Amazing food! 10/10 would recommend all day everyday!

We’ve stayed at this hotel several times on our yearly holiday to NB. We love the location and the hotel but it’s the staff that keeps us returning. Gord just had his 70th birthday and Andrea, one of the desk clerks, decorated the entrance to the dining room during the night. Gord was so happy when he came down for breakfast and saw it. The management, front desk, kitchen/dining room, and house keeping staff are all very friendly and we always feel at home. Thank you City Motel for making Gord’s 70th Birthday so special. I stayed at City Motel initially because of the price and the location to my new job. I continued to stay because of the great customer service. I am new to Fredericton and will always recommend it to friends and family.

The customer service was outstanding we thoroughly enjoyed our time spent there and I would recommend it to anyone.

Went there to attend a friend's bachelor party. Was impressed with the room they offered us and the staff was very friendly and professional. The rates were fair and lower than other hotels we approached. The location is convenient for getting around the city and its close to lots of restaurants.

Very convenient location near main streets and highways passing by Fredericton. No noise issues whatsoever. Carpet factor: carpets everywhere (except washroom) with relative strong good smell. Parking all around the motel with a back door connecting. Decent Wi-Fi. Fast service, nice people. A place to consider for a short stay.

Awesome nights stay, comfy beds. Great burgerbar/poutiniere on site. Exceptionally friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay at this hotel. Included Continental breakfast was awesome and had great choices. Adjoining burger place was very good and reasonably priced as well.

The place is exactly what I was looking for. A comfortable bed to sleep in and Ice Cold Air Conditioning. The manager, was excellent. Nice quick easy check in. Close to all kinds of shopping if that's what you're looking for. Room seems a tiny bit dated but clean and the mattresses are very comfortable.

I have stayed many hotels never have I had such care after my day surgery from stranger from hotel staff to the restuarnt staff. They went well beyond I can honestly say. When I stay in freddy it be here. TY to the staff for taking great care of me.

The Motel has been recently renovated. It was clean and comfortable. There was a restaurant but it had closed by the time we got there. There was a continental breakfast included. The lady at the front desk was helpful and got us into our room quickly.

Staff are so friendly! Rooms are very quiet, with new beds and carpet in the rooms. The breakfast is free and covers the basics. There us also burger bar attached with great burgers and delicious poutine! I stayed at the city motel on a whim and turned out I really liked and continued to re-book through the course of my work trip over 2 and a half weeks. You're not going to beat it, especially for the price.

Nice room, very clean, and friendly staff! Close to downtown if you're into the night life. Not much more to be said for this price!

Nice Burger restaurant after 4:30. Continental breakfast choices are excellent. Friendly helpful staff.

Pet friendly! * You give a deposit but it's returned to you when you leave provided pup didn't destroy anything Location isn't too far from the highway. Gas station just across the street to continue your adventure. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Offers free coffee and breakfast in the a. M. Beds were extremely comfortable too. We left full, caffeinated, happy and well rested. What more could you ask for!?

Location is very good, next to all major shops. Motel is very old and no elevator. Wasn't very comfortable with many luggage and a baby stroller, since we got a room on the second floor. Plus more stairs to get to reception. Staff helped though. Breakfast was nice.

It's so lovely and the staff are super nice. Place has good air conditioning. The TV is quite good with a decent amount of channels and there are several lamps. The bathroom is awesome too! My room doesn't have a microwave but it does have a fridge so it's all good.

I think we paid $90 for the room, and I'm very happy with what we got for the price. The room was very clean and nicely modern. Good location to walk/bike to food. Ample parking. I'll definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for one night after travelling a very long trip. Very good price for one night. Staff are so welcoming and friendly. Hotel room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Free breakfast in the morning with coffee, tea and other beverages. We will definitely be staying here again.

The hospitality was excellent. Even though the Motel is older, it's very clean and the A/C worked great. Women going through their change of life need an A/C while sleeping. Also, the attached restaurant Burger Bar has awesome burgers. The chef makes delicious garlic dressing that will make your taste buds dance.

Not all that clean smelling or looking. Don't stuff in the room seemed not to work either.

Central location. Easy to get to. Great service rooms are average for the price.

It was an okay place to stay, turned the heat up in the room and the heater smelt like burnt hair needed some maintenance in areas. Was a reasonable price night desk agent was great and it's pet friendly.
