Clean. Dog friendly. Very polite staff. Breakfast simple but very adequate, with a variety of items. Will stay here again when in the area.

Great location to take a rest when you are off the highway 401. Nice staff and quiet room.

I felt it was good value for the night. The beds were comfy, carpets we're spongy like they just replaced them with good under padding. Everything was very clean. Front staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice variety of foods for breakfast. Husband and son didn't like the smell of the room. Smelled old with a hint of old cigarette smoke. (I didn't notice) I really don't have any real complaints.

Sadly my accidental butt post was only 1 star but this hotel is roomy quiet and well appointed. Best value in the area.

It was clean. Front desk saff was good. It wasExpensive, small rooms. No hot breakfast. Breakfast time was until 9:30 am. Started cleaning around 9:20.

Always friendly, helpful staff. Great location just off the highway and close to many amenities. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a place to stay in Chatham, Ontario.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. TV channels not HD, breakfast was OK, could be better.

Bed was double not queen. "Hot breakfast " wasn't bad. Usual yogurt, waffles, juice, coffee, sausages, rubber scrambled eggs.

Newly renovated. Beautifully done. Staff are cheery and pleasant.

The service was great. Very helpful and friendly staff. The rooms were clean. TV, Wifi, microwave, fridge, Keurig in room. The rate was very reasonable. The breakfast was good.

That place was garbage, its in the middle of no ware, the food was rubbish along with the cramped cold rooms. The owner Sheila is colmletly a idiot with no sense of friendliness. And she fines us without any warning, when we're at the hotel across the street.

The hotel was in a nice area but getting into the hotel parking lot is a little difficult. The rooms were great. Very modern with all the amenities and beds were very comfortable.

Check in was smooth and front desk staff are very helpful. The room was clean and well equipped would stay here again in the area.

The comfort inn Is a great place to stay, I would recommend to anyone that travels by. Great clean rooms, awesome breakfast, and friendly staff. Would come back again 100%.

The staff are extremely accommodating (even with early check in times). The rooms are updated and very comfortable, along with a warm Continental breakfast that was not too shabby taste wise.

TV is a bit small for a double room. All clean, and finishes are new and in good shape throughout. Friendly and helpful staff.

The room was clean, staff was great. An off duty staff member took the time to check me in so I didn't have to wait in a line of ONE. Great night stay.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed in this hotel. I had a great time, the hotel staff are friendly and professional. A very clean and nice hotel.

Rooms were fairly nice. Looked like everything had been renovated except for the shower which was kind of disappointing. Ice machine wasn't working on our floor and a bit of a wait to check in due to phone calls coming in and only having one person to take calls and check people in.

Rooms are very clean and completely non-smoking, which is a relief. Staff are very friendly and helpful and they even have evening snacks for the guests. There are waffles, eggs, bagels, muffins, fruit, and juice/coffee for breakfast, all very fresh. All in all, I'm quite pleased with my stay.

I would recommend this as a place to stay when in Chatham. Very clean, nice rooms and friendly staff. Hot breakfasts, Wi-Fi and what would I have done without those curved shower rods! Just a joke on the room amenities listed. Great place, would come back anytime!

For what is representing it's to expensive. Outdated room with ugly brown office furniture, with cigarette like smell. Old, bad looking g carpet. Old TV without HD programming. Outdated A/C unit. Old, hard to set up analog thermostat. Bathroom was much better than rest of my unit. Upon my arrival the whole parking lot was covered with about 15 cm of wet snow. I almost didn't make it to a parking space. Not offered any hot tea or coffee. Just lack of hospitality whatsoever. I don't recommend this hotel.

Was undergoing construction, so they moved our reservation to a neighboring hotel free of charge.

I have never been disappointed with my stay at the comfort inn.

We stay here all the time on business. The staff are cheerful, always helpful, and go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay. They have also forgiven us for occasionally traipsing mud through the lobby, which we sincerely regret doing. I'll be back next week and expect many more stays to come!

Room smells like napthaline balls.

I first stayed there in 2001 and try to go back when I'm in Ontario. People are wonderful! True, it's not all 'luxury' but it's comfortable and how the staff treats guests make up for any shortfalls. I have great memories of the Chatham Comfort Inn.
