Great location, comfortable beds, spacious rooms.

We didn't stay a the hotel but we stopped by and had dinner in the restaurant because it had a great view of the Bay. My wife and I both had the smoked pork chop and it was fantastic. I had to come do a review because it was such a lovely dinner. Service was excellent and the facility was very nice. Clean and modern rest rooms and the staff was friendly and attentive.

Pretty disappointing overall. The hotel has undergone some major renovations. On the surface, things look new and modern. Once you start using things around the room, you quickly realize how awkward everything is setup. Light switches on the wrong side of the bathroom, sink with no counter space or handles for towels, work desk with no outlets, and a bizarre AC system. Also, my room was on the first floor, which was extremely noisy throughout the night since guests constantly use the side entrance after a late night out on town. Next time I'll just stay at the Delta.

Beds are awesome! Great location, so much downtown. This is a great base. Room was on water side, but sadly our view was of the rooftop AC units… otherwise, great room. Nice beds. Slept awesome. Great staff without being pushy.

The hotel itself is lovely with great amenities and dining options. The rooms have been nicely updated and staff are very kind and courteous. The problem is that if you book on a night, e. G. : Thursday, Friday or Saturday, when a wedding, prom or other event is taking place, there is an excellent chance you won’t sleep. I have stayed there on three separate occasions and have had extremely limited sleep on all of these occasions which is very challenging when you have a long drive the next day. On event nights, the hotel needs to have additional staff patrolling the hallways to ensure all patrons can sleep. After all, that’s why a hotel is primarily needed in the first place.

PET FRIENDLY* This hotel is in a very convenient location in Fredericton and is absolutely gorgeous. Rooms are large, clean, and modern. Access to heated pool, sauna, hot tub, and fitness center is awesome. You have the ability to overlook the river and access the walking trails beside it. Downsides include being able to hear everything your neighbour says or does and you would think for the price you pay here that you could at least get breakfast included, not pay an arm and a leg to have it. Overall: beautiful place that could offer more for the price. Room service?

I stayed at this hotel for the first time with a roomful of teenagers for Animaritime and could not have asked for better service! From the extra bedding to bandaids at the front desk, every request within reason was accommodated. Staff was friendly and helpful and I loved my stay.

Extremely pleased with this hotel. Was upgraded to a jacuzzi sweet when the attendant found out we recently got engaged. We will be back again and again. Has a lovely pool and hot tub with many rooms to choose from. Is conveniently placed downtown Wich is a bonus as well. Only thing that's a detractor is that there is no free breakfast or parking available.

I attended a wedding reception there recently. I witnessed two incidents with a “lady manager” who literally physical put her hands ripping a beer out of a mans hands. Which screaming at him and an other lady whom was extremely rude and unprofessional with a lady walking in. I couldn’t believe these women have jobs. I also got to listen to how much the women lied about what happened with that man and the beer. On which I got to witness, guess she didn’t think someone one else was out there. Awful! I will never recommend this place to anyone and I will be telling everyone how disgusting the service is.

My girlfriend and I spent two nights. Great hotel. Unfortunately the pool was closed due to the flood. Ate at the pub the food was great, and the waiters were friendly and diligent. Recently had cocktails with some friends at Maxwell's. The waitress was so pompous I was surprised she even saw us with her nose so high in the air.

The location is very professional, welcoming atmosphere. The resturant staff was very friendly, and the dining section seems well maintained and perfect for a quiet evening out. The balcony at the back (weather permitting) was very relaxing and enjoyable. Great experience.

BEST HOTEL! Great customer service everyone is so friendly it is crazy:) Spending 6 days here … definitely coming back here again.

Stayed at Crowne Plaza Fredericton-Lord Beaverbrooklast night. Very noisy was woken up twice. According to the manager on staff however he came up and didn’t hear it so it must not not have happened. I just finished paying for my late check-out for the marathon. Nice customer service (sarcastic voice). Brutal.

Great place with the cozy James Joyce Pub just off the lobby. View either the historic Fredericton Playhouse out front or the flowing Saint John River in back. Walking distances to downtown, Beaverbrook Gallery, walking trails, and the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick.

We did a staycation here and wow! The rooms were great, the food was AMAZING, the staff and servers were so kind and helpful. What a great treasure right here at home! I highly recommend it!

Food was not up to the standard you would expect for the price. Rooms were not as well maintained as they normally are. Service was friendly. Pool area was fun and the steamroom is nice! Work out area is cardio centric but well stocked.

The restaurant has a huge pile of local beers to sample and the staff are all super charming. The bed was comfy and the space was contemporary and clean. Very nice.

Cozy place to stay in downtown Fredericton, the restaurant was great and it's walking distance to lots of other spots to check out. The staff were very helpful, and were able to store frozen items for me since there wasn't a freezer in the mini fridge in my room.

Our corner room was spectacular and quiet with a great view of the river. Breakfast in the restaurant was delicious. Fantastic location and great staff!

Caution to future guests to check bill after as I was accidently charged for a bottle of wine. They did resolve it promptly. Otherwise, beautiful hotel in the center of downtown. The fitness facilities are above average with a great gym and a deep pool.

Great customer service. The renovated rooms are lovely. Their commitment to local food, craft beer, NB wines and spirits is a best in class example!

Attended the New Year's Day brunch. It was delicious. Well worth the price and a great way to start 2018. I especially enjoyed the Mead mimosa. I plan to make it a tradition.

Buffet dinner was wonderful, food was hot and tasty. Nice room. Only complaint was that the dishes were not cleared. We stacked them in an empty spot on the table to get dessert.

