Service was very slow. The food in the buffet was just okay there's a decent selection, with some items not worth trying. Muffins and croissants were so hard that we couldn’t even eat them. I’d say save your money and eat at home or someplace else.

It had been a long time since hubs and I had been here for Sunday Brunch. Good selection and variety. We came towards the end of the brunch serving time but there was still good selection from the various food stations. The salad area was fresh and tidy. Sometimes salad bars can become messy and not very attractive. They paid attention to that detail which I appreciated. We will be back!

The price was surprisingly great, check in was efficient/prompt. Asked for cots and they were delivered within minutes, same with extra pillows. The pool area was nice. Everyone enjoyed themselves. No loud noises while trying to sleep as well. Loved that the pool was open until 11pm and opened at 8am.

Service is great. Kids love the pool/s. Me the hot tub ;) the o my thing was that they said the couches in our suites were pullout couches. They aren't. Maybe they habe some like that in different rooms but not ours. The cot helped with that though. Love the restaurant and the service was great there too. I wouldn't mind staying here again :D.

Service was extremely slow, had to call over the waiter whenever we needed drink refills. It was strange as it was not busy at all when we visited. The waiters just seem to wander around aimlessly, conversing amongst themselves. The food in the buffet was okay there's a decent selection, with some items not worth trying and others that are good. So you can say you get your money's worth but having to chase down waiters for typical service makes the whole experience dining there sour. Save your money and eat at home or someplace else.

My son was there for a friends birthday party. He had a great time. I had no complaints.

Attended Mother's Day brunch and it was fantastic! Such attention to detail. I've been to a few special brunches it keeps getting bigger and better! Aaltos and Canadinn has a good thing going here.

I was at Aaltos for mother's day brunch. Everything was fantastic. Lots of different food choices, the servers were very nice, I had no problems at all.

Went for a conference in one of the meeting venues. Nice and clean. Food was standard cold muffins. Like the decor.

Decent hotel. Good set. Not soundproof. Needs a little maintenance and renovation. Crappy water pressure. Okay mattress. No power outlets convenient to desk or bed.

Spent a nice Sunday brunch here. Food is whatever be expected from a buffet of hotel chain. Waiting staff were adaquit and the place was clean. This is no fancy place for brunch, but its just fine for a family do. Kids can run around and have a grand time. The fish pond down the hall is a nice feature. I would note that the omelette bar is pretty good. Over all, a no frills location for decent grub, good for usbaverage folk.

Seafood buffet was pretty good. Unfortunately the restaurant ran out of roast beef during the supper rush and people were very disappointed. Overall pretty decent for the price.

Food was good. Atmosphere was good. The service was bad though. We rented a room and drinks took forever, tables took forever to clear. Was not impressed. Especially since every other time had been amazing!

Staff were great, good was excellent. What had a date night at celebrations which was very fun. Problem with the king size suite is the windows look into the restaurant and the lights are always on and there were cracks in the blackout blinds. Also a server set up a table right by the window at 7am which was loud enough to wake me up. Great place but I'll never get a room by the restaurant again.

Usually a good place to go. Went there for my kids birthday booked 3 rooms they got us in super late. Check-in was for 3 and they didn't get us in our rooms till 6. We sat around in the hotel for 3 hours before getting our rooms. We made the best of it but at that point kind of just ruined the night for my family.

We stayed in the Titanic theme room, it was great. Big king size bed, and two bunks in a separate room, jacuzzi tub and plenty of space. Pool was your classic Canad inns pool, nice but nothing amazing. The waterslide is fairly decent.

Service was great! Went for Sunday brunch buffet. Waffles/omelet station and salad bar were great. Hot food was bland. Desserts were store bought and cheap! Expensive buffet.

On the second floor, kids stomping around the hallway really travels. Usually not a big deal unless you have some rude neighbors like we did. I'm not holding that against the hotel though. Really nice pool area, I love the walls — hand painted scenes all around. Oddly, the front door doesn't have an opener, so if you're loading/unloading alone you have to awkwardly open the door and try to pull the luggage cart through both sets of doors. There's a restaurant on site, I didn't try it.

Friendly (front) staff. Good place to stay since it surrounded by some nice stores and restaurants. Clean room too. My teenage daughters really enjoyed their stay. And that’s enough for my husband and me.

It's located on the Pembina Highway which is a major route and has uninterrupted transit service. The staff is really good. Rooms are well furnished and have all amenities. Food is not bad but can be improved. This hotel also has a family pool and a pool table.

Stayed in one of the themed rooms. Loved the large tub with jets, very comfortable bed and room. It was too hot and didn't seem to get cold by turning the temperature down. Also wish the TV was larger but all in all a great stay and very nice room.

We went for the breakfast buffet. The food was actually pretty great but there was not enough servers. Took at least 15 minutes to get our coffee.

