Great time. Pool was wonderful on the hot days. We stay here often.

This is the third or fourth time at Cascade Lodge. Great location, comfortable rooms. Worldmark staff is very helpful.

Cute little room. Didn't like the mold though. But would stay again if there wasn't mold in our room.

Nice residence with kitchen. Clean and air-conditioned. Very close to the center of Whistler.

Although it has good location and comfortable beds, the cleaning service is every 4 days! You won't find that until the booking information is sent to you. The worst part is they ask you what needs to be cleaned up, or they don't clean everything. And if you want the cleaning service first they charge you 35 dollars.

This hotel has an amazing location and is very nice. My one complaint is that we have been here multiple times and when we first started coming they would heat the pool to a really nice temperature, but now they keep it so cold that my kids only want to stay for a little while because they are freezing, especially in the evening. In the beginning of June it is still cold enough that they need to be hearing it to a comfortable temperature.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location! Right next door to shopping, dining and all activities. We walked to everything. Definitely would stay again. Kathryn was very nice and helpful. Staff was very accommodating and helped transition from one place to another. Thank you for helping us create great memories!

Or room was clean and quiet. It's small details that were totally off. Non working electrical outlet, burnt lightbulb. Really bad mattress that was very soft and absolutely horrible pillows. When you pay that much per night you expect these things to be better.

The resort is located right on Village Gate Blvd, the main entrance into central Whistler. The rooms are upkept well. Rooms are generally quiet, assuming you don't get one that faces the highway. If you check your skis/snowboard here, make sure they properly tag it with your room number before you leave the ski check area.

Hotel rooms are spacious and had all necessary amenities. Excellent staff and pool with hot tub. There's also a nice gym and very quick and helpful ski storage. (It's free too)

Cascade Lodge offers a great value in whistler. The property is slightly outdated but has great amenities for a week long stay. Each unit is equipped with enough supplies to make decent meals. The staff are friendly. The pool and hot tubs are well maintained. It's located in a great spot literally right as you enter the village. It's a 5-10 min walk to the base of whistler. There is a shuttle across the street that runs skiers and boarders up to the mountain during peak season. It's a great location that doesn't get too noisy on weekend nights. It's more of a long term stay type of place that doesn't do housekeeping daily, so it's good to know that going in. I've stayed here a bunch of times and will probably be back again.

Well located in the village just off the highway. Nice units well equipped for 4. Gas fireplace. Wonderful staff. Free underground parking.

Spacious. Clean. With washing machine and dry clothes. Very good stay. Two blocks from the means of elevation.

Worst sofa bed I have experienced ever. I was end up just sleeping on floor with those three sofa cushions and feel somewhat better the bed itself. Gave three star because location is close to village.

Nice enough staff. Rooms were generous size and located in convenient walk to main plaza.

Rooms are kind of small and dated, but they meet basic needs. Beds are reasonably comfortable, pillows are okay but not the greatest, and window insulation is minimal resulting in a bit of a draft as well as most outside noise making its way inside. That said, pricing was very reasonable, and parking was both spacious and plentiful. Location is also quite good with easy access to the Village and lifts. Overall a good pick on a budget, but for more money there are nicer establishments.

A nice place to stay, in hotel car rentals available, kid friendly with the pool and hot tubs outside. Short walk to whistler and a dozen great places to eat. The covered awning is great for off or onloading!

The hotel is located quite conveniently near the ski resort, quiet big Studio room, direct shuttle from Vancouver, friendly staff. However I gave this hotel 3 stars because there's no room service, no breakfast (but they do offer a mini kitchen within the rooms).

This hotel/resort is located very conveniently near Whistler Village and just a short walk from the Blackcomb lifts. I only give it three stars because the overall hotel needs lots of repairs and renovations and the price was high for the accommodations in my opinion. My room remind me of a 1990s Hampton Inn & Suites.

Wow is all I can say. We went here for a 2 night stay for our honey moon. We had so much fun, the pools were crisp and clean. Its right by the village. About a 2 minute walk. The staff even brought us a huge gift basket because we were celebrating our honeymoon. We were so happy and they definitely went beyond our expectations.

It was clean. Very conveniently located in the Whistler Village. Lots of restaurants nearby and there are two grocery stores also in case you want to eat in. The rooms have a full kitchen which is very convenient if you want to cook instead of eating out.

Comfortable, clean room and nice hot tubs although they do close quite early. Great location close to village. It is a quiet location however the cleaning staff woke us up at 8:00 am (way too early for holidays) cleaning the room next door playing music and talking very loudly.

Room was well maintained and included all essential amenities. Fully equipped kitchen and washer/drier are an added convenience. Pool area is easily accessible and features two hot-tubs to avoid crowding. Central location just off of the village walk.

The Cascade Lodge is in a very convenient location in the village, situated just off the highway and the entrance to Whistler village. The room was very clean with a kitchenette. Our family felt very comfortable staying there and service was excellent. The pool was a hit with our children. There is a fitness centre as well. Overall, would recommend.

Very convenient location, easy to find and very accessible to the village in Whistler. Room is clean and we'll organization. Bed was very comfortable. Very helpful To the front desk. Exercise room doesn't open until 10:00 am, that is pretty inconvenient since I like to work out in the morning and enjoy the rest of my day (every place I can ever remember staying at the the exercise room opens very early to facilitate morning workouts).

The location is very good. Near city centre and the highway making going around very easy. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff is friendly. The pool was a little cold but clean. Overall a nice stay in this hotel.

I love the location of Cascade Lodge. It's right outside the Village and across from Main Street. It's so close to wonderful shopping and delicious food, but not right in the hustle and bustle so it's quieter. It has a great pool. The rooms are a little dated. The TVs are old and pretty crappy, but I guess they don't expect you to hang out in the rooms. We've had some kind of malfunction in our room every time we've stayed here, broken bathroom door handles and toilets that won't flush. They will come and fix things when notified, it's just a pain.

Cascade Lodge is in a great location. Everything is within walking distance. I would say that's the best thing about the a Cascade. The rooms and amenities are average. The pool and weight room are nice. The staff are usually friendly. Overall I really enjoy this place. Its a great place to stay, and isn't overly expensive. One thing to mention is that the parking garage is very tight. I would try to avoid bringing any large vehicles unless you have somewhere else you can park.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. The kitchenette had everything we needed to cool with for the weekend. Hotel staff were great. Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable 2 room suite. Pool and hot tub are great. Staff were super friendly. Ski storage was quick and easy. Little bit of a walk into town if you're heading for lifts… but right end of town for restaurants etc.

Always a comfortable stay in whistler.

Best whistler village accommodation that I have ever rented came from this company. We had a really good time during our vacation skiing and staying at the cascade lodge in the village. Would recommend :)
