We Have lived in two different apartments here for over three years. Staff are very helpful and responsive. Building is in a great location and trending neighbourhood with excellent proximity to the Lachine canal, Atwater market and the Old port.

In a year I lived there I never really had a bad experience until the very end, I have to say Geneviève was always nice and willing to help not to mention quick in her replies, I hope she goes and works at a much better property management company because I personally think she would do great anywhere, for those not familiar with the building she was the manager until not long ago. So I had my lease up till July 31st 2018 and because last year I had moved in June 28th 2017 I was confused and thought it ended June 30th 2018, anyway long story short I realized my mistake and ended up paying July of course, but we had moved out already, I let the management know that I wasn’t living there anymore even though the lease was in my name and that I would be a little late to pay the rent of that month because I had made a mistake and didn’t account for that month’s rent, anyway they were accommodating enough to give me more time, I paid before the due date they gave me. Fast forward to the last week of the lease and I go to the condo (that’s still on MY name) to clean up because also I have family in town and I figured it would be nice to let them stay there for a couple of days, and what do I find? Two guys in what’s still my condo, painting and cleaning… I was never notified, not an email, a courtesy text, NOTHING. I emailed management to ask them what happened and how come I wasn’t made aware of anyone going over to the place, that the lease still was under my name.

The only thing that got me to move here was having the gym downstairs, and that's about the only good thing here (oh you have to pay for your gym membership). Overpriced for nothing! not to mention the construction noise a huge bothersome, 1500$ for a decent sized 3 1/2 but NOT WORTH THE PRICE, I requested a locker and I was ignored, I am looking to sublease this place very soon, no way am I giving away my money to this place anymore.

Apartment:
— Very pleasant, well made and beautiful even if indeed the material is of a lower standard than expected from such a condo but it is more than compensated by a dynamic and charming welcome of Geneviève Bégin and her team. As for the doorman who thinks he is a "military" (read below) is indeed a little cold at first but proves charming and knows the tenants perfectly, just see beyond the tip of his nose.
Noise:
— Indeed it is not about the plateau or silence is king, there is a bit of noise in the summer when the pool is very busy. To choose I would rather hear people laughing and kids having fun than cars. The night is very quiet. The building management team takes care of silencing the noisy, just report nicely.
Indeed I dread the work of phase 2 although for the moment it only bothers me in the morning at breakfast because I leave at 7:45 in the morning. I'm not street coast either.
Services:
— I believe they are fair. Electro, maintenance of apartments, concierge, rooftop BBQ, super gym (cheaper for residents) but the shared pool I agree it's not funny!
Situation:
— Super well placed! and with a bike we are the king of the world:)

Very expensive for bullshits services! No gym and pool for residents. Shared pool with gym paying! 1500 dollars for a tiny 3 1/2! No locker, no parking. If not it's $ 1750! Really bullshir. There is much better on Griffintown! Go your way. And a management company that craves its residents, unpleasant. In addition, you will hear the fallen weights of the gym, young students partying late, weed everywhere!

No gym for residents (it's chargeable! ), No locker, No pool for residents (Communes with the gym so I let you imagine the world and Hygiene). One of the janitor is very unpleasant and believes in the army … In short, there is much better at a street corner!

Pas de gym pour les résidents (il est payants! ),
Pas de locker, Pas de piscine pour les résidents (Communes avec le gym alors je vous laisse imaginer le monde et l’Hygiène). Un des concierge est fort désagréable et se croit à l'armée… Bref, il y a bien mieux à un coin de rue!
