This hotel is located a short distance from the highway but can be tricky to find. Restaurant is delicious! The hotel lobby is very modern. This hotel can be loud if you are in the pet hallway. The pool however is very small. The rooms are a good size and very modern as well. This is a nice stop off the highway.

Awesome staff and the rooms are clean. Only thing I wish was that the pool was open later: (I didn't get to use it and I booked because of the pool. Oh well next time.

Friendly staff, clean room and pet friendly! You have to park across the street but it's easy to get to.

Stayed here a couple of times over the years. Still a nice quiet place. It's my go to place when I drive to the east coast. 1100 kms from home. Makes for an easy next day to NS and PEI.

The food was good the service was good the only thing is the choice for our lunch was limited but everyone found something good to eat.

The hotel is in a very nice location, it's close to the Canada-US border. The rooms are very nice and the staff are friendly.

Great spot. Modern, and hip. Franks is great bar and grill. Pool and gym are perfect after a long drive.

It was a very nice hotel. It was clean, had a good bar, decent food and takeout, a nice lounge, all in all a very enjoyable stay. Price was average however, but that's not bad.

Its not a remaining 4 star but the service is nice the food is excellent. The presentation super well made and then the prices affordable. Recommend during a business meeting or a romantic dinner with a new meeting.

The restaurant is good, but a little dispanious. When you're in Edmundston, you often stop for brunch.

The only downfall was the pool. What a joke tiny as hell in a tiny tiny area. We were shocked they would even advertise an indoor pool. Not a relaxing pool experience.

Staff is very friendly and professional. Nice downtown area. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Nice bar and grill in the lobby with live band (at least when I was there).

Great value for money. The restaurant is quite nice as well.

Decor is top notch, service was excellent. The food however was just ok. My pasta in particular seemed to have been reheated? Definitely tasted microwaved or held in a warmer for a long time. Buffet quality.

I liked this spot myself. It was obviously a cold night when we stayed and I loved our view (see pic).

The hotel it's self is pretty nice. The lobby is done in a beautiful reclaimed wood and iron motif which is just beautiful. We had a suite this time around and while it was nicely appointed, the bathroom had hairs left in both the sink and shower by the previous occupant. This sort of thing makes you uneasy about the cleanliness of the rest of the room. The bed is comfortable, but the blinds in our room were not hung properly so there was a 6-8" gap which let in the light all night. Along with the alarm clock which for some reason is super bright, it made for a pretty poor night's sleep. Our room had a lovely view of the church, but also of the post office which seems to get deliveries around 4:30am. For the price, I was expecting a better sleep, but it was still a nice hotel so If you're a sound sleeper who's not bothered by light or noises, this is a good place for you. Be warned that there are only two elevators and they are also used by the housekeeping staff so you may wait a while. The staircases also lead outside rather than to the ground floor so if you're trying to get to the lobby, you may have a bit of a wait.

Very clean room, quiet hotel. Breakfast was great. Only down side was having to park across the street from the hotel. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Second time stopping in and received the same great service I received the first time. Staff are very nice, helpful, and patient. Hotel and rooms are more of a modern decor, which is nice. Pool is available. Hotel is kid friendly and cribs are available if required. If you plan early enough and book your room ahead of time, the prices are very competitive to other local hotels but nothing compares to the service and quality you get at the Four Points by Sheraton.

We had a great stay here. The room was very clean and well appointed. The restaurant was very good with friendly staff and great food. We hope to stay here again on our next trip through here.

Fantastic hotel! friendly staff, very clean and has pet friendly rooms which is a huge help.

Exceptional rooms. This is the first place I've stayed that had HDMI's already hooked up to the TV for laptops, it was a very nice touch. The only reason that I didnt give 5 stars is because there was no breakfast included. The resturant was very good as well.
