Service and staff super friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds, hot breakfast buffet great idea. Decor warm and welcoming. Nice touches — cookies in lobby, car wash station. Pool small but fun with great little waterslide. If we need to, we will be back!

My husband and I got married about 3 weeks ago in Moncton and we had our guests stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites Moncton the weekend of our wedding. The staff was amazing! They were very helpful, polite, courteous, and patient. The night of our wedding, the staff treated us to a nice surprise upon our arrival. A positive experience throughout the entire visit. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are friendly, polite and helpful. There were delicious cookies and hot drinks at check in as well as popcorn later in the evening. Kids had fun in the pool and on the waterslide. Location was convenient to everything we wanted to visit. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent time. Food was great. Pool clean. Gym has what I need. Rooms are clean and comfy.

Bar closed on a Saturday night is not a good idea. The rest was excellent.

This was an upscale place to stay but still felt relaxing. The staff seem friendly. Room service was great. I was surprised that the breakfast had all kinds of things to choose from including fruit, yogurt, juices, coffee, eggs and bacon + more.

It's in a convenient location close to Costco and some other shopping areas. The staff were very friendly and our room was comfortable. The continental breakfast was good with a decent variety of breakfast options.

Great service, very clean and the swimming pool (although crowded at times) was warm and the area was clean. They also refilled the towels quite often. I was VERY satisfied and would book at Hampton Inn again for sure The only downfall that I found was that movie rentals in the room was 24.99$ plus tax and there wasn't much selection on cable. It would have been nice if movie rentals would not have been so pricey.

The room was great. Very clean and spacious. There was a sports tournament the weekend of our stay so the breakfast area was very busy. There was a conference room open but still challenging to find seating. Overall a great stay.

I've stayed here a few times and it is always nice and clean. The breakfast is always great with a variety of food. The pool area is also very clean.

Great hotel. Modern, clean, great room amenities, free popcorn in the lobby in the evening, free shuttle downtown to the Keg… other hotels need to model themselves after this hotel. DP Murphy hotels are always this level.

Service was absolutely amazing! Very friendly staff and the breakfast was great. I have to say, for a hotel that was the best breakfast I had. The rooms were very clean. We stayed there for 2 nights. The only problem is this hotel is mostly for families. The pool was very shallow and it's great for people with kids because you don't have to worry about it when they go down the slide. However, for people like us with no kids and just trying to enjoy a nice vacation I would not recommend this place because there is always kids everywhere and the facilities are built with kids in mind not adults. The location was also great it was near many restaurants and Wal-Mart.

We stayed overnight while visiting my grandmother in the hospital. Firstly, my mother made a reservation for the wrong night, but when she called, they were lovely to her and changed the dates. Then, when she told them why we were coming to town, the lady on the phone was so nice and put my mom through to a survey line so she could get some bonus points (which was awesome for my mom)! The hotel was very well kept and clean. The staff were all super nice. And pet friendly! We will definitely be staying here again!

We went overnight for my son's birthday. Staff was excellent. They even gave him a $25 gift card. Breakfast was great and in the evening there was fresh popcorn and coffee and tea.

Hampton has the best service. Very clean rooms. Friendly staff. Clean bathrooms. Free tea, coffee, hot chocolate. Complimentary breakfast. Quiet would recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel in Moncton, great rooms and lobby area. The front desk staff were very friendly and they are dog friendly. They even presented us with a pet pack on arrival!

Kid orientated. Need a second pool for adults only. No restaurant on site however a decent buffet breakfast is incorporated in room price. The bar does not open til 7:00 but prices are reasonable. Comfy beds and very clean and friendly. Helpful staff. At the end of the day on an arduous road trip we would prefer to park the car and have everything available to us on site. Not so at this hotel.

In my opinion, this is the finest hotel in all of Moncton, maybe in the entire Hilton chain. I love staying here. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are always very clean. This is a fantastic property!

The Hampton Inn was the best as far as services, facilities and quality of the rooms. Where it went bad was a bunch of school kids present with their parents for a baseball or softball tournament. Kids were running in the hallway until 10:00pm. We had a hard time to get the elevators since the kids were playing in them and holding them for their pleasure. We stayed two nights at the Hampton Inn. We did complain to the front desk and we were told that they were aware of the problem and that they would bring it up to the team leader. We also told one floor supervisor of the problem on the second day of our stay while waiting for the elevator and she said she was cumming up with us to investigate. She told us that the problem was with the parents and not the kids. With an answer like that we decided that we would seriously consider going to a bed and breakfast next time we were in the area. Going to your hotel and having to use ear plugs because of kids two nights in a row makes you think seriously of never coming back to this hotel.

