Bed bugs! Everybody's worst nightmare. I woke up at 1:30 am to a single bed bug and with furthermore inspecting to my bed I quickly found 5 others… went down to lobby because I obviously could not sleep knowing I could be at risk for blood born virus and bringing these bugs home. And the man at the desk told my husband he could only refund us the $50 deposit. Out $200 and have bed bug bites. Not to mention this hotel is trashed. I'd like to add there was also such a rat problem in there parking lot my husband accidentally kicked one walking in the door.

! bed bugs! Within the first half hour of laying down we had found over a dozen bed bugs here. The mattress and box spring are full of burn holes and massive rips. Only the heater water tap worked for the kitchen. No freezer door on fridge and when u open it it smashes into floor. Balcony was collapsing on one side. Our shampoo container was half used already. I kicked a giant rat on my way to my room and doors in between rooms aren't locked. Not one drawer of the dressers was in properly. And also while there someone chipped my new car window trying to break in. You can find better beds for free on kijiji. The most disgusting horrendous pig stye I have ever seen and I'm not picky. This place should be shut down immediately and staff doesn't help whatsoever, I'm from out of town and they said do wait for the manager on Monday is my only option. Stay away if at all possible. We slept in our car and it was much nicer even though I'm 6'5

I really dont have much good to say. Balcony door not sealed could hear all the the traffic on the road. Had to run the A/C all night to drown it out. Look this is a last resort. Only book here if you dont care about standards. You get what you pay for. Keep that in mind.

Absolutely disgusting rugs. No fire protection in back building. Doubt the build is even legal. No cutlery in kitchenette. Not worth $120 a night. Only $50 deposit because you couldn't cause more damage than is already caused and not upkept. I wonder what's in places I can't see. That's scary.

Good for a budget jacuzzi night if you're ok with a little shab. Good staff.

Fair condition rooms and reasonable price and there's a couple of smoking rooms. Better than most on King George Blvd in Newton.

They have ants and they charge way too much for horrible service.

I rented a room for a week. By the second night I was being attacked viciously by bedbugs. I tried to get my money back, but they refused to issue a refund. You would be better off sleeping in a car than staying in this slum. Stay away!

I would NEVER have chosen this Hotel to stay in. However, a week ago my House (that I just moved into 2 days prior), and my belongings were lost due to my home being set on Fire by an arsonist. It was Emergency Social Services, who I am forever grateful for, and who put us up in this Hotel for 72hours following the fire. Besides the dirty bedsheets, shotty TV, telephones you cant hear on… it was what is in these photos… The FIRE HAZARDOUS electrical outlet, as well as the moldy and BROKEN heater that the Hotel rectified by supplying us with a FIRE HAZARDOUS SPACE HEATER! I tried to explain my nervousness around FIRE when I was asking to be moved to another room. The Clerk said "NO VACANCY" when I told him I just looked and the sign said VACANCY, he asked me to Hold for a moment, came back and again said NO VACANCY… I looked outside again, I guess when he asked me to HOLD he switched the sign… I called minutes later from my cell phone asking if they had availabilities for about 10 — 12 rooms, "Oh Yes Mam, we do have the nicest of rooms just for you! " HOW. Thoughtful!

I stayed in room 207 it smelt like a rotten corpse. They would. Not return my money nor change my room. I would strongly recommend not staying there and they. Were so rude even though we asked the neighbors if they smelt it and they did. What happend to customer service they are all about the money…

Didn't end up staying here because their parking was not as spacious as claimed. No way my boat trailer was going to fit in their dead end parking lot.

Great place over and over to stay, great people big rooms, great price, and always helpfull. Thank you great canadian inn see you next time.

This place is a disgusting dive of a hotel. It's good enough for a junkie or escort I would never stay there again. I would give no stars if I could.

Parking lot was poorly designed. YES Lobby smelled like sweat. YES Room was smelly. YES Room was dirty. YES Room was poorly insulated (sound). YES Pull-out bed was from the 80's (uncomfortable). YES Bed-side alarm clock was broken. YES Air conditioner was extremely loud. YES Knobs on air conditioner were broken. YES Air temperature couldn't be controlled. YES Batteries in TV remote were dead. Yes. "High-speed" Wi-Fi was extremely slow (11 Mbps). YES Staff were poorly trained. YES Would I recommend staying here? NO.

The location was perfect to commute to some restaurants. The staff were very friendly, they helped me with my luggage and helped me with a room problem. The rooms however wasn't the best. The television wasn't working and the comforter smelled. In general I'd give this place 3 Stars.

Not a pleasant stay. Layout of motel is horrible, it feels as if your are in a maze. Hallways smelled like rotten curry. Carpets and bedsheet had an unbearable scent. Not even deserving of a one star rating. Avoid this motel!

This place was the worst place I have ever stayed, went into the room that was not cleaned, bugs on the floor, coffee on the wall, carpet that stuck to my socks, very rude workers, peep hole didn't work and they didn't care, fire alarms went off and they didn't care, I could go on but just don't go there no mater how cheap they are.

I stayed at this hotel with my family Aug 13th. Our non smoking room smelled of smoke and the bath tub had enough black mold in it that we had no interest in having a shower. If it hadn't been so late I would have just gotten in the car and driven home. When we showed the photo of the mold to reception he said "sorry" and then proceeded to charge us full price. We commented on the bill of course and he said we would need to talk to management who was conveniently not available. We won't be going there again.

This place was a nightmare. I was billed an extra day for no reason and I disputed it to no avail. I have now gone to my credit card company to get my money back. Never give them a credit card deposit for any amount. They will rip you off blind. The place is always almost empty and there a very strange goings on in the back parking lot. Suspicious activities possibly.

The place is a DUMP Crack Heads and Speed Freaks everywhere, the Construction Type Noise Goes ON and ON ALL NIGHT AND DAY LONG.

No bedbugs, AC works like an industrial blast freezer.

The room was very bad, not clean enough, and old. I checked in at 4:00 AM after midnight, I was told from the guy who works at the front disk that check out time is 11 AM but he said we can be late till 1pm cuz we arrived late, so we can have some extra time to sleep after long driving, At 12:30 PM we are downstairs. The head manager was there, he spoke to us very rude, aggressive, And crazy. He asked me to pay late check out fee, I told him the other guy at the front disk said its ok to till 1PM, I asked him to prove that the fee is in their rules he refused and was yelling at my girlfriend so aggressively. I got so much mad at him. I pushed him very light and told him DO NOT talk to my girl like this, she didn't ask for anything. He took his big metal stick and wanted to hit us! THAT is the HEAD manger (owner) I called the police they came they said we can not do anything we need to go to a court. $25 is not a big deal for me, but HAVE you ever seen any manager of a hotel acting like this with his customers?! I do not recommend any one to stay in this hotel from personal experience. Basically THEY care about money NOT their customers.

I have stayed in this hotel couple of times, its in a good area clean rooms and quite BUT this time around they jacked up the price more than twice its usual. They say its because of the winter olympics in other words "we are ripping people off" nice morals.

I would definitely recommend this place to everybody. The Staff members very polite and provide exceptional customer service. This place is newly renovated, its like brand new nice and tidy and very clean. Free internet and local calls. This place really a "Luxury for less". Its the place for people who need a nice good night sleep.
