Friends found a recording device under the bed and no longer want to stay as this made them no feel comfortable. The hotel won't let them check out without a refund even though they are no longer comfortable staying there.

Just wanted to say how amazing the staff has been during this difficult time. We continued to enjoy our stay this week at Embarc feeling safe, supported and well cared for. Thank you for making our week enjoyable during this challenging time.

It was very clean, services excellent. I would highly recommend it.

Charged hidden resort fee, when everything was already paid for ahead of time. This resort fee was not mentioned anywhere. Even savanna working at the front desk could not find it in our confirmation emails. Half your amenities are closed for renovations.

We were there today on our membership day pass. Very nice and relaxing. Common areas are all in good condition. We spent most of our time at the adult pool and used the bbq and boat house lounge supplies to help prep our lunch.

Convenient to Blue mountain hills, Wasaga Beach, the cleaning staff need better supervision.

Great place to relax with the family. Rooms are spacious and have a rustic charm. Very nice tubs. Amenities are top notch.

Rating is equal to zero stars. I cannot begin to explain how disappointed my family and I were when the General Manager, Melissa, refused to charge our Tesla SUV. It was a rainy afternoon on September 1st 2018 and we had 18kilometres left in our charge. This experience and her demeanor, attitude and especially her lack of hospitality towards a family who needed assistance, has left us appalled and wondering what has happened to the warmth and welcoming experience that is to be expected of not only guests visiting the Blue Mountains, but the conduct of Canadians in general. Our navigation system in our vehicle had directed us to this location for a charge-up. There were no other Tesla's using this charger and we required 4 hours to get enough charge to get home on September 1st 2018. Melissa the General Manager for this resort looked me straight into my eyes and said that this location did not come up on my GPS. I was called a liar in front of two front desk associates. Melissa then proceeded to tell me that she will not approve this request for a charge and she would not help us out. Upon hearing this I had to ask her to repeat her decision, which she did. My family and I left with the most sour experience one could have possibly gotten in these circumstances. I would like to thank Melissa the General Manager at Embarc Blue Mountain for exposing the true nature of her understanding of what it means to be Hospitable.

Great, kind and knowledgable staff. Property is clean, private with beautiful grounds. Very good choice.

Nice place and location. In the summer walking up the mountain is really good exercise.

Our favorite place for a weekend getaway! Rooms have a real cabin/lodge feeling ideal for unwinding and kicking back. Plus, just far enough from the village to be nice and quiet, but still only a five minute walk. The courtyard is very pretty and secluded; aim to be facing inwards if you can. One bedrooms have a full kitchen so you can do all your own cooking, plus there are BBQs scattered around the premises. Game and DVD rentals are available to enjoy by the fireplace for a serene retreat even in the Winter.

Great lodge, friendly staff and even allowed us to check in earlier than starting check in times! This lodge is a little bit further away from the Blue mountain village but they provide free shuttle service if needed. We got our room that faces the back of the lodge, great view that faces the pool and a little pond. Would come back again with a longer stay next time.

Beautiful room and fantastic service. Employes seem to take a genuine interest in ensuring you have a wonderful stay Definitely hope to go back.

Always a great stay at Embarc. Been a member of Embarc since it opened in Blue Mountain back in early 2000. Well maintained and appointed rooms and amenities.

Stayed there for a weekend. The in house breakfast was really good. Rooms are very clean. The village is a must see. Will definitely be going back.

It's a great resort… amazing amenities… 5 stars; it's got everything one needs to have a great time, for a couple to a large family.

It was an amazing experience! The bed was comfortable, spacious room and had everything you needed in the kitchenette! We stayed on the ground floor and we could hear people above us, a little disturbing when you're trying to sleep, but we had ear plugs so it was fine! The front desk staff were very friendly. We had a lovely stay and would definitely go back!

Normally my experience here is fantastic and I would normally rate this 5 stars. However, I am currently under a family that is constantly running and jumping! The noise level is way above what would be typical everyday noise and despite a phone call to the front desk to ask for them to be more considerate of the people below them, the noises and banging have continued. I would hope that Embarc would have asked them to be more cognizant of those around them, but that hasn’t happened.

Beautiful resort. Very clean. The scenery was gorgeous and it's a short walk across the street to all the stores and restaurants. The showers in the studio suite were a bit small and the shower head wasn't that great. We also found the towels left in the room were not soft. We found them very rough and scratchy to use on our skin. It would have been nice to have bathrobes in the room.

My husband and I stayed at the Embarc Blue Mountain this pass weekend to celebrate our 14th wedding Anniversary. We absolutely loved our stay. The staff and gueats were very friendly. Our room was very clean. The view was stunning from our lodge. Overall great experience. Would definitely come back again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place.

Why would we buy more points (that are worthless on the open market) with so little benefit to us? Many members on FB Diamond Resorts Members Group complain about DRI offering benefits for purchasing extra points only to have the benefits taken away (within a year or two). Why would we trust a company who cheats its members? You also imply that our membership is ownership, with a Board of Directors that manage a Home Owners Association on behalf of its "owners". Well, we don't own anything and you know it. The Board of Directors are DRI employees and don't represent the members but have all the power. It's all a facade.
