Nice room, good food at the restaurant.

Front desk is rude and they are way over priced then what is advertised.

I been coming to this wonderful hotel with my wife and kid for almost 2 years now and in this 2 years I had 0 problem it mean everytime I was happy untill today.! Like supper clean and I wasn't worried about my son alot because it's supper clean Good management great staff and the food is amazing, I also want to thanks Salam one of the managers in there he is great pearson very Good customers services he have I would gave more then 5 * stars ✨⭐

Bright clean rooms. One recommendation. Shelveing in the showers. There was just barely enough room on the little shelf for a small bar of soap and that's it.

They took very good care of our group on the last night of our Fall Tour. And the breakfast was delicious!

I had a minor issue with my credit card, but Jessica at the front desk was able to help me out and get things straightened out. My room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. They have a small pool and a hot tub in the basement. I am enjoying my stay here so far!

Pleasant stay, solid breakfast buffet, friendly service. Lovely bathroom, and overall nice rooms. The hair dryer in our room was broken, but they were very prompt about bringing us another. Elevator broke down while we were there, but that's probably not the Hotel's fault. Almost no gift shop to speak of, so if you forget something you better hope the mall next door is open. Also, what kind of hotel doesn't have bath robes? Is it just me, or isn't that a classic piece of the hotel experience; a nice warm robe? Maybe I'm just used to it elsewhere. But I digress. It was clean, and the staff was quick & friendly. Would probably stay there again.

We were traveling through Toronto and stopped here for the night. The staff here were very friendly. The hotel felt clean and modern. Breakfast was not included, but the pictures for the buffet looked good for about $16 a person. There is a pool, which I also didn't visit. I saw 2 elevators that you need to use your room key to operate. The room was a good size and didn't feel small. The bed in the room was comfortable. The pay movies seemed on the high side, but I usually don't even look at them. So I don't know what's normal. Most were $25, but you could find some for $10 — $14. Hot water for the shower was good and didn't give out. The rainfall shower head was nice, but there was also a hand sprayer with more water pressure. Outside noise wasn't too bad at night and didn't cause any issues with sleeping. I would stay here again, but would probably try to find somewhere with breakfast included.

I have to say at first I had reservations at the beginning of my stay but as time went on I was very pleased with the service. If there is one thing I would change would be the fact that I forgot some items in my room upon check out and was not contacted about it. It was two days after check out that I realized my items were left in the room. Thankfully when I called the hotel Jun (please forgive the spelling) acted quickly and contacted housekeeping to determine if they found my items. Thankfully they were still there in housekeeping. Within the hour of my call to say I had left something behind, Jun returned my call letting me know he tracked down the items and were holding it at front desk for me to pick up. I am very grateful for his help. Thank you.

This is our favorite hotel in the area, stayed here for the second time. It's walking distance to the mall, convenient location to shops, restaurants, very close to Wonderland Amusement Park. The hotel had beautiful reception area, hotel staffs were courteous and helpful. They also have gym and pool. Our room was big, very clean and neat, modern and updated. Their bed was so comfortable, we slept so well. We're a happy guests!

Standard two Queen room was booked for two nights. Bathtub drain leaked, which prevented relaxing baths. Parts of the bathroom were dirty and the wall paper was pealing a bit. Beds were comfortable and clean. Pool was small but good for the kids. Breakfast buffet was small but delicious. Great "home fries" and bacon.

Beautiful! Very secure entry to the elavator. Comfortable rooms! Extremely clean, staff very pleasant and willing to help. Two thumbs up from me.

Very nice modern hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean and spacious, and the front desk staff were amazing in answering my questions and giving me directions and more. Was here for business, would come back for private use for sure.

This Novotel was very nice, clean, and helpful staff. I didn't have any issues, and the restaurant in the hotel was top notch as well. The room was nice sized, nice carpet, bathroom, beds, and nice sized TV. Even the soap was great quality! Recommended for staying, mall is right next door, Porsche, and just 15 minutes from downtown Toronto.

Stayed here overnight for a wedding nearby and it is conveniently located across the street from Vaughan Mills mall. The rooms are modern and clean but they don't include any bottles of water. Also, the AC unit is quite loud. Being winter, I simply unplugged it. However, the walls are thin or the doors have significant sound leakage because you can easily and loudly hear people opening and closing their doors which slam shut automatically. Can't imagine in the summer with the AC and more guests that this would be a particularly peaceful hotel. Staff are friendly and accommodating and the hotel itself is very clean, roomy and has an onsite restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I attended a family gathering and they booked the private room with set dinner choices. The food was great, even a liitle tooooooo much of there is such a thing. The servers were attentive and polite. Will recommend this for a small event. Bonus points that the serve kids first.

Great meeting rooms. The food is great! Consistent quality and great flavor. Staff is very friendly and attentive. The only thing they have to work on is the internet speed/issues.

Stayed one night for a work function. Room was clean and modern. The shower did wake me up in the middle of the night as it randomly drained water from the shower head. But the restaurant was fantastic and they staff were all great so I'd definitely stay again.

Very poor customer service. Housekeeping very poor putting same sheets over and over although I stayed for 6 nights. Bathroom not cleaned and tissues not replaced. Request for late checkout granted only by 30 minutes more. Quite hilarious! Room was very big and comfortable. No doubt about that. Good atmosphere in the lobby. It the front reception staff need to work up their smile. I am an international traveler and was quite disappointed.

Overall the hotel is not terrible. The front staff were not smiling and we're not very customer service oriented. This was booked by my work. But there were confusions and we didn't have all the rooms that we needed. Some of us had to go on to the next hotel across the road. But when we came to check in we were told rooms were available. There are no toothpaste in the rooms. The elevator was dirty. Otherwise the bar was excellent and the breakfast was amazing. The bed was also super comfortable. So taking everything into account I'm going to give this hotel three stars.

