Beautiful xmas decor, nice front desk staff, good food.

The Hotel is clean and on a location near the freeway. The staff are friendly. The rooms are clean and they have a fair selection of TV stations. The thing is I smell cigarette smoke in the halls, so it appears they have rooms you can smoke in. They don’t offer free water or coffee. They do offer Kerrigan in the rooms. I miss the fresh brewed coffee offered by the Homewood Suites.

Great staff, very welcoming, nice rooms, the food and restaurant staff are super and try hard to accommodate your food selections. Also make recommendations for what is happening in the area.

I met a friend who was staying at Hilton for the night. My experience there was positive. I would certainly recommend friends and family to stay at Hilton.

Should be 5 star. For 3 nights it was very nice. The 4th night I got up at 430 to find no hot water. Cold shower to get ready for the airport. No one at the front desk to check you out. Just a poor last day experience.

Excellent location! Close to Appleby GO line and its surrounding area has all the amenities that you'll ever need. Recommended.

Hotel at the last moment, and we were overjoyed to see that it was the best choice we could make: the room and bathroom were very clean, also there were many more towels than necessary being only two of us, but still having more does not make never hurt. Very good shower products.
As for the bed, which in my opinion is the most important thing to consider when staying in a hotel, it was magnificent: very large, very comfortable mattress and clean and fragrant sheets (in the morning just awake I hoped to be able to continue to sleep all day in that bed).
The delicious breakfast, wide choice of fresh products (fruit, croissants and yogurts) and freshly cooked products (eggs, beans, bacon and sausage). The room staff very courteous and helpful.

Clean and nice but because beside highway all you here is a constant humming due to wall unit air and heat. Why they didn't build with a central unit I don't understand especially beside the highway. So better bring your ear plugs.

Surprising how modern and clean and fresh this hotel was as it is in an industrial area. Yummy cookies upon arrival. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and it was super tasty. Being a Hilton Honors member got us a room upgrade and allowed us to check in extra early. We had a pillow choice and asked for extras. Really nice hotel for a layover.

Hotel is nice with nice amenities. Comfortable bed. My only issue was that it's next to the highway. My room faced the highway and there was alot of road noise from cars at every hour.

Really great place. It was clean, quiet and really convenient being located right by the hwy. Also reception is very nice.

The room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The food in the restaurant was also very good. Would come back again.

We were just attending a meeting but the staff was very helpful. The food served after was not the greatest but again very friendly staff. The facility was clean and modern. Would recommend this place for sure.

Nice hotel, rooms are always proper and thE beds are very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were very nice but a continental breakfast would be awesome.

Came up to the area for Import Expo with 4 others. Booked online, showed up, was greeted with kind faces and positive energy. Our first room was two queen size beds, but because of the extra person we asked to see the King sized bed with pull out couch room, and they without hesitation, met us at our room and took us to see it! We preferred the new room and they let us switch right away. Made us a new key, and away we went! After we went out for dinmer at Kelseys (5 minute walk) we went swimming and enjoyed the hot tub! Pull out couch was surprisingly comfortable, and slept great. This morning we got up, we went downstairs and had an amazing breakfast. Again, we had awesome people serving us our whole visit! Making sure everything was good with us. Will 100% be staying here again!

Stayed three nights March 30 to April 2. Dirty towels, and chamber maid let herself into our room while we were still there. Knocked and let herself in simultaneoulsy. Stayed here a month ago and it was fine. Seems like it us under new management and it isnt good. Dont recommend it now.

Been staying here for almost 2 months every weekend because of work. I've had issues every stay, today was the best though. I'm on my 5th 12 hour night shift in a row tonight and the DND sign is on my door. The cleaning lady is knocking on my door, opens it and turns on the light? Wow… thanks… Only giving 2 stars because the wait staff is okay.

