a well located downtown hotel. The staff who directed me to the room was very professional and helpful. The room was suitable for a reception but did not present anything very spectacular. I still enjoyed the space available for the 100personnes present. I recommend this room for social events.

Great hotel located in one of the city's best areas. Generous rooms. Friendly and accommodating staff. Staff are quick to help, and as a meeting planner (which was why I was there) that is very important as the comfort of attendees means a better meeting.

Well-located and reasonably priced, this place would meet most normal people's definition of a decent hotel. Nothing too fancy, and has its share of minor annoyances like a poorly coordinated valet team, and temperamental AC that leaves the rooms a bit on the warm side. But the hotel bar is pleasant and usually active with friendly people, and the cleaning staff does a great job.

We went here Easter weekend. The hotel overall was very clean and the staff overall were very nice. However it was very hot in the room. We called front desk and they said they would send someone over. Hours went by and no one came. It was almost like a sauna in our room. We called again and they said same thing and again nothing. The third time we went to the desk. And they said someone will be over. Then after a few hours someone came in and told us they were between weather and nothing could be done but they would send a fan over. We said great. The fan never showed up after 3 hours. We called again and they said they were out of fans. We managed to opened the window slightly so the temperature dropped a little. However it was still quite warm. Overall it was an ok experience. I know it’s not their fault however we were promised a fan twice and never got one : (

Wow! What an impeccable service. Friendly staff, from doorman to reception via Concierge and electrician! What good comments! The rooms are clean and well-soundproofed.

Very courtoit Service! The hotel clean. What I find unfortunate is the Wi-Fi paying (which offers Wi-Fi paying in 2018? ) and the carpet in the rooms. For a hotel of this name, I would never have thought of seeing carpet in the rooms. Very close to several restaurants and Metro.

Stylish, elegant, friendly service. Nice bar and nice boutique with women and kids clothing. There is also a nice looking restaurant, but we did not eat there.

Very friendly staff. The room was clean and taken care of however the hotel itself is a bit on the older side. I have visited other omnis with much more of a modern feel.

Service was great and our room was very nice! Checked in 2 hours before the standard check in time and it was no issue at all. They were very accommodating to us with our 3 month old, offering a kettle for bottles, although we didn't need it, and changing our sheets after a little morning nursing mess. Our only complaint is the parking. It's very expensive. $35 a day seems steep given the room costs.

Super Nice place with beautiful view of the Mount Royal and the rooms are nice and comfortable. Take the valet as it has no parking and the service to the room is very good, we had had very nice maxim. The only downside is there TV channels before a lot of interference and froze often can be from the Wi-Fi.

As soon as you walk in, refreshing yet soothing fragrance welcomes you. The check in was quick and easy, staff was amazing and room service was great. I would go there again. Not sure if this was supposed to be pet friendly place, but the room next to us had a dog that was constantly barking. After pointing the issue out to the security nothing was done. Other than that, great experience.

Comfortable stay. Great location. Clean room & large bathroom. Only downfall was that even on a high floor you could hear street noise (and I live on a busy street in Toronto).

Lovely stay at the hotel. Great location and friendly check-in staff. The room was very spacious and comfortable, though I did find the layout of some of the bathroom elements a bit odd (for example: the toilet paper being so close to the back of the toilet makes for a difficult and awkward reach). We ate at Le Petit Opus Cafe but did not want the breakfast buffet. A la carte was good but the service was very slow. We sat for quite a while, watching the server completely ignore us and walk right by numerous times before we finally caught his attention to order some coffee.

Exemplary service and well appointed accommodations — the Montreal location keeps up the brands reputation of going above and beyond. Rooms are well appointed and very quiet meaning a good night's rest. Lobby bar makes a mean Manhattan.

Great place with large and warm room. The service is courteous and friendly. The rates are very reasonable. An experience that we start every year.

It is a very nice, however dated hotel. Seemed as though it hadn't been renovated since the 1980s. The location is great however as it is very central. Nice, helpful staff.

Beautiful hotel, kind and helpful staff. Be aware that this is a dog friendly hotel. Which is great except we had a poor dog that was barking for 2 hours until his owners got back. The front desk informed us that they had called them but it took them a while to get back. My only real complaint is the confusing parking situation. The lots should be named clearly and the attendents should tell you that there are multiple parking areas and explicitly tell you which one you are located in. I got lost having travelled 2 streets over and 3 levels down with a lot of luggage. Then had to travel back up to find my husband. This took over half an hour : (

The stay was a pleasure from the moment we pulled up. From the valet and the bell hop I didn't have to lift a hand. The fresh fruit out was a nice fresh quick bite on the way to the room. Once they caught wind that we were on holiday for our honeymoon all bets were off. They went above and beyond with a nice card and a Romantic package was delivered to us making my new wife extremely happy. Great job guys, because of you're team personally I will be staying at omni way more often. P. S. You deserve to personally seek out everyone who who handled my stay and give they a pat on the back and maybe even a little bonus. Again, Above and beyond! Thanks so much, the honeymooners.

