Cottage was nice. Pool was closed due to covid but this was not posted on any sites or their social media when booking so be aware. Breakfast that says was supposed to be included is no longer. You do have to pay extra for more than 2 guests but am not certain why as they did not provide towels for more than 2 people and were reluctant to give more when asked. As well only 2 forks and 2 knives were included in the kitchen cutlery. If you need more than 1 single pillow bring with you as they do not provide extra.
Area was nice, and was very close to local siteseeing.
Shower, kitchenette and beds in cottage were good overall. AC/Heat pump was great but does not reach bedrooms.

We got there and we were told when we were paying that the pool did not work and that there was no continental breakfast. I was not told that on the phone when I made the reservation even though the desk clerk argued that she had told me. Then we put our stuff in our room and went to get some stuff to eat when we came back they had our door open and was changing the lock on the door without even letting us know that they were going to be doing that. We could have been found and told that they were doing that, or they could have told us earlier they were going to be doing that but they had said nothing and we had stuff in the room. Later in the evening when it started to get dark we went to put down the door blind it had 15 missing pieces of the blinds which meant the bottom half of the door was uncovered and people could see into the cabin. There was also no curtains in the kitchen for any more privacy as well. Speaking of the kitchen there was a sponge there to do the dishes which was probably About a year or two old from the looks of it. I did not do a couple of dishes because I was not touching that sponge or putting it on a plate for someone else to use. When I tried to get contact for management I was told that I could only speak with the desk clerk and she would put in a request for me I highly doubt that she has done that. And the fact that you cannot get hold of any management makes it very weird.

Horrible customer service since new ownership of cottages. When we arrived we were met with employee that spoke very little English. He could not understand my simplest questions regarding my stay. Next day another employee in charge was very defensive and rude. Wall light in bathroom did not function, mold and dirt on shower curtain even after I mentioned it, coffee and mugs not washed/replenished. Towels needed to be asked for. The list goes on! Complimentary breakfast was very basic. 1 hour into it there was no coffee, no fruit, no yogurt … will not return! Do not recommend!
