Location wise this hotel is amazing, its right off the 15 and only a 5 minute walk to the tanger outlets. We stayed one night in a king size loft, it was cozy and clean. The AC was very loud and there was no ice machine, those are honestly the only drawbacks I can think of. I will definitely stay in the future.

Very nice rooms but the A/C is located in the bedroom which makes the whole suite extremely warm. When I asked the personnel if something could be done (we couldn’t leave the doors open because it is summer and immensely hot outside) they said that nothing could be done to help us. Also, the TV was blurry and nothing was done to correct so. At 250$ a night, very disappointed.

We got the suite on top floor for 4 nights. View is beautiful. Room was nice although some things could be updated and better cleaned. Paint is chipped in some places, bedroom door does not close, floor did not look recently cleaned and bathroom sink is half plugged causing water to drain slowly. Also, my husband went to ask for more coffee K-cups, which is complimentary as it says on the wall, unless we want to exchange for another flavor, and we did not receive any new ones for a specific day as we didn't need housekeeping. When he asked reception for some the lady checked computer if room was cleaned to see if housekeeping came and left any, and she went to ask cleaning lady how many she normally leaves without asking how many my husband wanted and told cleaning lady that it is alot of coffees (4 coffees, 1tea, 1decaf). My husband just felt that this was an unpleasant experience when he simply just wanted some coffees that are considered complimentary. The overall experience with reception just felt cold for the both of us. Despite reception and minor room details, our stay was pleasant, but next time will look for a more friendly hotel.

It was a very nice hotel. Side kitchen, just the minimum of dishes. A strong point: well located.

The Café de Sainte-Anne, an invariably.

Nice clean room. Located close to ski resort and village. Would stay here again. Some upgrades would be nice, like smart TV and perhaps checking the furniture for wear as our bed was very noisy getting in and out.

Clean, comfortable, nice but very echo. We could hear everything that was going On around here. The antics of some, the laughs of others… The back porch "worked" because of the cold which used to be very loud noises that startled us at night. No elevator, had to climb to the third by outside and inside stairs. A dear fear for what it is.

The staff was really nice, the view was awesome and nice room. Just that when I would walk barefoot inside, my feet would get dirty… As soon as we arrived in the room.

Very Bad soundproof! It feels like living with the neighbors of the room.

Room was nice and clean. Had an unfortunate incident where a guest was screaming at the top of their lungs at 2am… besides that everything was pretty good!

The suites include a mini kitchen, it is very convenient if you want to cook a little and save on the restaurant. A single reception desk, you may wait several minutes to get your answer. Several stairs, to be disadvised to persons with reduced mobility. Average soundproofing.

Nice hotel, clean and close to downtown Saint-Sauveur.

Just wooow… in the most beautiful room and the cleanest… The quality/price ratio in low season is extreme present!

Here's my story, I won a night at the St. Sauveur Hotel last February at my Christmas party. Two weeks ago for my vacation we went to my boyfriend and me for our night. Arrived at the reception the Lady M welcome. Up to C good. She gives me keys to the room and I go to the room, but the keys don't work. Must understand that the maps C… From the, the lady says to me, "Are you sure you have tried them well? ", I answer c not the first time I use maps… So she gives me new cards for the same place. I'll try the cards, ah that markets, but to realize that there were already people in the room… Oufff. Very embarrassed I returned to the front desk and warned the lady that there were already people in my room. She understands nothing, calls the room in question and asks for their names. But I had won this room with king bed and not the new room that she gave me two Queen beds. When I was at the reception desk the guy in the room where I'm supposed to be going home and said, "Is there a problem with the room? " They had asked for two Queen beds, them… The lady told him… I will reward you for the mistake, we do not even apologies… : (Not very happy, because I did not get what I won. And especially as the price was paid for what I didn't get. Not satisfied with the service and the disadvantages that it did. Already open a door to a hotel room with someone else in it. And that the poor lady was coming out of the shower at the same time, very embarrassing…

Very nice hotel room. The places are very clean and the customer service is very good.
The view is very beautiful. The reason I give a 4 out of 5 is that the toilet in the bathroom is not well placed. The toilet is placed in a raccoin, not much room for the jambres. The air conditioner is very noisy.

Nice room… A TV I can plug my computer or bluray in… Keurig. Dishwasher in the room. Large tub… What's not to like?

There is no fault, very nice loft and amazing cleanliness! We had the King canopy loft, of exceptional comfort, the only thing to review would be to review the positioning of the television, hidden by one of the beams of the bed. My great disappointment was the romance package (petals and signed in towel), I was informed on the phone that it would cost $20, once there I am told that it is $50… to finally discover that the presentation is in no way the one presented by photo On their Facebook page: no path of petals on the ground, the petals are deposited only at 1/4 of the bed, but the signs were there.
Summary: Book for sure, but without a package!

Great rooms when going with studio. Staff couldnt care less if the building was burning.
