Aesthetically the hotel is atrocious outside.

We had a family gathering with multiple rooms booked plus a board room for a special function. The staff were more than outstanding by accommodating our needs and being exceptionally friendly.

Attended a debut party this evening. The event place was spacious, foods was great including service. Nice place to hold an event. However, the audio sound isn't that good.

This hotel is beautiful. For the three days, we were there we only had one roll of toilet paper. We did run out and find ourselves in a situation.

Great experience staying at the Holiday Inn Express Whitby. Bed very comfortable, room was spotless. Room had a kitchen nook, comfortable chairs, nice lighting.

Stayed here after a visit to Thermea spa and it exceeded expectations. Very pleased with everything — rooms seem to be almost brand new, spotlessly clean and a good size (King with sofa).

Great hotel the room was very spacious and it felt more like an apartment than a hotel room loved it, staff was amazing very clean hotel room would definitely go back, location was right off the 401

We had an absolutely amazing time staying for one night with our kids. The room was super clean and had all of the amenities any family could need.

Location is great, underground parking is appreciated especially on snowy winter days and the rooms are clean and spacious.

This hotel is very nice to stay at. The rooms are very clean! When came down for breakfast we were surprised to see a hot breakfast! It was very fresh and good! The staff are very polite!

I had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. Aziz was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make us comfortable with a quiet room, extra pillows, pool towels, and a late check-out.

I was visiting the area for a quick getaway from March 14 to March 17, and I had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer at the front desk. She was extremely kind, welcoming, and very informative.

David at the front desk was beyond wonderful to us. We had an issue that he handled with grace and compassion and his professionalism was beyond exceptional.

Wonderful stay, we were in a very quiet part of the hotel. Would be nice if there was a coffee machine in lobby as some Best Westerns have as complimentary …

We stayed at Comfort Inn for a weekend and really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly, the food was great and our rooms were very clean. Overall an amazing experience!

Soooo… this place is a real gem. It has all the normal excellent qualities… cleanliness, cost efficient, great location.
It is clean… no real complaints.
Bed… very comfortable.

This hotel was such a treat! The pool was so warm and wonderful, same for the hot tub — my kids had a blast! Room provided everything we needed. Staff was helpful. 5 🌟

This hotel is in a great location. Public transportation is very accessible and you can easily get anywhere.

We recently stayed for one night at this hotel. Everything was excellent from customer service to the cleanliness in the rooms.

We stay at this location for little getaways from reality every few months. We always are treated with upmost respect by staff. Our rooms are always clean and spacious.

Positive: location and bathroom was clean Negative: floors were not mopped clean and dried puke on bed skirt.

The front deskman was very pleasant (not so much on the phone tbh). The room was clean, a couple stains on a few towels but nothing major.

Was here for 7 nights. The room was a room. It was clean and fine to stay in.
Only disappointment well, 2 of them. 1 was the pool was closed. 2nd was there was no plug for the bathtub.

Nice staff, great room and the pool was just what I needed. We were 4 in our group and the clerk was happy to give us extra towels for showering and swimming.

Nice hotel with clean rooms, awesome service and good prices. We were on the 3rd floor, really clean and not old at all. Glass shower in the bathroom (no bath but who takes a bath in an hotel…).

Positive: Location was good. Free parking was nice. Breakfast was awesome. Negative: Pool not very family friendly and last minute closure of fitness room was annoying.

Enjoyed the stay. Nice rooms but they do appear to be updating them. If you are on the highway side you will hear road noise. Breakfast was great.
