We spend a few days for a little snowmobile getaway. Amazing staff with great service, we really enjoyed our stay! Right on the snowmobile trail, with easy access to gas and restaurants. The rooms are also super comfy. I strongly recommend this hotel if you are looking for accomodation in the area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The room was good, big and comfortable to stay. Everything was super clean. But the breakfast wasn't really nice… carton plates, seriously? Not a big choice… I understand that they tried to do at least something, its not easy to find a breakfast place in a town like Grand Falls, but still, it could be a bit better. I didn't notice a sink in their kitchen, so I realize the carton plates and cups is a way out for them, but maybe they could install a sink one day and serve it nicely…

Overall impressed with the quality l, cleansiness, and service! Very friendly and caring staff. Great indoor pool and hot tub to let kids blow off some steam. Pool not big enough for swimming though. Very decent breakfast with Gluten-free options. Good gym given the size of the hotel. There's a bar open quite late in the evening too.

Nice hotel and room. Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Quick check-in and check-out. Small pool, which was shallow (4’ deep) and a little cold.

My wife and I were passing through the area and were looking for overnight accommodations. When we arrived at the front desk the staff member was busy assisting a person on the phone but made sure to acknowledge us. The facility felt welcoming and well cared for. The staff were excellent. We, unfortunately were not able to get a room as the facility was busy that evening but the staff went out of their way in attempts to find us overnight lodging. They offered us some of the facilities immenities and made us feel like guests while working to assist us. While we did not stay over, we felt great about the whole experience.

Great staff. Very welcoming and courteous on our arrival. Room was large and very clean, with a little note left by cleaning staff on the note pad. Beds were comfortable, had a great nights sleep. Only negative was the breakfast which seemed to be microwaved food. We headed down to eat at 730 as the breakfast was from 630 to 930 and they were out of scrambled eggs. We were informed that there would be no more. So 4 microwaved sausages it was for breakfast. This could be improved.

Hotel is located near the highway so quick to get back on the road if passing through. Property is clean and and staff is well organized. Rooms are clean, bed are comfy and with only three floors it doesn't take long to get to any particular room. Very ample parking and a convenience store just across the road.

This is a wonderfully appointed hotel and terrific value. It is right off the highway so super convenient for travellers. The decor is lovely and everything was spotless. The included breakfast had great variety and was decent quality. I did not use but checked out the pool and gym. The pool is small but appeared very clean and pleasant. The gym is also quite small but has all the basics for a workout on the road. This is a great place for a stopover while on a road trip or totally suitable for multiple nights to visit the Grand Falls area.

Beautiful decor and wonderful shower. Not allowed to take extra items from the buffet which was encouraged at most other Best westerns we stayed at.

Friendly helpful staff. Fresh, hot breakfasts. Convenient laundry facility. Clean, comfortable room. Would stay again when in area.

Beds were definitely not comfortable. I could feel each individual bed springs. There was only one elevator, which wasn't convenient. Reception forgot to give our ID back until we asked. The Wi-Fi code they gave us also didn't work, so we had to call reception to get a new code. All in all, not too happy.

Nice welcome! Well-stocked breakfast area. And most importantly, very close to the arénà, so great to stay during hockey game!

Vehicle broke down outside Grand Falls. Ended up at Best Western Plus. Service was superb. Ginette was incredible. Made our negative situation much better. Next time we need to stay in Northern NB, it will be here.

We stayed March 7 & 8th. Our suite was great. Great service. Wonderful & very friendly staff especially Chantal (front desk) Evelyn (kitchen) & Monica (room maid). We will be coming back in 2 months. Thanks for your hospitality.

We have stayed at BW in Grand Falls several times in the past 2 years… I have an elderly mother there who I visit as much as I can, we have also had to visit family members in the local hospitals and in addition to that we had 2 funerals to attend. Chantelle has always been kind and sympathetic to our needs and made our stay comfortable and rejuvenating. That service doesn't go unnoticed! I hope she is recognized as the great employee that she is.

This hotel is great! The service is second to none from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. The staff is so friendly and helpful, and I can't say enough good things about them. The pub food is pretty good for the price and the place is cozy with plenty of amenities and parking. Highly recommend.