The soundproofing here is not very good. I know because the neighbor kept knocking on the way, demanding I quiet down. What a joke. Other than that, it is a nice place if you can afford it. I can't afford it, but I only date men who can.

Good service for the meetings.

The service at the Omni Mont-Royal is incredible. Staff bent over backwards to get us in for a really early check in when we arrived off a red eye flight. We were celebrating a special day and when the staff found out they provided a free surprise gift in the room. The breakfast is a little pricey but excellent, and the room was fantastic. Totally worth spending a little more to stay here over other options for the incredible service.

Nice venue, easy to access with valet parking available with unlimited in and out. Attended a professional industry event. Good setup along with service and food. Nice bathrooms and very clean.

The room was spacious but many aspects of the room was dated and the same could be said for the bathroom. You could see the age from the carpeting, the walls, the seating furniture, and even the lighting. There were plenty of outlets for electronics but they were placed in odd places, including a hard-to-reach area behind the bedside table lamp. Some minor issues include the weak faucet versus the very strong shower. Overall it's a good hotel but for $200+ a night it is in need of some renovations.

Great downtown Montreal location next to upscale shops and restaurants. Great sites and walking distance to everything or otherwise you can easily hail a taxi. Clean comfortable rooms… lovely stay!

Hotel is in a great location, with tons of art nearby and old Montreal and the waterfront about just over a mile away. The beds are super comfortable and the rooms are clean. Take caution if you don't like powerful shower heads — these are almost painful. If you turn the shower switch so some of the water comes out of the faucet, it helps. The jaccuzi and pool are fantastic and easy to access on the 3rd floor. Gym is 24 hours and in the same area. There's more gym equipment than at most hotels, and everything was clean. Overall, a very enjoyable experience!

Great location downtown. Close to beautiful walking trails at Mount Royal as well as the metro. The staff are great. Everyone has been incredibly welcoming and polite. The concierge staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms are spacious and clean. Is come back in a heart beat.

The staff are friendly and very nice. The room was beautiful and spacious (King bed), well appointed. Moreover the hotel is well located for and shopping by walking.

The hotel kitchen was able to prepare a supper despite the late hour we arrived. The room was sublime, and the bed was very comfortable.

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel on various occasions over the years and have never been disappointed. We were there this year for the Formula 1 Grand Prix, so the hotel was full — as was the city, but the service and friendliness of the staff was still second to none. The Omni Mont-Royal will continue to be our go-to hotel in Montreal.

Central location, very convenient. The staff is increbly helpful if it's your first time in Montreal. Gave great recommendation for meals. The breakfast in the hotel was good, very expensive, but not very exceptional. The rooms are well-kept with solid beds. The bathrooms have no locks on them which is odd, but you can hear if anyone is there. The walls are thin so just hope you don't get a room next to a young family with a baby (like me) or some newly weds. Overall would recommend for the central location and kind staff.

Omni hotel's is right at the heart of the city. It's around all the good restaurants and bars downtown montreal. The service was great and for the price compared to other hotels it was fabulous offer. The shower was awesome and the beds was so comfy. The Windows are super wide open and gives you a beautiful view to the city. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Convenient location and a huge room for a hotel! The staff were incredibly courteous. Check in was a breeze. It was the one cold weekend of the year and they had hot apple cider waiting at the doors which was a nice touch! We only stayed one night so we doesn't check out the pool or fitness center but overall it was a gorgeous hotel in a convenient location!

Best place to attend a professional event. Organised, good music, good wine and food! Would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. The loyalty ambassador, Steven Bajouk, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Including adjusting the thermostat before our arrival. The front desk staff and porters were very attentive and welcoming. We love the select guest program with free Wi-Fi and coffee delived to our room in the mornings and our 2 year old loved his complimentary milk and cookies and activities backback. This was our third stay this year, and has become our go to Montreal hotel.

It's really beautiful. My family and I restont at the OMNI every Christmas to visit my brother. The beds are comfortable, clean rooms, very friendly and positive experience.

Went with the girlfriend for her bday. Upgraded our room when we arrived for a higher floor with a better view (facing mt royal). There was a slight issue with our first room and we were promptly given another room on a higher floor. The staff was incredibly accommodating and we were even given some complimentary refreshments. Overall the stay was great and I will stay here next time I'm in town.

I stayed twice here and loved it every time. The room is spacious and the overall quality is excellent. The swimming pool has a good lenght but unfortunately is not very deep… but overall, the hotel offers a very good experience.
