Loved in 2night stay with famiy…

What a surprise! The Hotel, that looks like it doesn't actually excist, because it is tucked away between stores! It was super clean, spacious, has a Keurig Coffee Maker, and real Ceramic Coffee Cups! I have been in lots of Hotels, but even some of the higher end ones never had any Ceramic Cups! Thank You, Hotel Charlemagne, for making our stay so special!

Pros — good water heat & pressure — smooth check-in — Fair-sized room, moderately comfortable bed -quiet Cons: — there was a used facecloth hanging on the road in our shower! — we stayed for one night; Wi-Fi didn't work all night, so we only had it in the morning Breakfast was continental. There was no protein (cold meat, eggs, etc). There was orange juice, coffee, tea, croissants, bread, cereal, muffins.

Very nice helpful hotel staff and the surrounding area is very good… Rooms are spacious and clean… very good.

First of all, we had to wait a good time before being welcomed because there was no one at the reception, and no doorbell to signal our presence. The price is too high for the little service, and the room was clean by cons the bed very uncomfortable with several year of wear, as well as the pillows will have to be changed!
Breakfast, there was practically nothing, no fruit, yogurt. The croissants was hard, but the muffins Pack was okay! Very disappointed with my stay, the last time I go.

Very nice hotel for the price. Great location — lots of restaurants nearby and Downtown Quebec was not very far.

It's a drive from Montreal but the room was spotless. New rug, super clean bathroom and good size tv.

The staff there told us we weren't paying enough for the room when my family and I stayed there. They wanted to charge us an extra $40 per night because "we didn't book online correctly". Even after we showed them the verification email that stated the number of people we booked for (2 adults, 1 child), they didn't allow us to pay the original price we had agreed on. Even though we only had to pay about $12 more a night, we still felt that all the time and energy we spent discussing the price of the room with the hotel staff, the hotel manager, and one of the website representatives really ruined a chunk of our vacation. At least the room was clean.

Not much around the hotel but very clean and feel maintained.

Very poor breakfast options, No Eggs, dinning area is very basic, Junior staff is good, senior staff is rude. Wi-Fi does not work on laptops. So if you have to work on laptops don't stay here. News papers are french only.

Good for a 3 star hotel. Very few amenities. Overall clean and staff is friendly.

Location was good for us because it was 5 mins drive from relatives living in Montreal. The room was clean and quite. I really don't have anything bad to say.

Quiet and near the highway. I would come back.

Rented the biggest suite. Room was ok. Clean and well furbished. The room has a keurig coffee maker but had NO coffee. When asked if I could get some they told me that they were all out and to come down in the morning to have the one served with the breafast… at 150$ a night I expect coffee in my room!

It seems interesting to me.
