Great service! Helpful staff and good breakfast! The owners are available all the time, English spoken (I think Spanish as well) Highly recommended!

We arrived late … after 11pm. When I pulled back the sheets… there was hair inside and they were wrinkled! The next morning my husband complained to the front desk who brushed him off and said it was because of "static". My husband said it was gross and wanted some money back and the man said no but you can have one of your breakfasts for free. ($8) the worst part was that we had to sleep in the sheets because the front desk was closed when we arrived. Do not eat at the restaurant, it's very gross and greasy and the creamer was spoiled. The TV also didnt work and the front desk was closed so we couldn't ask for help. Very outdated rooms… no complimentary shampoo or body wash so ensure you bring your own!

Stayed for a few nights and was very impressed with the space available (living space and bedroom), appliances (fridge, microwave, A/C, flatscreen TV), bathrooms (double sink, nice shower tub, many many towels), outdoor activities (firepit, playground), view and price. The owners are also incredibly friendly and were lovely to chat with while checking in. Also dog friendly! :)

Basic but clean motel run by a very nice family. Big rooms, very dated but have everything you need. Kitchenettes available well stocked with dishes. Nice play structure for children with a large yard fenced in from the busy highway. Grounds are well maintained and the parking lot is well lit at night. Parking is decent, but gets overcrowded when trucks with trailers park horizontally. 3 star rating due to rusty exposed nail on the wooden fence surrounding the building at the back. Would recommend to singles, couples, or families.

We've stayed at the inn on several occasions. The rooms are spotless and the beds comfortable. The hosts have always been very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the location is ideal either for Arrowhead park, general sightseeing in the Huntsville area, or just to lay-over while travelling Highway 11.

We have been coming here for years now, the service is very friendly, dogs welcome (low fee) Clean spacious rooms. Arrowhead Provincial Park just down the road Afforadable Rates Nice and Quiet.

If you don't need anything fancy and you just need a one night stay somewhere, this is the place. It has your basic amenities: queen sized bed, cable TV, desk, microwave, mini fridge, and bathroom. The Wi-Fi was surprisingly fast. Very impressed with that! All facilities were clean. I wish the bed was slightly more comfortable. Other than that, it was OK.

A little dated, but it only adds to the charm! Clean, comfortable with easy access to Algonquin and Arrowhead parks! Play ground for the kids, simple but effective. BBQs and fire pits available! Great place, would definitely stay again.

Wallpaper peeling off walls. Carpets stained. Nice people who serve a great breakfast but place needs to be updated decor wise.

Room is exceptionally clean. I have never seen a motel with such clean rooms. The staff is super friendly. It's only a couple of minutes drive to arrowhead provincial park. Great price. Definitely recommend.

Reception is very accommodating and friendly. The place is very quiet and clean. Pet friendly, too. The room is very well kept, and clean. For a party of 5 people, the room was very spacious. En suite kitchen with microwave, stove, toaster and other utensils is a plus.

Great friendly place to stay. Super clean and cozy rooms. My wife and I have stayed here twice and loved everything about it. The property is well maintained and the family that runs the motel are super kind and helpful. Great location. Close to town and right next to beautiful arrowhead park. It is also only a 30 minute drive to Algonquin park. We are planning our next visit August 7 2016. Can't wait to unwind again in beautiful Huntsville. Check this property out. You won't be disappointed!

Rooms were spacious and clean, service was excellent. The couple who ran the inn were very warm and nice. Breakfast and coffee were great too!

Can't beat it for the price. Located very close to the park entrance. An older motel style, very well appointed. Comfortablebeds, pillows, very quite. We had a great sleep! Very clean, neutral decor. Breakfast served 8-10 Am in wee restaurant, cooked by owners. All in all, an excellent experience.

I knew we were going to have problems with our stay at The Arrowhead Inn from the moment we checked in. The desk agent, who I believe is also the owner, insisted that we pay for our two night stay upfront, which is practically unheard of with hotels/motels. Being as we were a wedding party staying in 2 rooms the night before the wedding, and then handing off those rooms to the parents and siblings of the groom for the next evening we hadn’t 100% figured out who was paying for what at this point. So after much deliberation we decided we would split up the payment and pay for the first night up front and then the second night the next evening, this was agreed upon with the agent, who later that evening informed us that if we hadn’t paid for the second night first thing in the morning he would be kicking us out. My gut said: go elsewhere, but we had already made the reservation. Throughout this entire interaction the man at the front desk was quite shrewd and condescending. When you walk into the room it feels like you are walking on the inside of a smoker’s rancid mouth and it hits you in the face with such ferocity that it’s almost gag inducing. After dropping off all of our belongings we headed out to a steak house for the evening. We came back to the motel around 1:15 AM. Everyone was exhausted. We were all sated and ready for bed. We pretty much all crashed from there.

I recently stayed at this hotel 2 nights in a row. We had some issues with check-in but finally got our keys. All seemed well however we had some issues here and there, such as the toilet getting clogged just from normal use (not to mention there was no plunger) and really strong cigarette smell to the room to name a few.
The group of us that occupied the room decided to head out for the evening, came back and went to bed right away. The next evening we were abruptly awoken to the orders that we were being kicked out of our room. Reasons being for items that never occurred and for items that were out of our control such as the toilet being clogged (from normal use)
I have stayed in different logging areas around here and must say this has been the worst experience I have ever encountered. I would strongly recommend if you are coming to the area to keep looking.

My family and I had a great time in this place, it is right on the private road to Arrowhead Provincial Park, only about one point something km away from it. We stayed there for a long weekend and got fascinated of both places (hotel and park). The hotel has an outdoor BarB-Q to used and facilities for a bonfire at night time, when is best. Also their customer service is awesome, I will say one of the best of my experience in Canada.

Great rooms at reasonable rates. The owner went out of there way to make sure we had all we needed. Great place and I can not wait to visit again.
