Review of Swept Away Cottages 3*

Well we booked this cottage about 3 months in advance for a mini stagette, in the emails with manager or whoever it was they where notified of this event! No issues they accept an e transfer for payment! We arrived decorated a bit ate quickly and took off to go out on a boat for the day, while loading in the cars to leave, 2 employees walked into our cottage without asking little did they know 2 of our girls where still inside they then said “ohh we just wanted to be nosey, … yahs r having a stagette how fun, hope yahs have a good night” (but they didn’t realize anyone was even in the cottage so I’m not happy with this part) then while on the boat we got 3 phone calls from Allen and lady, first time question our event. Second time, questing the names staying and names on “visitor list” so we gave them the names, third time wanting to know what cars where staying I told Allen 4 cars and 2 cars r visitors so 6 total, so at this point on the boAt we r all getting pretty discouraged that they would not leave ya alone and we r not even there, on phone I told him when we arrive back I would go to office to sign everyone in and he said he is off at 6 and he isn’t sticking around to do that! So we had a friend go to cottage to grab some things for us to do games elsewhere when she arrives our door was pad locked with a note to go to the office, 550 I called office n said we needed that removed if he wasn’t gonna be around by the time we got back! Eventually they unlocked it! So we all rushed back to pack food n games etc to head to a family members garage where we could continue to party without. L causing any problems, once again phone rings at 930 there was 4 cars in drive way and not 3 (like he seems to think I said) I reassured him I told him 4 where staying and that we r not even At cottage Allen continues going on Bout policy and how he works 60 hours a week and he works hard and dosnt have time to deal with this crap and he hangs up on me! So we had enough at this point with swept away picking peddy little Shit to call us about when in total we spent 1 hour at cottage total! (30 year old moms) we drive back to cottage, clean it, pack and head off driving to western pei to go to bed! Once again at 11ish the phone rings again, this time it’s a lady asking what the problem is, as I explain this all to her I clearly was getting no place and decided to end the conversation! So if your looking for a friendly, nice and enjoyable stay. Look someplace else’ no customer service here! Oh and I also called Allen As we were leaving to come and do a walk threw of the cottage for proof it was left cleaner than we found it (because when we arrived the dishes didn’t even get washed (a+ swept away) but Allen said he was coZy at home n was not leaving to check on the cottage!
