Clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly! Convenient to downtown core.

It's not the Ritz, but under new management, Tony the new owner is trying very hard it seems to update the place. It was clean, and inexpensive to stay and Tony is a very nice fella, we felt welcomed and will be back! AND it's so close to all the other fun things to do in parry sound.

Worst place I have ever stayed. All kinds of dna all over both beds. Bathroom was dirty and the fan was ready to fall out of the ceiling. Staff is useless. I really wish I could attach pictures to this review.

It's a best place ever I stayed … manager is so friendly and helpful, rooms are so big and clean, service is excellent, affordable price. Would definitely stay again …

On an extended stay with my fiance and your not going to find a better place for the price. Very clean, friendly staff, fast internet, everything you need. Tony really takes care of the place.

I arrived here at 1:15 a. M. They wouldn't honor either online rate and basically told me to take it or leave it although I was literally stranded in Parry Sound for the night due to a snowstorm. I asked for a late checkout considering the late hour of my check in and the clerk told me "It doesn't work like that. " I wasn't asking to checkout at 3pm or anything… Just an extra hour, for heavens sake. I paid the same price here as I was supposed to pay for my room at the Monte Carlo in Barrie. Obviously a huge downgrade… The hallways stink badly. There was a ton of garbage and broken furniture at the back entrance. The nightclub next door seems to have some pretty shady clientele. The room was clean but I'm not so sure about the toilet… Overall this place deserves one star or less.

We had an amazing and comfortable stay at Mid-Town Hotel. We enjoyed our stay even though it was short. The room was clean, with basic amenities, refrigerator, air conditioner, microwave, TV and Wi-Fi. Tony offered to help us with anything else we required. We are thankful to Tony for making our stay comfortable. Augustine & Maria.

Clean friendly staff great rates comfortable beds for a good night sleep beats big motel chain prices for a good night sleep I recommend this place for people that don't want to spend a fortune one a one night stay. Thanks for the great rates sill stay there again next time I pass thru parry sound.

Clean and low price. We arrived late on a road trip so this was perfect for our stopover needs. Steps from downtown, friendly staff, adequate of you're looking to sleep in a clean place. It's not fancy and comes from another decade but I think it's still great given it's 40ish% less costly than nearby bigger name places.

Neat and clean. And very awesome customer service. Our car broke down 35 kms from parrysound and they also came and picked my family, ordered pizza for us and all in theiddle if night. Life savers for me and my family.

Right downtown parry sound Ontario, it's an old location, the rooms are very dated, but clean. Staff is friendly, but the internet is very poor, they advertise high speed, but it's more like dial up.

Close to the down town and can walk where everything is.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed. I stayed for 2 weeks and never once had house keeping come to my door, I had to use the same towels the entire time because they wouldn't bring clean ones to me and I had to buy my own toilet paper soap ect. Because they didn't come to replenish it like any other hotel or even motel for what it's worth. But most importantly they were the most unfriendly people I have ever met I never once seen a smile they never said so much as Hi to anyone that walked into the hotel and during my visit I had my 3 year old daughter and my 1 year old son and they told me I was not allowed to bring them through the fro t door I had to use the back door so that they didn't disturb anyone in the lobby with their noise. (There children for Pete sakes NOT animals)

It was not very clean there was hairs in my bed and in the shower, popcorn on the floor. The people that run the place were above my room and their kid ran back and forth, jumping off the bed and made it very hard to sleep. The pillows were so thin and hard and the mattress was like a brick. Needless to say I will not be staying there again!