I hosted my sister’s bridal shower at the Vaughan location this weekend and I cannot say enough about how AMAZING the service was! Everything was absolutely perfect and all the staff were just so great to deal with. I am so greatful for everyone who works at the NOVOTEL in Vaughan and all that they did to make my sister’s Bridal Shower so special! I HIGHLY recommend this specific Hotel for any event. They truly go out of their way to make your day perfect. Thank you a million times! The food, the customer service, the decor all 100% and just superb!

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Within walking distance to Vaughan Mills shopping mall. Restaurant has a good menu variety. Not amazing foos but good. One comment about the Wi-Fi connection, constantly disconnects.

Complimentary breakfast was great! I enjoyed the stand up shower and unique modern design of the hotel. Rooms were a little small and the bed was not as comfortable as I was hoping.

Overall a nice place with upscale features in the rooms. Could use some updates in terms of paint and cleaning/replacing fixtures. Friendly staff. Convenient to things in Vaughan including very close to the Vaughan Mills Outlet mall.

Attending a course at this hotel for the week and find the service to be quite good. Food and coffee are always readily available outside the rooms. The conference rooms themselves were cosy but sufficient. The temperature was a bit off as it was quite chilly. The provided breakfast and lunch was quite good. There is free parking available which is a bonus.

Stayed in a 2 Queen room. Room was very spacious and clean. Very convenient location to the mall and Wonderland. Free parking was very nice too. Only small issues I may have was that Wi-Fi was a bit slow, no breakfast included and the AC unit fan would turn on every now and then through the night. Would stay here again though.

Wonderful front desk staff welcomed us to the hotel and made sure we knew everything we needed to for our stay. With our high-end room we received free buffet breakfast but would recommend going for breakfast either way! It appears the hotel would be a lovely place for a conference, meeting, party, etc. And guests have access to a decent pool and gym. We enjoyed our stay.

New hotel, clean and got a nice sized room. Stayed overnight and checked in late, left right after breakfast. Did not have time to check the pool or fitness center. Several restaurants were walking distance. The only issue was that a group of young people were making a lot of noise on our for late into the night. I called staff and they said they would take care of it. The noise went down after 10 mins. So I guess they spoke to the other guests.

Very modern and elegant hotel close to main highway. Close to wonderland. Accessible room is spacious. Very clean and secured. Outdoor parking is close by. Short walk to so many outlets, restaurants. Gentleman at reception was very kind. Punches above its weight.

Fantastic service and a friendly smile greets you the minute you walk into the hotel. The rooms are always fresh and clean. Restaurant staff are engaging and knowledgeable. Conveniently located within walking distance to Vaughan Mills Mall and a short drive to major attractions and trendy cafes and restaurants and a short drive to the airport makes the location ideally suited. Perfect for work even if out of hand.

Although the rooms were nice and clean, I'm writing this review from the room at 10:49 (after coming up the elevator, waiting with my family, them talking to the manager) because we were turned away for the breakfast that is served till 11am. Because it's close to 11 am. We had booked 8 rooms on the floor and security told my mother in her room last night she had to keep it down. She asked what she did and he said she laughed. We couldn't figure out when we checked in why it would only be 3 stars. It's the service and the people.

Stayed here last year for Black Friday shopping and stayed again this year. Everything was great, very clean helpfull staff and the beds are so comfy :) I would highly recommend the restaurant there also we had dinner Saturday night Nov. 26/2016 it was fabulous, sunday morning did the breakfast buffet it was amazing there was every thing and more and all so tasty :)

Went there for a professional leadership course. Very nice facilities and the provided breakfast was good.

The rooms are clean and spacious. They seem to have a contemporary European style which is a nice change from other hotels I've stayed in. The only negative regarding the room is that I wish there was more storage space for clothes for our four person family. The Vaughan location is central to many shopping options and restaurants. My son's couldn't get enough play time on the Xbox in the lobby. The front desk staff ws very courteous offering free breakfast when the pool was closed for maintenance and a free toy for the boys. Overall it has been a very good experience.

This is probably my best experience at a Hotel in my entire life. Rooms were SUPER spacious and clean. Service was top notch.

There is nothing wrong with this place. I've stayed here many times. The included breakfast buffet is fantastic — lots of fresh fruit and croissants. However, for the discerning traveller: rooms have weird stand up showers only, at least the ones I've been in, so if you want to bathe a baby/child, or are youself wishing to have a bath, you are out of luck. This setup also leaks something fierce all over the bathroom floor, due to the shower floor being essentially the same level as the rest of the bathroom. So be careful: this is a huge slipping hazard. Rooms themselves are modern and clean, and the hotel is walking distance to the Vaughan Mall, so that's a plus.

Looks much nicer on the inside then the exterior let's on. The room was very clean and comfortable. Was great they are a pet friendly hotel which allowed the dogs to stay too. Other than the TV being very small I would stay again and recommend.

WOW! I am truly impressed by Novotel Vaughan! I booked two rooms through a third party website for my family and they had everything in order. Very clean, modern hotel with great service. There were 4 children with us ages 2-8 who received great little gifts from the hotel staff, there was even lego set up in the lobby so that the kids could entertain themselves while we checked in. If you are going to Canada's Wonderland or to Vaughan Mills, this IS the place to stay it is minutes away from both.

We operate a small business in Vaughan. Whenever we have out of town service people or business associates visiting us, we book accommodation for them in this hotel. It is conveniently located and we get very good rates and service. Good stuff.

I was surprised to see there was no microwave ovens in the rooms and the refrigerators are very low quality, they don't keep very cold. Otherwise, the rest is OK.
