Nice penthouse that we have.

Had a good stay here. Nice clean rooms. Good breakfast.

Rooms are nice with full kitchen including dishwasher. No pay per view or chargeable things in the room. Room service politely provides additional towels and bathroom items. Breakfast area on 14th floor gets you a view all the way downtown. CN tower visible. Breakfast has meat patties, egg, cereal, oatmeal, muffins fruit, great to start the day. Very near the 404, access to highway is easy.

I arrived late, the guest services staff must have been tired but they greeted me with a warm welcome and provided all the details and necessities to get me up to my room and off to bed. They provided excellent recommendations for a quick meal and helped me get calibrated. I stayed in a king suite with a full kitchen, office, and lounge… All very space efficient and comfortable. I got back from a day of meetings and work to be welcomed to a very clean room. Impressed with the staff and services.

Awesome hotel. It's a little dated but all rooms are updated. Lobby is updated. Gym is great. Beds super comfortable!

Very nice room with kitchen. Swimming pool was clean. Complementary breakfast was included. Grocery stores within minutes of drive. I took off one star because the bath room curtains weren't too clean and the tub water knob was a little broken.

Great hotel for Markham area. Nothing special, just a decent place to call home while in the area for a few nights. This is our go-to hotel.

Staff very friendly, nice modern and well-appointed room. Breakfast provided is decent, nothing special. Great value, convenient location near major streets, transit.

Dirty. Our shower had mold and the sheets made me itchy. The room Stunk. Will never go back. Although the Staff were nice and friendly.

Location is convenient, staff are friendly, however the hotel feels a bit dated, would definitely benefit from some renovations to enhance the overall experience for patrons.

One of my favorite hotels to stay at in Toronto! Great Wi-Fi which is always super appreciated. Outstanding helpful staff and very clean rooms. I cannot stress enough how clean these rooms are. I've become quite a regular here and one of the staff remembers me now and gave me a little upgrade ;) That's how you keep regulars coming back! Thank you!

I went with my friend and we both love it. I have to appreciate how nicely they used the space in the room, there was a cute office table, closet, kitchen (stove, plates, dish-washer, sponge, fridge, microwave), couch, and a king (or queen) — sized-bed. The bathroom is really spacious with shampoo and body wash. I will definitely come again.

Rooms are comfortable with all the essentials. Check in was pleasant and smooth. The front desk agent provided food menus for local places and a nap of the area.

No way to turn on the shower without standing under the shower head for that first blast of cold water

Great hotel. Modern and very well equipped. Live the kitchenette in the room. Location is fantastic. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff is super friendly. Will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

Best place to live for a shorter stay. Staffs are very friendly and welcoming. 3-5 mins walk to the bus station.

Amazing service. Concierge was polite and very helpful. We only had 3 towels for a 4 person room. We called the front desk and they had an extra 3 towels for us in less than 2 min. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was clean as well.

Clean, spacious, and well equipped! I also used the guest laundry during the stay. The gym and pool were next to the laundry room, and they looked nice passing by.

I actually booked this hotel thinking it was another one that I've stayed at locally. When I pulled into the parking lot I was a bit shocked at my own stupidity. The building from the outside doesn't look overly amazing, however the inside is beautiful. My room was really nice with a kitchenette and a glassed in shower. I would highly recommend.

Really nice hotel, and decent sized bistro. Swimming pool, hot breakfast, and quiet! What more can you ask for? Book early as it fills up quick. I am a long stay and in the past 3 weeks, every weekend all rooms were sold out.

Very spacious hotel, with lots of rooms. It has conference rooms for meeting so sometimes very busy location. There is also large gym area for workout and swimming pool.

