Amazing little gem in Blue Mountain area. Clean and well kept. The 24 hr shuttle is so convenient. It made girls weekend a blast.

The units were fantastic — 4 of us slept comfortably but we could have easily fit 2 more people. There were 2 washrooms in our unit and a fully functioning kitchen as well. The resort was clean and beautiful and the units were decorated very modern. Great experience!

The units are private rentals so there may be different experiences.
Unit 9151 is very nice. Updated decor, clean, good bed and bedding. All the amenities you would need in a rental. I give the unit a 4 star but the resort a 2 — 3 as it has a very small pool, haven’t checked out the restaurant.
The village is 3min drive up the road which is where you go anyway.

Great family getaway spot, we all enjoyed the pool, hot tub, tennis courts, walking (climbed the ski hill). Condo is the perfect size for our family of 5, perfect distance from the Village and the beach. Cannot wait to come back.

Mountain Springs is conveniently located minutes away from the village. It is quick and easy to visit the village for dinner, entertainment, or to just pass the time. Mountain springs is at the bottom of a ski hill offering a beautiful view of the mountain. We were able to climb the mountain for a breathtaking view of the surrounding area. Mountain Springs is clean, and quiet. There is a pool, and tennis courts for the residents and guests to enjoy. I would recommend Mountain Springs to everyone.

My boyfriend and I had such a great time staying in this weekend. The rooms were so cute, enough for 2 people to stay. Once you open the door you immediately see a living room space, a queen size bed, with a small (& well stocked) kitchen that has all essentials. A bathroom is there as well. It's all neat and worth checking out. The only downside is that if your suite is at the lower level you'll hear the upstairs tentants walking around but otherwise I would recommend this place for a little weekend getaway!

Just outside of blue mountain village very nice and cozy home. If you stay here for a longer period of time it has a kitchen and you could prepare your own meals.

People were loud above us and nothing changed after several complaints throughout the weekend. I also don't consider a glorified hole in a wall an electric fireplace, no heat output and not even a visual representation. Extremely misleading, bordering on false advertising. I would highly recommend this place if you enjoy spending far too much money, children jumping above you at 5am, and a 5inch thick "flatscreen" TV that is barely even 720p and has a tendency to turn off randomly.

A little rough around the edges, but for us it was perfect. Great views of the mountain, ski in ski out access and a fun interior layout are the highlights. While our unit was meticulously cleaned, it is long overdue for some routine maintenance.

Very cool place to stay! Hot tub was closed early a few nights in a row. Rooms are a liiiiittle small for a family. Better for couples. But otherwise a beautiful collection of cottages and a pretty decent location. With some finesse you can actually ski in to the block. Definitely would reccomend!

Convenient location, the free shuttle to the village was great. Rooms were a little outdated, our upstairs bathroom toilet didn't work at all. Hot tub was nice and working, but a far walk from our building. Great price for a decent experience and a place to sleep.

Our host Alexx was great! The unit was gorgeous, but the one thing I was disappointed about was how the jacuzzi was advertised. There is one, but its in the main building, and its OUTSIDE. Shared by the entire resort. Other than that, I would absolutely come back!

Great place for family. Near the central village. They have plenty of kitchen utensils, netflix in the TV, Wi-Fi, and extra beddings.

Horrible experience. I arrived the lodge at 4pm, they said they are cleaning right now and tell us to come back here at 5:30. We came back at 6, waiting for half an hour and got check in. Entering the apartment at 7:30, and hoping to get some rest right a way. BUT, the room is never cleaned, and some room lights are not working. I called the front desk, they didn’t even apologize and said they would send the service. But here I am, standing in an unclean room and still waiting for the service. I lived here last year, it was good and it is the reason I came back and even recommended to my friends. However, I regretted everything right now. And hope someone can give me a proper explanation!

Room was clean. Everything was good. But be aware if booking through booking. Com they will charge you tonss of money. Not worth it. Don't book through booking. Com. I almost paid the double the price.

Lovely place however the main concern we had upon arrival was a broken bed in the sense that the frame mattresses were on was the issue. Not entirely clean bed sheets also contributed to the slightly lower rating. With that being said service was great therefore would reconsider for next trip.

Was not impressed with Condo 405. Old one bedroom. Deck stain peeling throughout the Deck. Old stained patio table & chairs. Had difficulties getting Wi-Fi. Had to call and have someone come to repair it. Access to only a couple of TV channels. No screen door on patio door. Most uncomfortable bed, woke up with soar back. Stove fan didn't work. Only 1 face clothe and one hand towel for the two of us for a three day stay. Had to call front desk to get more and received attitude in regards and asked well how many do you want? When we booked our room online it indicates and shows pictures of a hot tub on the Deck a beautiful view. Yeah right, the only view we have are other buildings all around us and of course there are no hot tubs for any of the Condos as we were told by the maintenance man. We paid a lot for this condo for a 3 day get away and we will never recommend it to anyone. We are making the best of our stay because we paid for it and that is it. What a disappointment, never coming here again.