My go-to hotel when I visit Fredericton. The service is always spot on, the rooms have just been recently refurbished and they have a lovely pool/sauna/hot tub. As a bonus, they are nice and close to great food and drink downtown. Can’t really go wrong with the place.

We had the need to use services of the staff for a number of items (tv not working, taxi call, and recommendations on tourist attractions and restaurants). They were always helpful, efficient and friendly in asssisting. The hotel also has the best hotel beer bar I have experienced. The James Joyce Pub has 31 different craft beers from around the province. Food in both the pub and hotel was delicious.

Dealing with guest services (Kim) was such a fantastic experience! Sooo helpful with my reservation changes and answered all my questions in great detail. Thank you so much for having such awesome people on your team :)

I love this hotel, it's one of my favourites. The rooms are clean and the staff is fantastic. The beds are super comfy and they give you extra blankets and pillows. I love it.

Such an amazing experience each and every single time! The staff is more than pleasant, enthusiastic and incredibly helpful. Checking in feels like chatting with friends and checking out has me wishing I could stay longer! My room was upgraded both of my last visits and the room service was unbelievable! Such an incredible stay. I'll be coming back… and back and back! Ps: Shoutout to Kim at the front desk ;) definitely one of my favourites!

I booked what seemed to be a good rate for a waterfront hotel in Fredericton through Hotwire — we ended up here, which gave a great first impression but the beauty was only skin deep. Our room was in the "West Wing". It was an okay stay, but WAY overpriced at $140/night (no breakfast & parking cost extra) since the condition of our room was more reminiscent of a $90/night roadside motel. The shower tub certainly could've used some scrubbing, and I saw someone's uneaten steak from room service sit in the hall from 8pm well past 10 am the next morning. Everywhere it seemed like the hotel was struggling to keep up with maintenance. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable but the bottom line is: Overpriced.

The lobby is quite a sight and the front desk staff were fantastic, polite and quick on check-in, note a parking fee of $10 was charged. The reason for my 2 star review was based on the room and the four star rating of the hotel, I understand it's an older hotel and it has it's charm, to me replacing the a. C. Unit would be wonderful, it was really noisy we had to turn it off (thankfully it was a cooler evening) we had two beds one of which had a small stain, (so my fiancé and I used the other) the room had a few spider webs and cog webs, also the mini fridge was really loud, woke me up a couple of times. Lastly the bathroom had it's wear and tear, I'm sure some elbow grease would taken care of the shower head and tiles — they looked dirty. I did not ask for a new room since we had driven for 8 hrs, just beat.

Restaurant was expensive for what we get. French fries as a side was far away from fancy food. Great service though. Our room was suppose to be wheelchair accessible the bathtub was not accessible. Very noisy where the room was situated. Could hear people outside…

I'm here quite often for work usually a few times a month. They have completed upgrades on the top floors and what a great job! The staff are excellent and helpful! Would recommend if you need a place to lay your head in Fredericton. They have Really nice modern style rooms with very comfy beds! They are in walking distance of great restaurants go to snooty fox great food and a 5 minute walk!

Nice hotel but feels old. It's beautiful and not so much so all at the same time. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Chic, well appointed, clean an outstanding service, for work, for business as for holidays, it is a pleasure to stop at Crown Plaza.

Hotel Super comfortable and we were able to bring our Poodle royal as the hotel accepts dogs! Great price hidden and perfect location!

All in all it is good but the walls are really poorly soundproof.

Unable to check in early or get a late checkout. First time this has happened in 5 years of coming to this hotel and convention. Once again hotel parking lot full upon check in, as it is also used for public parking. Room was a diappointment, especially for the cost, $310.00 for 2 nights. Very small, fairly clean, but, in need of renovations. Washroom sink leaked badly around taps when turned on. Had to put facecloth around fixture to keep water contained. Tub stained, from age, as well as bureau front. For the same price (as there are convention rooms blocked off specifically), friends had a large, beautiful suite with Jacuzzi tub. We were lucky enough to have one of those suites on a previous year, and it was excellent. Housekeeping staff were very pleasant and helpful… best part of the stay this year.

I was there for an amine convention and it was so cleaned up. But I have not seen any employees.

Very clean and updated hotel with an old world feel. Nice staff, comfy beds and quiet rooms.

Rooms are dated, small, but have a coffee maker. Staff are usually friendly, the restaurant is very good, especially breakfast. Location is right within downtown Fredericton and easy walk to restaurants and bars. The hotel has free Wi-Fi, and conference rooms for those special gatherings. Winter time can be noisy in the hotel, when hockey kids are running around the hotel, with drunk parents wandering after them! Otherwise pretty quiet spot.

The James Joyce Pub has a great atmosphere and delicious homemade pub food. It's a nice place for a drink with friends as they have dozens of local craft beers on tap. Their homemade mozza sticks are to die for!

Very clean hotel with impeccably friendly and helpful staff. The restaurants are fantastic with one of the best selections of beer in Fredericton. The charcuterie boards and locally produced goods are delicious.

Avoid this hotel if possible, it is advertised as refurbished that is a stretch, the room was clean and the bed were comfortable but that is it. On check in the front desk staff were less than friendly the dining room staff not to be out done were downright unfriendly plus they were inefficient. My wife and I travel extensively and enjoy staying at upscale hotels, the Crown Plaza is anything but upscale.

Lets just say the customer service is the best I have seen yet and I have stayed at hotels more than I have been home in the last three months! Very patient and was able to answer all questions in a very friendly and efficent manner.

Go elsewhere. Loud parties, paper thin walls and unresponsive staff ruined our winter get away! Except for the rate, I thought we were in a very cheap motel.