Language barrier with the front desk gentleman was an issue. Also rude and slow front desk on top of it. Never been to a hotel where they nickel and dime you to death. The first 3 days I've been asking them for hot water but the fourth day we got a warning that they usually charge you 2 bucks a pop for hot water! Talk about consistency… I guess that's what you get for being loyal with them and stay there for a week. They also happen to charge you 40 if your blow dryer stops working and they try their very best to avoid telling you about that random $40 charge on your credit card. The front desk service abysmal. I can get hood rats that give much better service than that. The only thing saving this hotel are the cleaners and it's somewhat of a modern look and price. But I guess when you're low on customers you gotta lower the price at least! Also Wi-Fi is non-existent during evening hours. It doesn't even end here unfortunately. Another major problem I had is when I put a cash deposit because they said my credit card is declined during check in so they ask me I have to put a cash deposit but when I checked my credit card they still had the deposit hold on the card that I reserved the room with even 5 days after I checked out and got my cash deposit back! It's a descent clean hotel but the level of incompetence of the people at front desk is a major problem! I've been to dozens of hotels in my life and never encountered such major issues.

I liked everything about this hotel : comfort, breakfast, room, extra features. Staff were good as well. Room rates were affordable. Good beds, office desk and dining table in the rooms. Other amenities like gym, pool, spa. Only drawbacks: 1. Washrooms cannot be locked from the inside. Staff kept saying that it was a safety feature that they cannot be locked. 2. Parking ceiling was very low. I drove a crossover and my vehicle top almost touched the ceiling. Whoever designed the parkade did a poor job. I found many pillars placed in parking stalls which made it difficult to park (only at those stalls), since you have very little space to park. Last night, the car parked next to me dinged my vehicle, due to space issues. (I didn't report the incident to the hotel as the rental agency missed the spot. )

Has everything you need; business center with computers and printer, Wi-Fi, wide selection for breakfast you can make your own waffles. Very friendly staff. 24hrs fitness center, pool. Very convenient location very close to the highway, 2 gas stations across from each other with Tim Hortons. It's definitely my favorite hotel and will book again.

Front desk staff made us feel welcome. Housekeeping had a wonderful room ready for us. Catering prepared a delicious breakfast for us. The stay was relaxing. The pool was great for the kids. Parking was adequate but did not like $5 charge. Lucan worked well for us.

I like the kitchen and everything. I was so surprised that you work hard to make this hotel nice and clean. I think this is the best hotel I ever went to. My favorite part is the kitchen. I like the kitchen because I never seen a kitchen in a hotel before.

Great Family Vacation. We booked our King size room for 5 days but extended for an extra night. From check-in and until check out, the staff was awesome. At check-in, I asked for an upgrade and we were given the bedroom suite. That proved to be a life saver with two kids and because of our comfort and happiness we ended up staying an extra night. Norma was always smiling at the breakfast service and gave the kids pictures and crayons and always made us feel welcomed. Mr. Hrehirchuck noticed my two year old crying in the lobby and offered him and my daughter a Kinder Surprise Egg. Wow, that was such a great gesture that costs very little but goes a long way in building loyalty. The kids loved it. Needless to say, this will be our home away from home when we are in Toronto again.

Lobby and layout of the building was nice. The rooms themselves were clean and well maintained. Size was fine. Complementary breakfast was nice. Standard affair of waffles, sausage and egg etc. Cereal and juice was also offered. They had yogurts if you care. Didn't check out the gym and pool but they're there I think. Location was pretty good, it's near the 404 which gets you access to anywhere via highway.

Nice rooms, have to pay for everything else.

The rooms were well equipped with a stove top and a decent mini fridge, despite a critical flaw which was a lack of a latch for the bathroom lock and no accessible balcony, spacious lobby, good location close to the DVP.

The location was out of the way but it was a great experience. Disappointed that there was no oven.

We just got back to our hotel and mentioned that the kids all won medals.
Well a little while after we get to our rooms there was a knock on the door and guest services dropped off a congratulatory letter and bag of treats for the kids.

EXCELLENT hotel! NEWEST in the area and above all the staff are AMAZING!