For me, this is the best Best Western I have stayed in, and I know as I travel for work often. The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and welcoming. The breakfast included is quite impressive in selection. I will go back there whenever I am in the region.

Best Westerns in Atlantic Canada are second to none. Clean Friendly service great accommodation for a reasonable price. Their staff are also very knowledgeable regarding events in the area.

The hotel & staff were amazing (especially the night desk staff Samuel, HE WAS AMAZING! HELPFUL, FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS. A REAL GEM! The rooms were very clean, the gym was beautiful, the pool and hot tub were refreshing. We have nothing but positive things to say about this location and recommend it to anyone staying in the area! We booked through the hotel website, where there was no option to use a gift card. As with every other hotel I have ever booked with I wasn't worried as I always have the option to pay a different way when we arrive. This was not the case with best western. Despite booking through their website, apparently it was a 3rd party who does their booking and I was told I could not use my gift card. The management was less than helpful and we will not be back.

Nice hotel. Easy access from the highway. One small complaint, the hot tub didn't work and was not very hot. Other than that, clean hotel with a good hot breakfast.

Staff was awesome! Really made me feel as tho my business matters and hassle free late check out where we work nights was a bonus. I will definitely be back again.

Stay was great. Lots of room for our dog. Very dog friendly. Breakfast was good as well. Room was very clean and beds are very comfortable with lots of pillows.

From the moment we checked in and until checkout we were always greeted by the very happy employees. Hotel very bright and spotless. Bed was one of the most comfortable that we have ever slept in. We travel a lot and this Best Western is definitely rated at the top for comfort and cleanliness. Thank you, we had a very good stay and will definitely be back.

Stayed here free on my points with my wife and pet dog. Whipped right through front desk, gave me a room key and I was set to go. Quickest service ever. Perfect sleep and great breakfast and we were off. Great job Grand Sault Best Western. One of the nicest BW's I've ever stayed at.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for people like ourselves who were travelling, it's directly off the highway. The lounge bar was unexpected and great to have there. Love the breakfast which was included. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. You won't be disappointed.

Very clean room. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast. The breakfast had scrambled eggs, toast, yogurt, muffins, coffee, tea, waffles, and cereal. I stayed one night and I have no complaints. I would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel to stay while in the Grand Falls area! The hotel was in the area that experienced a 'boil water' situation and the staff went above and beyond to provide clean drinking water for the guests. Every staff member are friendly and cheerful and all you need do is ask, and they do their utmost to assist you with a request. This hotel adheres to the standards of the Best Western brand while providing friendly and excellent customer service.

We spent the weekend here and had no complaints at all. The staff were all lovely, the beds amazing!, the bath was extra large, the breakfast buffet had lots to choose from, everything was very clean, and the pool/hot tub were a great addition! We just wished the pool were a bit bigger & warmer as it's more for kids play than a swim. We would definitely go back!

I have stayed in a lot of hotel for my work, and this place are always devoted to the client. It may be a 3 stars hotel, but you will get a 5 stars service. The staff are highly professional. I rather make a detour to stay here, because your always treated as VIP.

Brand new hotel perched above the town with sweeping views of the area. Clean, well built, and comfortable throughout. Free breakfast was decent, with a bit more to offer than the average free continental breakfast. WifFi worked well, bed was comfortable. Strangely, finishes were used throughout that date the hotel instantly, faux wood grain doors, 70's fonts, lot's of brown everywhere… the hotel could have been much nicer if they had hired a designer from this millennium. If everything is so new, why does it look so old? Office chair won't slide under desk, so there's not enough room to walk by. The room is cramped, with a loose fridge in the front entrance area that was clearly an afterthought. 7/10

Very good service I forgot my headlight on they were prepared for this kind of situation so I wasent stuck they had powerpack so I wasent late on scedule very nice service clean room will come back here fot sure.

Stayed here while on business in N. B. Clean & comfortable hotel. All amenities including wireless internet and even a small bar for those who would like a night cap. Part of my top 3 hotels for this chain!
