Wow and pool the scenery good value for money visited if you spent in Lévis.

Very good service and close to several essential services.

After leaving the hotel, I contacted them the same day because I forgot my 3-year-old boy's nightlight. I also sent an email with a picture of the forgotten dog. 48 hours later, they are still not able to tell me if they found it or not when I was specific to or the dog was forgotten.
Really disappointed to have no follow-up, either by phone or email. I'm the one who had to call back after 24 hours.
Which leads me to believe that the maids stole it from a 3-year-old boy.

The view from the garden side room is beautiful. Despite some services closed due to the covid, the stay was very pleasant and the staff courteous.

Love this hotel. Every time we travel to/from ON/PEI we stay here. The pool is awesome, rooms are very nice, great staff!

Clean, modern, and easy access to & from the highway. Plus, there is a nice big indoor pool, which some of the rooms overlook.

Beautiful hotel. Excellent government rates. Huge clean rooms, very nicely decorated, pool is really nice, spacious hot tub and sauna. Family friendly, kids loved it. Staff are friendly and accommodating, nice breakfast buffett (additional cost) and walking distance to other restaurants. Parking is free. We stop here every time we travel back from PEI to ON. Love this place.

The room is clean and well maintained. The bathroom is clean. And the shower and the impeccab curtain it seems made to be cleaned often (it's really the kind of thing that usually sickens me in hotels). We have a balcony that has a view of the piscnia and despite everything it is not rustling. The pool is beautiful and the water is nice. Plus, the staff were super friendly when we arrived.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The food is ok. The problem I had is this. First I was charged 9 dollars for a bowl of fruit loops for my daughter using room service. This does not count the over 3 dollar fee you pay for room service so basically I paid almost 13 dollars for a bowl of cereal. In addition I was charged 10 dollars to have a play pen in the room. My husband and I travel with our kids several times a year and have never been charged for this. Lastly, the first two times I called room service and they heard an English speaking voice they hung up on me immediately. I had to call 3 times to place my order.

Too noisy and the outside lights to illuminate the hotel very very disturbing apart from this hotel in the 3Stars.

Clean, modern, right off the highway and close to the convention centre. However, don't expect breathtaking views, as seen from the corner windows of my room.

Rooms are very very clean, pool and hot tub area was very pleasing and well accomodating, staff was polite and courteous, the only thing I think needs attention is shower water pressure was a bit low, but everyone has different personal preferences. Hotel is very neat appearance and we'll kept, and the floors were spotless. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Brunch Mothers day 2018. Really expensive for the choice from the buffet. And put a part of the dining room to even the local swimming pool : it is very ordinary that smells like chlorine, full nose…

Not as pretty as the oiselière Montmagny, lunch which is expensive to taste the cardboard, spa and enough chlorine to fade bathing suits. The hotel is clean but it's not worth the price.

I came here three times this year in business travel. The service was excellent. All room with view to the pool has a excellent view. The indoor garden is well kept. There are restaurant options around. Everything was clean here. They don’t have breakfast included in room payment.

Really good, quiet but pleasant. The view of the balcony is worth the trip.

The Spa not too clean, full of spheres of hair all round and in. The bottom of the bed is not clean. Not a single bottle of water in the single vending machine.

It's not a 4 * at all. Not even a restaurant except lunch…

The service was great, but the hotel interior always had the odour of the pool. IE chlorine. And also.

Quite decent room, LG tvs were fabulous and that's a place you should consider if you pass by Lévis' side. The pool/spa is around a magnificent garden with birds and monstrous windows. Tho the view isn't that peticular (Irving right in front)

Everything was fine, clean place, nice ambient temperature, but the scrambled eggs served at the breakfast buffet were. Rubbery.

Standard and clean room. Advantage: The indoor pool in an oasis. With the fare paid I was expecting a room with balcony to the inner courtyard, a bit disappointing.

I was on the first floor, very noisy from 7:00 in the morning with the sound of the washrooms or engine room I do not know too much what was but quite unpleasant, nice hotel, restaurant for normal lunches, it's ok and the room very ordinary.

Key cards are low magnetized and don't work half the time. I didn't have any soap or shampoo in my room for 3 days. Walls are not well sound proofed, easy to hear other people and traffic of the road right outside. A spotlight was pointed right at my window which the curtains did an okay job of block just weird light placement to start with. Definitely smelled smoke from another room near mine, either cigarette or cigar. Roomkeeping threw out my half full package of cotton pads. Pool is creepy as overlooking balconies and caged birds can watch you the whole time (maybe good for parents with kids) hotel has no gym. Breakfast was good and the service in the restaurant was nice but the whole area smells very strongly of chlorine.

Great place! Swimming Pool I loved our continuity at this place as part of a Hockey tournament with our youngsters!

Very well! Only problem, the rooms that overlook the pool, if you open the window there is a smell of chlorine.

Nice hotel. No carpet a big advantage. The service is good and very courteous.

Animals allowed at 20 a night. Friendly staff and locals. Breakfast was good in my opinion. Rooms are a bit old but well maintained.