Loved it! The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because we didn't get to experience the full resort. The pool was closed and we couldn't try the hot tub (my wife was pregnant) and we stayed in the most basic room, which didn't provide us a full Mountain Springs resort experience. however. We loved our room! It was clean and well equipped, the only thing we lacked was scissors and a can opener. We stayed for 6 nights and the staff was incredibly helpful! If we needed anything (clean sheets, directions, etc. ) we just had to ask and they were on top of it! Also we were quite comfortable for our entire stay, the bed was extremely comfy! The room, although small, met all of our needs. Bed, sofa, kitchen with stove and fridge and dishwasher! And a bathroom with a jacuzzi style tub! We had a great selection of cable channels during the rainy days and the resort is located perfectly in between a beach on Georgian Bay and Blue Mountain Village! Within a 1-2 minute drive of each or 5 minutes by bike! Perfect for us! Mountain Springs Resort is a place my wife and I will certainly return to in the future! Can't wait to try out the pool and hot tub!

Booked the property less than 24 hrs and had to cancel due to a death in the family and the are still charging a cancellation fee. Got an email back after reaching out to them and received a response "it's our policy". I didn't get a chance to stay and there is no chance in hell I will even consider staying here. No compassion. Just plain rude.

For a family of 5 the room wasn't bad, but the pull out couch was a bit small for 3 kids we ended up making a make-shift bed for our 3 year old. The place was clean when we got there however there is a weird moldy smell. They also had a pool but be careful if you have small kids as it goes from shallow to deep with no gradual transition, there is a hot tub which was nice as well. The kitchen has a microwave, fridge and stove with an oven, we were able to cook our dinner and breakfast here if you want to save a bit of money. The shuttle service also runs 24hrs and will take you to the village if you don't want to use your own vehicle.

Our room was beautiful. We couldnt have been more happier with the chalet. Loved the outdoor pool and hot tub. We will return to sooner than later.

Condo 505 or 9505 on website is not worth the rental expense. Reception was not helpful. Bed was small, barely a double, very hard with absolutely no support to the point my boyfriend slept on couch and I have a sore back today. We had to wait 2 hours extra to checkin after being told our room would be ready at a certain time. Room was not cleaned well. Some barf or fecal matter left on base of toilet stand. Some dishes put away filthy. Ancient stove with one burner not working well. The couch pullout is basically inoperable so if you're planning on sleeping on it I'd recommend you bring an air mattress instead. No light above dining table. Bring a lantern. Things we did enjoy were the deck, the layout, the jacuzzi bath and parking. Condo would be great if it was updated. Glad we only booked a night. We have friends who have booked this unit for a week and have warned them. I'm sure some of the condos are nice here but not 505!

Great room. Very clean. All you need to cook is available, kitchen utensils are complete. About 5 mins to the village very accesible.

Terrible experience and customer service. Booked two months in advance for New Years Eve (party of 6). Upon arrival was told only had room for 2. After numerous arguments with staff still has not been resolved up to this point. Have written full review on tripadvisor. Have now been contacted by upper management asking to remove this review before they provide us with any compensation. Nothing has been resolved by this point. Disgraceful!

Room 904: we stayed for 2 nights it was nice and pleasant. I couldnt complain much coz I know it is an old property. Very close to the village and ski area. Free Wi-Fi, free parking. Plus a full kitchen with appliances. +cable.
The downside: temp kind of cold but at some point it was hot too.

My husband and I went here for a much needed get away as we have a 3 year old daughter who is in palliative care. She was stable when we left for this vacation. However on our stay we got a call home that she was in ICU fully supported on oxygen and machines. We went to the front desk to say we had to leave for an emergency and they reassured us they would refund us for the rest of the nights we had booked. We called 5 times and spoke with a few workers and nobody returned our calls to refund us or anything. I find this incredibly cruel, rude and unprofessional that they never gave us our money back for the nights we were not there. Would never recommend this resort to anybody because if this… Clearly they do not care about their customers.

Worst experience ever.! Being overcharged during booking and no notification nor follow-up from the group. Rude treatment by the management and customer relations is non existent.

Dont come here. Save yourself and go somewhere else. Dirty. Rude staff. NO ONE at reception after like… 9 pm. Idiots…

What on earth? Mouse running around. No one at the desk at 10 pm to change our rooms. Now we have to stay with a mouse or we drive back 3 hours and go home. Dont ever come here. Ever. Retards running this place…

"Worst experience ever" if I can sum it up with a few words. We stayed there on the long weekend with 3 couples renting 3 separate suites. One of the couples could only arrive late to check in and that's where it all went down hill. No staff was to be found, called the emergency line and no answer and no call back. They had 3 kids with them and they were stuck with no room, all other hotels were sold out as it's a long weekend. We needed to shift around and stay with the friends, giving one room to the couple with 3 kids. All people in the party were inconvenienced and when speaking to the staff the next day, the lady was very rude, not sympathetic and just wanted to end the conversation. No offer to compensate was made in any way and even when asked for something from the owner he just said "there's nothing we can do". I want to know who runs this place? how are they still in business? what kind of resort has a window for check in 4-7pm? with no customer service for emergencies or circumstancial assistance? this place overall is not clean, or well kept either. I would never stay here again and recommend that everyone reads this and other bad reviews before booking anything as I'm sure they're all true. The owner likely posts the only few good reviews himself. Oh ya and did I mention the pool facilities were closed? DO NOT STAY HERE.
