Not a good experience. We purchased snow tubing for our family. Once we got there found out that all the lifts broke. They had been down for over a hour before we even arrived. It Would have been nice to know but instead we wait…ended up only riding down one mountain 3 times in 3 hours! Just seemed like they over sold tickets which made it impossible to enjoy what you paid for…. So expensive! Save your money not worth it!
Impossible to get in touch with anyone, nice once your there, customer service is not an option tho.

I had a very bad experience with the security officer named Zack. He took my lift ticket which I paid for $80 and insisted on purchasing another one! I ended up not to ski. Don’t go and waste your money.
