Staff super nice. Cabin kind of smelled & lots of fly's. But it was a cute place.

Ok pace to stay for a quick overnight visit. Cottages are quaint. Clean.

The owners are very nice, but are quite naive when it comes to their staff. They have one staff member who has a master key 24/7. An incident recently happen with my stay at said motel. This staff member entered my room while I was at work and removed some personal items, and if that wasn’t enough, she put them in a bag and made her 4 yr old grandson take them to a old man who was also residing at the motel, he could not understand why she would do such a thing other than pure hatefulness. I went to the owner with my complaint and she did nothing, employee is still there and still has possession of master key. So I went to the police with what happened, and all they good do was speak to the owner and the staff member in question, which solved nothing. So my advice keep your belongings with you, this person can do no wrong in the eyes of her employer!

Well not be staying here again. Staff was rude. Beds were old and very uncomfortable. Room was not clean.

It was clean, which was very nice. The location was good too. The walls were very thin and the overall feel was from the late 80s.

Clean rooms. Lots of hot water. Comfy beds. Friendly and informative staff.

Comfortable, clean, a/c working good, stove and fridge, very friendly and helpful staff, close to downtown Summerside. But most of all, dog friendly and the dogs love it here.

Friendly staff, good location for Summerside. Rooms were clean and a good size, nice and cool. Lots of bbqs to use which was great.

The little cottage we stayed in was really cute. It was quite and private. Room was clean and comfortable.

Quiet and clean room for a fair price. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly. Our only complaint is that the mattresses were WELL worn and not very comfortable. If the mattresses were replaced, this place would get a 4 star from me.

Stayed at the motel a number of times and only because the staff is great the owners take good care of the property and it proudly shows will keep going back thanks to all staff and the owners great job keep up the great work.

I arrived at the summerside motel with a couple of friends. I went to check into the room that I had prepaid (they also had a credit card on file). When I got to the front desk one of the owners said "Looks like its going to be party central in here" I said "not at all me and my friends are going out and then I am coming back here to sleep later". The owner then said that I would need to put down a $200 cash/debit deposit on top of what I had paid AND with the credit card on file. I asked her what for and she said "I have seen this before" I am not sure what "this" was, but I asked her for a refund and went else where. 2 days still no refund NOT IMPRESSED.

Very pleasant and affordable. My wife and I were intending to stay for about 3 nights, but we ended up staying more than a week. The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were clean, and best of all, affordable. The location is good, in terms of serving as a central base for daytrips. If you're on a budget, this is a good deal. We'll stay here should we return to Summerside… which is a great town!
