The River side is amazing in the early morning while having your morning coffee We enjoyed also our Lunches and Evening BBQ’s outside The location is Perfect 5 minute walk to the Beach and very close drive to All shopping amenities The big bonus was nice people that we met during our 4 night stay Clean and safe While be returning next year.

Best hotel/resort in Wasaga hands down. Always exceptionally clean. Modern rooms are equipped with cable, internet, ac/heating and full kitchens most with a view of the river. Check in isn’t a hassle and the manager Keitha is super nice! I have stayed here nearly 15 times in the past year and I have zero complaints! The price is very reasonable compared to the grimey and outdated motels/cabins available in the area. You will not be disappointed!

Such a dissatisfaction and disappointment. This place is extremely disgusting because of his employees first of all, I don’t even want to say that they have poor experience, they never even heard word hospitality. I found blood dried on my bed sheets, it took me an hour to reach reception, first they answered then said no one can change it and hang up, then extremely rude responses, I had to call from different phone to get to them so they change bed sheet. And on top of that I found fly in the microwave, so disgusting. Next day manager refused to give me two towels, then she said that I called at night and she was sleeping and at that time they don’t do anything g, perfect job she has. Would never hire someone like her, the most rude and disrespectful person ever in pair with owners of the place. I was asked to leave because they don’t want me there, apparently it was too much that I asked for extra things. They refused to refund the money and security deposit, they threatened me and I had to call Police on them. Avoid this place and never come, or else you will pay $380 per night and will get scammed, I have no choice but take them to court, they decided to bring their business down in front of government’s face too.

We will for sure be back to this hotel. Checked in on a last minute trip up to Wasaga, the lady at the front was super busy, but took the time to ensure we were able to get into our room as quickly as possible. The housekeeping guys were great. Couldn't ask for more. Go here for sure!

Stayed here for the second time over the long weekend. Rooms are beautiful, got a tour of the new building, which is well done and very well furnished. Staff was great all around, no complaints, had a great time and will definitely be returning.

Reserved a room for Canada day weekend. When we arrived they told us they over booked the room and we no longer had it. We were given no advanced notice and the reservation was never cancelled. The representative at the desk was rude and was not empathetic toward the situation they just put us in and did not attempt to offer any alternatives. One of the old tricks in the book giving your room away Terrible place avoid.

Bathroom was not in good condition. The water in both the sink and the tub drained out very slowly. If you even want to wash hands the water builds up in the sink. First I booked king bedroom and found out that it did not have any fridge or microwave. It did not even have a phone that you could use to call reception or call service. In order to service your room you have to pay extra for that. After the first night, I had to book another room which actually had a fridge, and a basic kitchen that met my requirement, but had to pay extra $70 a night to upgrade to that room. But again as mentioned earlier, the bathroom had issues with both the sink and the bath tub, where water drains out really slowly, which was a hassle. Not a good experience overall! :-/

This hotel has by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced, the lady who answers the phone has a rude tone, and asks for things that are unnecessary which no other hotels ask for. The lady answering calls lost a sale of over $500 just because of her dumb accusations, and how rude she was.

One of the worse customer service. Accusing potential customers of unnecessary things based on age, and tone of voice. I suggest you step away from this hotel because it shows a lot about the business when their receptionist is portyraing poor practice of customer service.

Not the friendliest staff. Pretty rude overall. Rooms are newly renovated but kitchen section missing a lot of standard items in order to actually be of any use. Overall though nice looking place. Fairly clean.

Our stay at the Wasaga Riverdock Hotel Suits was fantastic. The rooms were extremely clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and it was located very close to the beach.

Rooms are clean. Great location, feels safe and close to the beach. Service is good. I was promised to get a room with a nice view but got construction at front of my window hummering at 8am. Overall I'm happy with the hotel and will probably stay here in the future.

We stayed at this hotel for nights. Rooms were well furnished, and very clean. Amenities were great, yard was large enough that you didn't feel like you were on top of others guests. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend staying here!

Completely unacceptable problems with management… you cant stay here in peace! Really expensive, furnishings from dollar store, manager is drunk and swearing at guests, had a horrible time.

Nothing short of unacceptable behaviour from the personel operating the place. Owner tried to stop our fourth guest from joining, a veteran who drove across the country to be with us because they believed we were breaching our occupancy agreement. Lovely way to introduce yourself to guests.

My boyfriend and I had an anniversary weekend over there. We both just loved this hotel. Brand new quit and clean rooms, fireplaces on the territory, available BBQ spots, lovely view, perfect location, very close to wasaga beach, restaurants, LCBO and Foodland. Definitely will come back again. Highly recommended.

My wife and I had an overnight stay recently and found the property to be ideal. Amy, the front desk manager, was very helpful in securing us the last studio available without a deposit. Once we got there, I was amazed at the layout near the River at the back of the property. It has docks and they even have brought in sand to make it feel like you are at the beach. Only a short 10 minute stroll to the main beach. I would recommend this to anyone who like to be independent when travelling. Loved having a kitchen and fairly good size fridge in the unit. Only 20 minute drive to Blue mountain, in Collingwood.

Absolutely terrible hotel. After making reservations for myself and my girlfriend under our parents credit card (still going through the process to get one) we were called and told of a thousand dollar deposit fee (not worth it considering its 100 a night) and then told we were not aloud to stay because the credit card wasn't in our names. We then argued and were told by the manager that everyone our age (18) had been told the same thing but when we inquired with our friends who had done the same thing as us we found they had not been contacted. Lied to by management and hassled out of our room by this hotel all because we were 18. Terrible hotel. Terrible management and not worth $100 a night.