We have stayed here many times over the last fourteen years. Each time has been a positive experience. This time must also be included as a positive experience. As we checked in there were several other guests also checking in. When it was my turn, Steph greeted me with a gracious smile and calm, professional manner. The entire hotel staff, housekeeping, grounds, and maintenance staff was great! Everyone was friendly to our dogs and us. The posting that they clean your car if it snows… Is TRUE! We have stayed here several times and in the morning as we walked to our car in the snow… We were greeted with a clean car! Great place to stay. I recommend this hotel without any doubts! Thank you.

The building is well maintained and well decorated. The common breakfast room is very welcoming and even has a bar service in the evenings. It has a pool with a water slide. We ate supper at a table outside and we had noticed that it was possible to wash his car. There was a hose, a seal and towels available. Well liked this hotel!

Very nice stay. Quick and easy check-in. The complimentary water or beer at check-in was a very nice service. Rooms were nice and kept well. Continental breakfast would have fared better with a better selection of foods. The egg and sausage were not looked well upon.

Lovely! We were all exhausted when we arrived. We got checked in with minimal fuss and collapsed on the beds, which came with both firm and soft pillows. Breakfast was filling and the go-ahead were the best ones I have had. Bottle of water, lemon tea mix, muffin, a breakfast bar and an apple. We had the whirlpool suite. Super score!

Welcomed with fantastic staff who were very cheerful and helpful throughout our visit. The rooms were very clean as were other guest areas. The Hotel had easy access and very close to amenities. I highly recommend anyone traveling to stay at this location. Guests will not be disappointed.

Very nice hotel. Very clean and well maintained. Great customer service. Had complimentary waters and tic tacs in room. I have a gluten allergy and the breakfast staff had gluten free options available for me to eat! One of the nicest places we have stayed during out trip.

Room and staff were great. Breakfast was decent. Pool was closed in the middle of the day for maintenance.

We have stayed here quite a few times and love it. Very clean nice sized rooms, nice pool with a huge waterslide, and great location with easy acess to the highway.

I attended a meeting for most of the day and everything was fine. The meeting room was small but suited our group. The food from the catering services was quite good and pricing was competitive. The location is right off the highway so very easy to get to. If you are interested there are lots of restaurants and shopping venues close by.

We had a conference room rented for 2 days and the service was fantastic.

Very unprofessional in dealing with an administrative error on their end, they charged me three nights, although I stayed two. Was hung up on by staff when I tried to have it resolved, twice, was dealt with in a rude, condescending manner; had to threaten legal action (I am a lawyer) before it was resolved, and not in a timely manner, they told me three to five business days. Took 10 I will never use this establishment again and it would be highly doubtful I would stay at another Hampton Inns anywhere else.

I would Just like to say a BIG THANK-YOU to the staff on the front desk to the bar staff to the housekeeping you made us feel so welcome we will differently be returning the 7 of us had a great time. Rooms were to a high quality standard and clean to the max with pool of fun. Oh and last but not least the breakfast that they offer was over the top. thank you again from the robicheau's, mosher, young, joncas, lobban.

A typical nice Hampton Inn, with a few exceptions. The breakfast here is slightly nicer than what's normally expected (ham and scrambled eggs were delicious). The walls seem paper-thin though; I could easily hear conversations in the next room, and when guest room doors closed, they literally shook my wall. 7/10.

Very difficult to talk to someone who speaks fraicais, even for a reservation. We stayed a person to an answering machine then appyiant on assistance, even to another English speaking person only then put in arrivals, after 5 minutes, finally someone who speaks french.
For a province that calls itself bilingual, and in the field of tourism, I'm not very impressed.

Great service. They even offer a complimentary beer or bottle of water upon check in at the hotel. Room was clean and very well designed. All amenities included. Highly recommend this hotel.

I want to thank the front desk staff and front desk manager (Ashley) for setting the benchmark for which all other Hampton Inns should be measured when it comes to customer service. Every detail of my stay thus far has been exceptionable and it is evident that customer service is their priority. From the initial greeting as a hhonors member, to the hotel room details, to the delivery of chocolate and sheet turn down, all these have contributed to an exceptional stay. As a frequent business traveler, I interact with various hotels and businesses on a near daily occurrence. I have watched the slow decline of customer service on a personal level over the years. Businesses have come to believe that providing you with a mint with your bill receipt is a replacement for a warm smile and a genuine greeting. Thank you Hampton Inn Moncton, New Brunswick for reminding me what I should expect in customer service for my hard earned money. I will be sure to pass my experience on to my colleagues and friends. Good location right off the highway. Pool is on the smaller side, but has a great slide. The king suite is nicely done. Complimentary Wi-Fi and breakfast.