As a "half-way point" to our annual trip to the East Coast, we've stayed a number of times at their sister hotel in Montmagny and were always quite pleased. When they were booked solid, we decided to go to the nearby Levis hotel expecting a similar experience. We were quite disappointed to discover this was not the case. We arrived with two small children, all of us hungry and looking forward to a nice meal. Levis' "new and improved" restaurant only serves breakfast now, leaving us to order delivery. If they only do breakfast, and they make sure to feature their buffet, you would think the breakfast buffet would at least be good. Again, major disappointment. Scrambled eggs from a carton, barely cooked sausage, and a surcharge if you wanted bacon do not make for a quality breakfast buffet. The room was very nice, as was the pool, but that is all that kept this from being a 1 star review. Suffice to say, we will not be staying at the Levis location ever again.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The indoor pool and hot tub are stunning, particularly during sunset. The staff are incredibly helpful and courteous. Our room has been comfortable and clean. Our kids have already asked us to come back here again next year. We really appreciate the hospitality and also the quality of the hotel. We have had a wonderful stay.

I. Booked my stay over a month ago and confirmed twice with the hotel that our stay was for 3 nights and requested a confirmation number and email Both times I got nothing then arrive at hotel and check in and confirm again pain check in that's it three nights I get a call the next day just after noon asking why our stuff is still in the room and that check out was at noon and that we had to come and collect our stuff, they did nothing to help us find another place to stay. I will never stay here again. And I was born in Quebec and did not learn English till I was 13! So none of this was a language barrier issue.

Nice clean Hotel right off the highway. Has a pool. Breakfast is $9.95 per person and from 7:00am to 11:00am. Rooms are a decent size and beds are comfortable.

Good location just off of highway. Premises clean and quiet with wood flooring in rooms. Décor a bit drab, pool has limited hours. Overall decent accommodations.

Family friendly! Great place to stop after a long drive. Relaxed in the pool and spa. Delicious affordable breakfast buffet.

I love this place! There is good staff and nice rooms. I love the wirlpool, pool and espescially our balcony. The only thing I don't like is that the restaurant is onl'y open for breakfast but there are restaurants everywhere in Lévis.

The only small point to improve would be to put super screen on the TV but the rest me and my friend we really enjoyed it very comfortable, the beds excellent interesting swimming pool, and a brunch really delicious ;)

Beautiful hotel, well located with access to a swimming pool and spa. The only small negative is the mini fridge which makes a lot of noise. After unplugging it, I slept well.

We called to get a room the same night on Canada Day weekend. We were lucky enough to have a room which was pet friendly but not enough that it would be smoking free. As non smokers it was kind of a bummer but it was fine since they told us beforehand. The floors were all ceramic which was great. The TV had a satisfying sized screen and we had access to free Wi-Fi as well. The swimming pool and spa were a comfortable size and the pool area was well decorated. A/C was working great and hotel room was quiet despite being so close to the highway. All in all a good experience. The only two downsides would be that the beds were very uncomfortable and that there were no housecoats in the room for making it more convenient on our way to the pool.

Spacious and clean room. Close to the motorway and the Lévis Convention centre. On the other hand, missing a gym.

The front desk were great, the indoor pool with spa and the sona was really convenient with children. But moisture from the pool in the rooms was uncomfortable night!

I had a great stay, very convenient location from the 20, NEar malls and a quick cab to the ferry to the old city. Extra credit for the wood floors — no rugs, so it is very clean and smell-dust free. I'll be back.

The House is near all services from the city center.
The negative of this day is the ever a peewee or bantam hockey team in the pool around 4 p. M. They were about 12 and 2 young coaches. We were a dozen people in the pool and a lady handicapped with are joint that was bathing in helping. Youth are set to jump to water people my wife has of the advised that they do not have the right to jump but there was a supervisor of about 16 or 17-year-old freeze on his chair without saying a Word. Young people began to throw a small football and unfortunately my wife's friend received him in front of his face with water I took the ball and I threw it out of the pool. The supervisor the to caught and put in the trash to towel. Young people have out of the pool and left in the spa but there was a young man who has a nosebleed and the supervisor of the pool has been looking for the armed to clean the floor. The supervisor was advised by us and others in the pool but it did nothing. A young man from the Group was get the ball during the absence of the supervisor. Youth back into the pool and throws the ball again and the handicapped Lady receives so my wife was furious she attended the reception for the incident but did nothing. A supervisor too young and not accountable for the regulations of the place he was more focused reading or doing homework. An adult supervisor would be much better for the respect of the people. Note the supervisor is 0 less a bar.

Very good motel, large enough with pool, luxurious room, breakfast room. Close to a service station and convenience store at the same time. Pleased with my stay.

For the price of the House, according to me, we deserve better than an old standard cable TV and air conditioning noisy and obsolete.
The spa and pool are ok, but the sauna is zero it is tiny, you can't adjust the temperarure, it is much too bright, and all simply cheap. Anyway, everything closes at 10 pm, no way to enjoy a quiet swim night.
The hotel bar is a true farce, a hotel has $ 200 night should have a minimum of quality in its choice of fort, but no, they our serve the Beefeater, the smirnoff, and the bacardi. The staff of the bar sucks too, they don't know their stock and the service is more than depressing.
Rate value, we're better at the hotel Kennedy, just rate…

Perfect pool and spa. Noisy air conditioner. Good service at the restaurant by leo. Small gaps at the level of the meal. In general very good. Nice hotel room with balcony. I'll be back.
