I came here for business for a weekend I called ahead of time to book my room, I specifically asked if there was any additional room deposits as I carry a company credit card and wanted to be on budget as we are a small company, after confirming with the operator on the phone he assured me that there would be no extra charges other then the daily room rate. To my surprise on checking in they asked me for an additional $200 for a security deposit which I thought was rediculous as I am traveling alone and I am paying almost $200 a night to sleep here. The hotel manager came and was able to bring it down to $120 depost. It Normally wouldn't be such a huge issue but I was traveling across country and you don't exactly get your deposit back for almost 4 business days, so you could imagine if you are travelling all week and you stay at 4-7 hotels that's over $700 that you are made unavailable to you. I guess if they could accurately train the booking staff the correct information I would have given this place a 5 star as everything else was great about the hotel. Will visit again if I have the chance.

Had issues with a payment that Wcb made for my room, took awhile to get it sorted out sorry to say he called himself manager and can not speak English very well and wasn't very interested in what was going on. Other then that nice rooms and pool is open for a good swim. I personally don't mind it here I'll be visiting again but! Won't be if so called manager is still here.

The rooms were decent, nothing to write home about. Plastic cups and cheap k-cups lined the bedroom. The bathroom vents we're connected to the neighboring room. The bed and pillows were good.

It is a nice and clean hotel with a decent restaurant. The restaurant also had live music.

The good: Friendly staff, will go out of their way to help and assist, especially in the restaurant and the front desk. The bad: Sheets not changed very often. I stayed there for over 6 days, and the sheets were not changed, at least while I was there. The ugly: I asked on two separate occasions and the sheets were not changed. Not only that, it seems either they did not vacuum or that the vacuum cleaner they used was inadequate. Little pieces of paper, etc were picked up, however, previous guests' nail clippings, etc. Were seen lying about. Overall, my experience was unfortunate. I hope other HIs will be better managed.

I had a king one bedroom suite that was very spacious and clean. Check in and check out were quick and easy and my room was ready early.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights and were having fun at the casino so decided to stay another night. We called and confirmed for one more night and said we would pay when we returned later in the day All was well until we returned around 7pm and they would not take cash payment even though we had pid by credit card for the previous nights, my husband went to the bank and tried to put money on the card through the cash machine. In the meantime the hotel manager walked into my room unannounced and although I was on the bed nude effused to leave or shut the door screaming that we were trying to avoid paying and that she was not leaving the room until I paid the one night. I as appalled and informed her my husband was attempting to pay and that we hd only been down the block and had no idea there was any problem. In the meantime my husband had returned and paid the bill in cash as we were unable to deposit on the card. I have never been so disrespected or upset by any hotel employee in all our years of travel I would never stay there again and have complained to head office. This women should not be working in any public contact job. The hotel is also unclean and the staff is very very rude. The Holiday Inn in Langley is one of the nicest cleanest and friendliest hotel in the area and would be a much better choice for any stay. They also have a wonderful breakfast and have fresh baked cookies at night.

Easter Friday, meeting room was all decked out with chair covers, table cloths. Breakfast smorgasbord was well received bye 35 in attendance. All said we will again use this facilities. Thank you Holiday Inn & your staff.

I wish they were offering free breakfast. Rooms were clean and nice.

Wish it had a hot tub, beds are alright, sheets seem cheaply made. Toliet is louder than hurricane Katrina. Staff is pleasant, location isn't bad.

Great restaurant at this hotel. Very convenient for getting anywhere in the lower mainland.

Not great. Pool was dirty. Fitness room was in a closet. Didn't even offer free coffee. No extra blankets.

The room was kind of dimly lit but check in and out were quick and easy. Unfortunately no continental breakfast, but the attached restaurant was convenient.

The location is very good, rooms are clean, and the building is nicely maintained. The staff is pleasant enough, though you may have to ask 2 or 3 times if you need something. Overall a good experience, and if I had another event in the area I'd consider coming back.

This place was so caring and kind. I got stranded there and was scared and knew no one around and the hotel seen me is distress and came right to me to help me and offered me a room right away and gave me a huge discount because of my situation and were so helpful. I would be a mess and lost if it wasn't for this hotel and the amazing locals that I met there were so helpful and kind as well.

Quick check in. Great service. Very clean facilities. Amazing house keeping. Close to all kinds of shopping, restaurants, pharmacies and major stores. McDonalds, Tim Hortons and Boston Pizza is diagonally across.

Staff were helpful and it was mostly clean other than hair in the shower… I see this happening at hotels everywhere now. Is it not mandatory to clean that up now?

Room and hallways smelled. Carpets dirty and stained. Pillows smelled of body odour. Towels did not smell fresh. Front desk staff were not friendly. Too far from Vancouver. Not worth the money.

We stay here nearly every time we go to the Surrey Area. Very helpful staff. Close to everything. Quiet room. Restaurant and bar on the premises.

This Holiday Inn is now my favourite. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. Definitely would recommend.

Newer hotel. Very clean. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The restaurant food is good and the service is fantastic! The bed is very comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!

There was a custom tailor company that rented a room at the Holiday Inn, so my husband and I went there to order a few shirts. The lobby was pretty basic but clean. The meeting room rented had poor lighting inside however.

We booked this hotel for my mil's visit. The staff went above and beyond and she had loved her stay!

The lobby was comfortable and the washroom is accessible and clean.

Belle chambres, propre, prix abordable, excellent resto.

Food was delicious, but they ran out of Stella.

Customer service here is outstanding! Family owned and operated. Don't let the 3 star prices fool you. Five star service, five star food. I'm at this hotel 15 days a month, and there are few better for quality, and none better for value.

This place is great. The food was meh. I didn't like how they're not clear about the room service charges that they give you when you're getting your damage deposit back. But other than that it was a really nice stay and I wish I used their swimming pool.

I have stayed with this hotel for 3 times in its short time from opening. One of the best holiday day inn I have stayed, they really take care of the priority guests and upgraded me to a suite right away. Beautiful rooms, all very new, and very very clean.

The staff is awesome. Rooms are clean. Suites are very convenient for extended stays. Windows open for fresh air, not that there are smells, but I prefer fresh air to a/c! Convenient restaurant available. Located close to grocery and coffee. Not far from Langely restaurants.
