Very nice room. A bit dated but clean & cozy. Close to the highway but really didn't hear the traffic very much.

My family stays here yearly for a relatives birthday. Cozy, clean — the owners are amazing and the new breakfast is delicious. Yummy french toast.

We loved our stay! Rooms were clean, air conditioner worked, very cute and comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was so great too! We would definitely recommend and stay there again if we are in the area. 5 stars!

Clean, comfortable room with very friendly & helpful owners. The restaurant for dinner was a great bonus particularly on a wet evening. Delicious Asian food.

It was very quiet, clean and spacious rooms. Located close to town. The owners were incredible and so welcoming!

Went for a business luncheon. The food was excellent. The chef accommodated the dietary needs of people in our party. The service was great. I highly recommend the food at their restaurant.

This hotel was wonderful, and the owner was super sweet. The room was clean and large and we had a delicious breakfast in the morning. I also got to pet the owner's fog who was very eager to make us feel welcome.

We stayed in a 2-queen room with our family. We were warmly greeted by staff and everything was clearly explained. The room was very serviceable and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

The manager, /the owner/ and many other role played by same person, is well behaved and friendly person. Rooms are fairy clean. But this is a very basic type of hotel! Charged 15 dollars for a extra cot. No breakfast available at the site and we had to drive short distance to find the only one place for breakfast which is 8-10 dollars pre person. Manager did not have any idea if the tap water was drinkable. He started to ask some friends to find the answer at 10:00 and offered one bottle of his own water (we were five people). I will never recommend this as a hotel or destination of choice. If I am stuck and no other options than would stay is this hotel next time.

We have stayed at the Chase Country Inn before and always had good service, a comfortable bed and a clean room! But yesterday, Eric went above and beyond our expectations. I will not go into detail about what happened other than to say the hotel did nothing wrong, it was our situation we were asking them to accommodate. Their response was kind, considerate and wonderful. We will always be grateful to them for this. I have family in Chase and we have always stayed at the Chase Country Inn and now there will be no other option; it will always be the Chase Country Inn.

Excellent place rooms very clean management and cleaning staff are great even did our dishes. Cannot say anything bad about chase country inn.

Rooms were reasonably priced, clean and neat. The owners were kind and helpful. I would definitely go back here on my next vacation.

My experience started wonderfully with very informative info and booking process with the fully lingual owner. The room, clean and spacious as were the grounds. No smoking anywhere on the top floor incl the balcony was a little odd as smoke generally rises. On the whole very comfy but for the highway traffic… UNTIL my stay was cut a day short due to mechanical problems. After informing the owner I would be checking out the next day he seemed a little bewildered which I thought was slightly odd and this put my guard up and the all too familiar scenario ensued. Upon arrival at front desk for my refund they had miraculously forgotten how to speak English… overnight. Feathers became ruffled, tempers flared as I had to call police and threaten legal action and refuse to leave the room to get back my $130. This greed and deception is no better than any other kind of rip off. This then turned into a horrible vacation experience, unnecessary and lead to a mornings worth of totally unwanted stress. So my advice people is book day to day only… book only what you need.

This place is great! Super clean! Friendly! Japanese food at the restaurant is excellent! Was impressed was not expecting while staying the night in Chase.

We happened to stay at Chase Country inn as we were stuck due to a major accident on the highway in the night. We checked in at 10.30 pm, a friendly South Korean guy who manages this place. Very clean room which was unexpected. We had a comfortable sleep, clean bathrooms and made our morning tea as coffee machine and microwave is available in the room. Highly recommended… We are taking good memories of helpful people in Chase, Sushwap lake, BC.

Awesome place, SUPER FREINDLY STAFF! very clean! And pets allowed with open arms … recommend to everyone, will definitely stay here again. Traveled back and forth from Scotch creek for family reunion… 20 mins away. Be nice if restaurant was open at motel.

Great place! Friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms. We stayed on a Saturday night and it was super laid back, no party animals. Great place to stay with kids. Nothing fancy about the rooms but absolutely no complaints. We will most definitely be staying here every time we pass through and fully recommend them as well.

This place is the best ran and cleanest place I have stayed all over the world you wont get better service and a cleaner room also good restaurant right there I stay there everytime you dont see places this good anywhere.