The rooms and property are clean. No mouldy smells, or stuffiness. Bathroom caulking was sketchy, literally. Must have been renovated a one point but shower seems old and did not match the classiness of the rest of the place. No big deal. I would stay here again.

The service was excellent. We stayed in one of the jacuzzi rooms and it was the nicest room I have ever stayed in. Everything was top notch about this hotel.

Very professional with setting up a hall. Staff was attentive and responsive on food and beverages that where provided. Overall a good place to have a conference/training.

Stayed with a team booking. Rooms were clean, service was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was top notch and the take a coffee to go table was a nice touch. Great job on an economical price and basic needs covered above expectations. Will definitely advise our team to stay here again. Or if I’m visiting the Hamilton area as a family this will be my first choice.

Check-in and out were both smooth, easy processes. The staff are very quick to respond to any questions, and they have all the amenities you could need. Overall, a great choice if you're in the area.

Staying here for work for a week and I came back before the room was cleaned. I saw the cleaning crew on my floor and asked when they would be heading to my room to decide if I should stick around or let them clean. Eduarda said she would do mine right away. Amazing service! The front desk staff were amazing as well. Melanie was amazing and helped me when I had a Wi-Fi issue. The rooms are immaculate and the fitness room is very clean, as well. I would definitely stay here again!

Its was great breakfast was awesum rooms r really nice and quite location is great there is a timhortins on walking distance there is a huge outlet mall very near to the hotel over experience was excellent.

This is close to the highway. Nice hotel with decent sized rooms. It has very good amenities.

Booked room with queen and scoffs bed. Get to hotel they give us a queen bed. Sau there fully booked. Sleeping on the floor tonight until manager get in. Do not stay here.

Great space! Great decor and great rooms. The spa and pool are really nice and there is a gym as well. The beds are so comfy and the service is really nice. The hotel is close to Oakville cineplex and next to bus roads.

Nice rooms at a reasonable price. Only downfall is that drinks at the barr were over $10.00 each, and the bartender tried very hard to sell their overpriced food. Overall a solid experience.

Stars lost because the blanket was stained, and there was dirt crusted on floor by the dresser. The bathroom didn't have a vent fan (maybe air circulated a different way? ). Fridge didn't have a freezer at top (first time we encountered this). Everything else was fine. I likely would stay again, not a horrible experience. Give it 3.5 stars.

Very clean and comfortable. The showers are a can bugge but it was a good rest.

Clean rooms with excellent ac (visited during heat wave). Nothing too fancy but comfortable and nice place to relax. Attended for a wedding down the road.

Easy access off 403, Toronto is very reachable by car. The main downside I can think of is that unlike its partner Hampton Inn, which we frequently use, there wasn't complimentary tea/coffee or included breakfast.

Good all round and location better than Oakville for amenities nearby.

Room itself was fine. Power in the conference room was a major issue because no power bars were provided and it took over an hour to get one brought in by hotel staff. Plugs were not conveniently located and the hotel had not even provided power for their own projector. Telephone in the room for conference bridging didn't work for half the day, and no one on staff was able to fix it until midday. Food provided was good, but arrived quite late. Overall I'd say this hotel is not well prepared for hosting events.

Great atmosphere, friendly service, beautiful clean room!

I've been to many a hotel based conference during my career. This by far has been the place with the most comfortable chairs. They all had thick cushions and we're slightly wider than most. It meant we could power through the conference without needing to get up and deal with the usual lower back pain. The front lobby was beautiful and the staff were very helpful. The bathrooms were clean and we'll stocked. I didn't get a chance to explore the hotel any more than that, but what I saw made me want to stay.

Great staff, quality rooms, and good food! I have worked in a hotel and I know what (and what not) to expect. All staff was friendly and accommodating. We noticed the rooms were clean & fresh, with great beds. The location is great with shopping and dinning nearby with easy access to Toronto and Hamilton nearby. Gladly stay and recommend again.

I stayed for a hockey tournament and the security guards were fine with us playing manhunt.
