By far one of my favourite get-away places in Ontario. Great village, lots of dining and shopping options. There is something to do here any time of year. I've stayed at both the Westin Trillium house as well as the Blue Mountain resort and both times I felt welcomed. During the summer I suggest biking, hiking, peddle boats or the mountain roller coaster. Winter, hot tubs, skiing, snowboarding, ice skating on the pond, hot chocolate, and fireplaces! Prices can be a bit on the steeper end due to the fact that it is a ski resort, but well worth every penny spent. A place I would not miss out on.

They are building it up to become more of a tourist area. The prices in the area are quite reasonable, pretty much what I would normally pay anywhere else (at least, the places I went to). The rooms were clean and spacious. Right now, there does not seem to be a whole lot to do in the area so I could only see myself staying there for a night or two. Edit: June 2018 Dropped it by a couple of stars because I am in a foul mood right now. Brought my family and sister's family back for a weekend visit. Little did we realize that they had a live band playing salsa music all day and all night long. Just outside of our room. I would not have minded if we were warned about this ahead of time so that we could have stayed elsewhere or at the very least, if they gave us a different room far from the music when they saw that we had little children with us. But now we have to deal with kids who could not nap much during the day or get to sleep now because of this music that is being played non-stop. So nice place but double check that no special events are going on as we definitely would have booked a place elsewhere had we known about the music. Edit: Brought it back up a star because they packed up the band at 9:45pm. Not sure if that was always the plan or if it is because I called to ask the front desk when the music was going until (was told 11pm! ). But now I can actually try to get my kids to sleep.

You need to be very careful who you are talking with as you deal with different areas through a Blue Mountain. We were there over New Year's and it was likely that we had a bunch of new employees who were just learning what they were doing. We had two significant challenges that made it very tough to fully enjoy the vacation. Had the employees been better trained we wouldn't have had those issues. Make sure you do a lot of research before you go. Resort itself is a lot of fun and we will be going back but it really took away from the enjoyment as we were struggling to get going.

The complex of ski suitable for all members of the family. Slopes for all levels. Divertidisimo!

Quaint little shops — very cute place to walked around and find unique holiday gifts. The area is close to many restaurants and spas. IWA spa was superb! Worth a one hour and a half drive for a day trip. The resort is also a fantastic place to go on hikes of various levels. Would recommend to check out!

Great place for family time almost any season. We are excited for the winter season to get some skiing in. Let it snow let it snow! The village in the winter is alive and full of people having a good time. The lines can be really long some weekends and holidays if your looking to get a lot of skiing in do not go here on a holiday.

The blue mountain resort is gorgeous. Located at the feet of Blue Mountains. The view of the ski slopes is amazing. The village is great to grab a bite or do some shopping. There are plenty of options to choose from. Will definitely be back on summer or winter.

Expensive and busy, but a great place to hang out for the day or weekend. Good skiing and boarding. Well maintained and groomed trails. Long lines always, but fast lifts across the mountain. Excellent learning centre. If you can try and go weeknights. Lots of places to grab a snack or full meal, and several coffee shops to warm up. Lots of parking across the entire base of the mounting.

Really upmarket village. Looks so pristine as to be unreal, a film set or an illustration from a book! Bought delicious hand made chocolates and had a lovely walk in the early November sunshine. Fabulous restaurants and designer boutiques. Not cheap but worth it.

A very clean and well organized building. I was impressed with the decor. Nothing seemed to be run down in the room. There's a pool and fitness room if you're interested in getting a workout. You have to pay for Wi-Fi but there are plenty of channels on the TV for entertainment. Staff was very friendly and helpful on recommending where to visit and hike by providing pamphlets.

Beautiful place all year… Nice for a day trip family.

Awesome! Beautiful place, there are hotels, restaurants and shops around, you can take ski lessons, preferably enlarge appointment to class.
