I love this place but the Indian girl at the reception is very very very RUDE. She has no manners, she is very disrespectful, and she does not represent Centennial College & Residence. I spoke to Security about her behavior but they said she's like that to everyone, if shes like that then find someone else to replace her, there are a ton of people looking for work. Her rude behavior makes me sick every time I see her.

There's a psycho guy who is the manager. Mathew is racist and told me to leave Canada. I cannot believe how a sick person can become manager ffs! once a week there's police showing up in hallway, one resident died recently. Not safe.

Centennial Place is the perfect place if your looking for a home away from home. The staff and resident advisors ensure that your comfortable and your always at your best. I cannot imagine moving away from home to any other campus but this one. Love it, cant wait to come back!

Before you apply, spend time and read the contract very carefully. First of all there is no refund. If your roommates are messy or if you want to move to another place with someone else, they are not going to give the money back. In addition to that they will oblige you to pay the second semester fee for the residence. Furthermore, they will charge you almost $300 extra. They will do a survey before you move in and if you are a clean person they will probably match you with the dirtiest people in the world. After that, when you will ask them to change your room, they will charge you $250. Moreover, if you forget your key inside your bedroom they will ask you $20 just to open it (Even if you don't loose your key). After that, parking is also an extra (almost $300). The most important detail is the tax refund. Don't forget that if you apply for a tax return, they are not going to take into consideration the residence. It's like you lived for 8 months in the street.

Perfect place to clean people's mess. Residence focused on money instead of customer satisfaction and experience. No refund if you want to move away and you will be obliged to pay $250 if you want to change your room otherwise you will clean your roommates mess during the year. Don't try to explain to them how messy they are, they will first ask you to transfer money after they will say that it's not their problem and it's only your decision.