Went in for the buffet dinner. Food was pretty average compared to the great brunch buffet they have on Sundays. We found the service lacking as the waitress left a giant pile of dishes on our table the entire time and they were not cleared by the time we left. I have had much better service on every other occasion. I would still go back for the brunch buffet but would not bother for the dinner buffet again.

Nice venue overall. The Aalto's ambassador area was a great area for a wedding ceremony. Food was great during the reception, and Tavern staff was very helpful when we tried to watch the fight. Only complaint would be it is way too hot in the basement reception venue. Every time I've been to an event down there it was too hot. Needs better air conditioning.

We stayed at Canad Inn Fort Garry last night and had a great time overall. It was our first time staying in a hotel with our infant son, and the front desk staff were so easy to talk to. Not having to bring our own play pen for him to sleep in was a definite advantage. Thanks again!

My wife and I went in for breakfast and had the buffet. The food was fairly decent, the standard selections of eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes as well as an omelette station. They had a good selection of fruit and pastries, they had hot cereal, as well as muffin and danishes. At 10.99 you can't beat the price.

Attended Aaltos Restaurant with my daughter. Food was good. Service was a bit slow at the hot food buffet (server was in the kitchen) and when we went to pay. Otherwise, our server was awesome! Very attentive and knowledgeable about what was available. We would definitely go back.

Went for Sunday dinner buffet. Food was cold. Roast beef was dry. Meatballs were good but cold. Service was great.

Pet friendly. Clean nice staff. Only weird thing is housekeeping was at my door by 9 am.

We had booked a King Suite with sofabed but when we got there our room was gone, so they gave us a queen bed Suite with a cot. For our troubles they also included three breakfast buffets which were awesome. So at least they made up for the overbooking error. The location of our room was right by a door, so the living area was loud but at least for the private bedroom that closed it was nice and quiet and we all had a great sleep in comfy beds. Overall we had a decent stay and our daughter had fun playing on the water slide.

Came to a wedding and had a great time. Food was great and staff where very attentive. Ceremony was held in an open style Courtyard with sun shining in through the ceiling.

Happy every time I stay here. A little fascist about security/the pool (wristbands? Seriously? ) But other than that, it's great.

Enjoyed the Friday seafood buffet at Altos. Had a great meal with good service and good friends.

I had a trainning meeting in canada inn. Their services are great. Good food and environment to have a trainning meeting.

Very mediocre. A room with the noisiest fridge I've ever heard and a bargain-basement buffet in the lobby that we couldn't get seated at. Location was close to where we needed to be, but I wouldn't choose to stay here again given the opportunity.

I went there for an event in the theater. Everything was very well organized. The food provided was delicious.

We were at the hotel for the Easter Day brunch. We really enjoyed the great service. We were waited on in a timely manner and checked in on numerous times. The food at the buffet was well worth the price and I was pleased at the great selection that was different from the regular Sunday buffet. There was more food to choose from and it was quite tasty. Both my 2 year old daughter and 7 year old son enjoyed the food. We were in one of the back rooms called the Ambassador room and it was really nice and quiet in there compared to the open area we are usually in which is much louder. We will continue to go for brunch there especially since my son is the the that keeps asking to go back and he is a picky eater that is tough to please.

Clean rooms. Pool really busy. Good service.

Great service, nice rooms. Only complaint was that the pool area was crazy. You should look into a noise dampener for that room. Great stay!

Spent my honeymoon here with my new beautiful wife and enjoyed our stay here. Wonderful service, accommodating and caring. We were given a gracious discount and enjoyed 3 nights here 2 of which in one of their theme rooms. They could maybe spend some time doing small renovations to the theme room as it is getting dated but is very beautiful and exciting. Loved the pool and the the restaurants had great food.

Stayed at canada inns center fort garry location for 2 months while getting training for conductor @ CN Campus. Really enjoyed the stay back in December 2014 and January 2015. Food was g8. Also the pool at the back side was great.

The room was nice, the service was adequate, and it wasn't terribly noisy. Parking was also easy with plenty of spots available.

Nice hotel. Rooms were large and spacious. Smelt like cleaning solution though. They should air out the room more. The bar attached to the hotel had some decent daily specials. Location is really far from downtown or attractions, but there's an express bus that'll take you there in 15 mins. Recommend staying at the hotel if you're in the area.

Recently spent a weekend there with the wife and kids. We were put in a queen deluxe room. Room was terrific and newly renovated. Staff was exceptional and went the extra mile for us. We were a little weary when we noticed a nightclub in the next parking lot and were a little concerned about noise and safety issues. But were reassured by two very large and intimidating security guards that they never have any problems. They were very friendly and courteous and made us feel at ease. I highly recommend this hotel.
