What do you need me then a nIce clean room after a long drive. Over all it's at a good location with friendly owner!

We absolutely loved our stay! Highly recommended. We upgraded to the ski package and the coffee lovers package — great value and would do again! Amy was very accommodating and friendly. The room was beautiful and comfortable.

We only booked a room for one night, the room was nice, good atmosphere, although no fan in the bathroom and some rough patch work such as the mudding and caulking around the tub. There was an unfilled water bottle in the fridge. We paid to rent their two bicycles and a picnic. Food was decent but the worst part were the bikes, they were old and the tires were underinflated so we couldn't even ride them. Also they appear to operate as seasonal? It's only early September and they said they've switched to winter hours and are only open from 3pm to 8pm.

So we were travelling from visiting my parents in Edmonton to back home in Waterloo, on day 2 of this trip we decided to stay the night in Kenora. We were in Manitoba when I called, and the woman on the phone was very helpful. When I told her we would be there late (10-10:30 pm) that wasn't an issue and she said we could check ourselves in. The location was great, while there wasn't much of a view from the hotel, the drive both to and out was breathtaking. The room itself was beautiful, high ceilings, a little living room. If I didn't have to go back to work, I'd have wanted to stay for the week. Beautiful place, worth every penny.

Beautiful place to stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was great. Little beach just down the road and the coffee is good. Would stay again.

A hidden gem. Beach close by… what a suprise… first day with the family and we live it. Will be back.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here. Room was very clean and staff were very friendly. Got the Beer lovers package and our tour guide Emma was amazing! We even had the privilege of having her again at Brunch the next day. We will definitely be back and will be recommending it to everyone! Thank you.

We got in after check in time but it was not a problem for them. Supplied us with information about the local brew pub with which they are affiliated with, even gave us a couple of cold beers to sample in case we didn't make it. Large room with their own coffee grounds, nice bathroom, comfortable beds with a real fresh feel to them. Great value. Lovely view and close to the lake for a chance to catch the sunrise over the water.

First off it's important to note this inn is NOT in Kenora. It's far away from downtown and there are no nearby restaurants and as it's not in town, no delivery either. The Brewery itself is 10+ minutes away NOT on property. Coffee shop / restaurant on site is always closed. Room was nice enough although you could hear noises from other units — perhaps a rug would help, and a large curtain over the unit door (which is a glass patio door with no interior security lock) means when you leave the room everyone walking by and see right into your unit. Doesn't make much sense. Manager called 5 minutes after we left the room saying they were getting complaints about our dogs. It was 5 MINUTES. Give it 10 and they'd be fine. But no … so halfway to downtown to get something to eat we had to turn around and grab food at the only restaurant nearby — chicken from a gas station. I wasn't impressed.

Perfect stay. Loved the tub was fantastic after a 12hr drive.

The room was spacious. Clean and very comfortable. The staff was polite, professional, warm and friendly. Definately will stay again.

Absolutely gorgeous room and great building. Staff was friendly and everything was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was delicious with a great patio. There is a small Beach area by the docks a couple minute walk from the inn and was a $20 taxi ride to Kenora Harbourfront. Great place to stay!

Really nice hotel. Not right in town but that was fine with us as it was quiet and right by the lake. Room was clean and well appointed and the staff were nice. Only problem? The attached coffee shop/cafe was closed all weekend so there were no services on site. It would of been nice to end our evening with a night cap or have a nice breakfast in the morning. We were told because of a staff shortage it wasn't open but on the door a note posted said that they were closed the entire long weekend and would be opening on Tuesday. What a disappoint.

Fantast place. Staff are very friendly and the room was spacious and comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here. The coffee at the Broken Paddle Cafe upstairs is a great way to start the day.

Excellent food, coffee, and staff. Beautiful location filled with Kenora charm! We had our wedding in Kenora on June 3, 2017 and booked 6 rooms at the Brewers Inn for our wedding party and out-of-province guests. The rooms were spacious and squeaky-clean which was perfect for getting ready and photos. We were able to use their outdoor space for getting ready photos which turned out beautifully!

The waitress didn't know how to properly take out order on her tablet. She didn't have Bailey for the martinibi ordered, brought your food with toppings we requested to be removed. And forgot to make one of our drinks.

Loved our stay! Our room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable, and the beach is a short walk from the inn. The staff is friendly, and we enjoyed a delicious dinner at The Broken Paddle. We would definitely stay there again!

Lovely staff, beautiful rooms, tasty food and tastier drinks. They had my favourite drink without having to ask them to make it.

I highly recommend the Brewers Inn. Looking to getaway and not travel a huge distance from Manitoba this is a great place to go. The suites are fabulous with the added bonus of A line ceilings and modern design. The food is excellent in the restaurant and very fairly priced! Thanks again for the great stay, hospitality and scrumptious welcome cookie!

We'd specifically asked at the nearby Ontario Tourism office for a recommendation for a brew pub where we could get some sample tastes of local beer so we could buy a growler for camping. They sent us back here through bridge construction delays. Only after we'd ordered did we learn that this was a sister location, and more geared to serving food for people staying at the inn. The food was just okay; too much deep-fried batter overwhelmed the tender local whitefish. After more delays re-crossing the bridge to continue heading east, we were very disappointed to discover their lively downtown sister location directly on our route. The food there looked great, but we'd already eaten — and we couldn't afford the time to wait to sample the beers to decide on one to buy.

Super tasty food and the coffee was great! Friendly staff! To bad I didn't have a chance to try the beer.

Lovely spot! Clean. Modern. So comfy. Superb place to relax. Very nice touches… bottled water chilled in the fridge. Fresh made coffee grounds from the well known Broken Paddle Coffee Co. And fresh giant ginger cookies from the Broken Paddle restaurant. The view from the balcony had a peek at the lake. The beach was a two minute walk. We had the best bowl of House made delectable Chicken and Rice Soup at the Broken Paddle… they even had herbs growing at each table. Friendly and speedy service. The room had the most comfortable bed and pilllows. Cabin style room. Vaulted ceilings. Lovely luxurious robes. Room service. Highly recommended.

Got a sandwich and coffee to go, so I can't comment on service. The atmosphere feels great though. The sandwich was excellent. The coffee was great. I will be back.

Food was good concept but lacked some execution and service was discombobulated.

It is now Broken Paddle Coffee Roastery & Kitchen. Came for breakfast, very good breakfast menu with excellent coffee. Would recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Had a fun time at the bar and the food was great. We only stayed one night but we will definitely be back in the future. Great place.

The rooms are very comfortable and cozy. Great location, the staff is very courteous and friendly. Overall it was an excellent stay.

My family stays here when they come to visit and say nothing but good things about it. Hospitable staff who gave my family great recommendations on where to go and eat since they are from out if the country.

Recently stopped in for dinner and was impressed by the ambiance and quality of the food. Wish I would have tried it sooner.

South view Inn and Bistro is a very charming place. I love Indian food and their curry bowl was phenomenal. The rooms were very homey and warm and I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely go back if I am in the area.
