All I can say is that the staff is awesome. They make you feel relaxed and never want to leave I had stayed to this hotel twice and I loved the experience.

Very nice hotel. Clean, quiet and spacious rooms. Only complaint would be the little water flys/bugs on the pool deck. Our daughter definitely didnt like them when they crawled on her while getting dried off. 4/5 would stay again.

Still, a very new hotel! Got free two bottles of water, large room, friendly staff, great dining area, breakfast, gym, pool, and more! Differently will come back, again! PLUS, right across from the Outlet store!

I was evacuated to Hilton Garden Inn by RED CROSS during the awful snowstorm, the hotel itself is beautiful and didn’t have a problem with our room at all but, a waitress/employee was rude to us during our stay which was 4 days. We were always polite and stacked our dishes when we’d finish eating to make her job easier but this woman would give us mean looks and not really pay attention to us when we ordered food, She would put our drinks down so hard they’d spill and even took 30 minutes to bring us a takeout box but could serve the people beside us and bring them mustard as soon as they asked, they were not RED CROSS evacuees as well so I could tell this was discrimination against indigenous people who were evacuated.

I had lunch on the patio! It was so relaxing! All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Great ambiance and excellent service.

Great hotel. Great location which is beside a new mall and a short drive to any major retailer. Shuttle is a nice perk for airport transfers. Rooms are clean and modern. Staff are very friendly.

Nice clean hotel, small pool and no free breakfast. But quite a nice stay.

The hotel is very nice. New and shiny. One down side I found was outside noise. One side is quite close to the highway and one end is close to a busy rail spur. I would recommend a room with even and higher numbers if noise bothers your sleep. Otherwise a very nice hotel in an excellent location.

Always stay here when in Winnipeg. Such a beautiful hotel with outstanding staff. The rooms are clean and very posh for the price. The restaurant attached is outstanding and you get the best breakfast every morning especially if your a Hilton honours member. The only down fall is the lack of close parking. Lots of parking just have to walk so after long day of work it can really suck.

The stay was fine, rooms were nice but a day later we were charged $6 for a bottle of water that we would never ever think of drinking. Watch your card charges, wrong room or thirsty housekeeping staff. It’s been days since we complained and our Visa still hasn’t been credited. Sure makes me think about ever staying there again!

Awful Customer service, I would never recommend staying nor doing a party in the hall. We had a hosted a birthday party with close to 100 people and had given the contract to Darshan Kaila. The contract was for $8, 000 and then when the party was hosted somehow between 40-50 people they charged us for 412 Drinks and then they over booked and kicked out our guests; Then informed us at 1am after party had ended and said we would have to go to a different hotel but had charged us for the money. Then when called upon the problem he had claimed he cant do anything right now because he over booked. Then to add on the situation they said they will give us bigger rooms but we have to pay so we gave our credit card then they hit us with $1200 on credit card and then hit us with the bill of $12, 000 even tho the contract said $8, 000 and kept taking money from credit card. now when being called to figure out the issue of missing close $4000 in trasactions he claims he never took the money but I have credit bills from TD showing the transactions showing from Hilton; Now he is avoiding and keeps ignoring us because he can't face the fact how much money has over charged. HIGHLY recommended to stay away.

Just stayed here Friday June 22, was fantastic! Staff were great, especially the gentleman who worked the evening of June 22! Really appreciated the free transport to and from Cavalia! Room rate was fair and rooms were gorgeous and clean! Will definitely recommend to others and be back!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Rooms were great, lots of room and had everything you needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant had great food and a nice outdoor seating area. The breakfast was ok and a little over priced if you didn't take full advantage of the buffet. However it was nice that you could get the chef to make almost any breakfast food.

Amazing place with super nice staff. But they spray the rooms with deodorizer before you arrive which is highly toxic so I would not stay again unless they discontinued this practise. Otherwise lovely staff and eco-friendly practices.

Crisp, fresh hotel with the latest accoutrements. Room was well-appointed with comfortable bed and latest farmhouse-modern style. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Restaurant was decent as well.

Hotel is brand new. Room and washroom is very clean! Using your cell phone to open your room was a brand new experience. No longer you have to worry about bringing your room key. Will stay here again next time for my business trip.

I had a banquet there and couldn’t be more happier with the service. Everything was perfect. Sofia the banquet manager and Rob the hotel manager, made sure I had everything I needed and was there at every second for us. The food was amazing, my guest was also amazed at the food, service and how clean the hotel was. The hotel room was very modern, beds very comfortable and the buffet breakfast was amazing.
