A motel is a motel but I give 4 stars as this motel is really clean and the service is great!

Room is clean… nd very comfortable area for relaxation.

Motel own excellent great breakfast. Monique very nice very good welcome from her more she loves my region and our Bordeaux wine a great pleasure to have met him with her beautiful smile.

Motel, like you find it every where in Canada. The staff is very nice and helpfull. The rooms are used, but clean. The breakfeast is included in the price. No Buffet. You will be served. Simple but fine. For a stop overnight, we recomend it. Good price.

The staff is friendly the rooms are quite nice and blue its comfortable and the surroundings are perfect its not too far from town its great for visiting quebec city the first time for a cheap and affordable price the food was great but more choice of meals please.

Rooms are so small. Bathroom is tiny. Nice and yummy free breakfast. Prepared to hear passing vehicles noise in night.

We stayed here twice while in the Quebec city region. The rooms are very clean and the service is great. The breakfast is simple, bit very good. I'd strongly recommend it for anyone.

Very pleasant stay! The family who runs the motel are very friendly and kind. They were very helpful in providing information about area attractions. The rooms themselves are economic but clean and comfortable. There was an air conditioner in our room, which we were grateful for. The service is outstanding. We enjoyed having a hot breakfast each day. We would come again anytime!

As an American traveler who had never been to Quebec I was a bit apprehensive about finding my way around. But the folks at Motel Spring made me feel right at home. Turns out the same family has owned the motel since the 1950's and they have a connection to Massachusetts. They gave us lots of tips on where to go in the area, what to see and the best order to see it in, where to park and where to have dinner. They are completely bilingual. The restaurant is open for breakfast and it is complementary for guests. Keep in mind this is a budget motel; the rooms are small but they are clean. There is no air conditioning, but I was there in the summer and with the windows open it was cool and comfortable for sleeping. The motel is about a 20 minute drive from Quebec city and even closer to the quaint town of Ste. Anne du Beaupre, About 10 minutes to Canyon Ste Anne.

This was a last minute booking, I was met with nothing but positive interaction unlike some of the other hotels/motels in the area (I don't speak a word of French besides Bonjour). The Motel is family owned and the service is great. The rooms are fair size for the price and they are CLEAN. Cable TV, internet the rooms are clean, but there is no A/C (although they have a fan). The WI-FI is great, writing this from the picnic bench outside my room. It is very close to great sights and a variety of food choices down the road. Thank you for the hospitality.

We arrived at midnight, in the rain after 16 hours traveling. We had made our reservation through an a large internet service. The paper we brought with us was ambiguous with regard to inclusion of tax. The lady in charge graciously resolved the ambiguity in our favor. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. The breakfast in the adjacent restaurant was good, the staff was friendly and helpful, fluent in both French and English. It was a great experience after a tough, stressful trip.

What s pleasant experience! The family who owns the motel is very friendly and extremely helpful. And they really speak both English and French fluently, they don't just say they do. With a location at a good distance from both Quebec and some more northern attractions. If you need a place to stay, this is a great option.

But just to warn you, it's only open in the summer! (I was reading these reviews looking for a spot for Carnivale — perhaps there are other in the same boat).
