Amazing place! My family broke down with a truck and camper in cache creek and the hospitality from the waitress was awesome. I walked in drained and exhausted and left smiling and happy and am so grateful for the staff, food and their commitment going above and beyond for their customers.

This is the best food and great staff.

Clean rooms great staff. Good location built in restaurant has great food. Try the beef dip.

A lovely room, friendly staff and a good restaurant. There is a nearby river in which you can see beavers at nightfall. All in all a great place to stay.

It was so hot outside that we asked to take our meal to go. And they obliged. We sat in the air conditioning of our vehicle with our pooch and enjoyed every bit of our meal. Never had a bad meal. Always great service!

Great reduced price due to A/c needing repair… colder night in mid summer so worked out just fine. Good morning breakfast menu too!

This restaurant is a bit of a tradition for our family when we travel up to Prince George. It has friendly staff and good food and is a comfortable place to stop and fortify yourself for the rest of the trip. The food is not very expensive and they have a kids menu for under 12. It can be a bit busy on weekends, but if you have the time it is a nice place to stop in on a long journey.

Excellent service with a smile and friendly banter. The food was pretty darn good too. The poutine was a little light on the cheesy but they brought me more with a smile! Great experience!

Food was good, prices perhaps a bit higher than I'm used to, but not crazy. Restaurant was clean and cozy. Server was very nice.

The staff was very friendly and seemed genuinely concerned with giving us the best stay possible. The lodge's facilities were clean and serviceable. The ribs at the restaurant were better than they sounded. Next time we are traveling we will make sure to stay there again.

Comfortable beds, helpful staff, great breakfast. Only complaint was walls are thinish as we could hear someone's TV all night. Would stay again.

Food is great, fast delivery. Vegetarian options available, we ALWAYS ask for the veggie burger, even if it's not on the dinner menu. They haven't refused us yet… Service to the table is decidedly relaxed at 4pm. We would have ordered more drinks but they didn't come to ask…

Looks nice from the outside but the room we stayed at was very outdated. We did see a note saying they will be doing some updating which is good but we will not be staying there again.

S Always get a good meal, and quick service which can be important when travelling. It is our frequent stopping point on the way from Vancouver.

Didn't end up staying here. They "only had" the hot tub deluxe room. We look at it and for 109$ or whatever they wanted it just wasn't worth it. From the outside a log cabin, looks like it might be cool but a bit run down from what I saw.

Kitschy decor in a rustic outdoors theme. Food was unremarkable. Typical traditional cafe food.

Super friendly staff, my room. Was noisy though, I don't think the window sealed fully so I could hear all the traffic etc. But otherwise it's great for what you expect.

Friendly front desk staff. Rooms were clean but a bit on the small side although we had everything we needed. Pet friendly. Loved the ground floor rooms and being able to back up to the door to unload. Log work was beautiful. Would stay again and recommend. Price was reasonable and there is a restaurant there.

Helpful about changing menus for 15 mins. Food good. A little expensive as 35.00 for two sandwiches and tea and coffee. Dont understand the necessity for a breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu when one could simply put main entree's only at dinner.

Sandy and her daughter went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and that all of our needs were accommodated. We were given a warm welcome and were lucky enough to be upgraded to a room with a Jacuzzi tub. Very happy with the food and service in the restaurant. We will definitely be staying here when we come to Cache Creek next.

$80 rooms are small but very clean. Food is B+ quality greasy spoon. Bonus points for bear things everywhere. Would stay again.

Very cute open log style restaurant. The food has been great everytime I've been there. It is our regular stop passing through Cashe Creek. The quark shirts and antiques there are adorable.

Best. Food. Ever. Home cooked, awesome tasting! Excellent daily soup! The clam chowder is the best and the coffee is strong and bold, but very tasty!

Friendly staff. Reasonably priced. We had our dogs so it was an above average room for traveling with pets as most pet rooms smell like smoke. The place had a rustic feel which was pleasant. You pull right up to your room so it was easy to unload on an icy cold night. There was hair on our sheets which appeared to be dig hair which is why I'm rating 3 stars instead of 4. The restaurant was closed for the season which was disappointing. Overall, is stay there again with the dogs.

Bear's Claw Lodge was aa very nice place to stay. The rooms were cozy, clean (except the fridge) and very charming and the lodge was right in the middle of town. We were traveling with our dog, so a walk out was a must. For a place that accepts pets, it was very clean. We are used to being shoved into a dirty smoking room with our dog. If traveling through Cache Creek again, we would book again.

Very comfortable rooms. Nice and clean. And good price. Will stay here again.
