Great rooms, front desk, pool, hot tub jets could be serviced, housekeeping is great and friendly! Over and above call of duty!

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the room, friendly, helpful staff and convenient location.

Granddaughters had fantastic fun in the pool as we booked our time and only ones in there.

Clean room, friendly staff and a great breakfast.

Conference facilities
lunches are good too.

Spent 3 sleepless nights at this hotel. Seems hotel staff thought it would be a good idea to put a bunch of unsupervised teenagers on the 4 floor so every one except hotel staff could hear them running down the halls screaming and banging on doors. When hotel staff was informed all they could say was that the teens had supervisors (they were probably at the bar) and hotel security. Neither one was doing their job! When it was brought to the attention of staff they seemed uninterested and uncaring. Hopefully one of them gets a scholarship in hotel management and learns you don’t put sports teams on the top floor. A really good trip ruined due Very disappointed!

Comfortable bed. Large bathroom with deep tub and walk in shower. Fireplace in the room. Large patio. Kuerig coffee machine in the room. Standard Best Western breakfast but some additions that were above the norm such as cheese and salsa to add to your eggs. I would recommend this hotel.

Came in to book a reservation. Only had time pretty late at night but despite the time the front desk attendant, Jared, was very accommodating and cheerful and booked us exactly what we wanted quickly and efficiently. Had some troubles also booking a reservation across the country but he smoothed them right out! Would recommend based on that alone! If you happen to be awake at night, make sure you pop downstairs and say hi!

The Hotel room and breakfast are OK, the staff are marginally better. I felt I was treated well by the restaurant and bar staff. Would I stay at this hotel again… perhaps, but it would be for the lovely restaurant and bar staff. The hotel staff were OK, nothing special. I was a bit embarrassed as I was sharing the room with a friend and wanted to stay at the Best Western as I always "talk up" the Best Western, and how well I am always treated when I stay there, and was quite frankly underwhelmed by the experience with the exception of the restaurant and bar staff. Would I stay here again… not likely if there was other options.

Hotel is clean and staff friendly. As a travel planner I would recommend my clients to stay here for a short period of time and if they were on a budget. My only suggestion is the breakfast could be better. Beds are comfortable, good linens and towels. All important to me!

Nice hotel, just stayed one night. The continental breakfast area is kinda small and can fill up quickly. A large group of softball players also booked at the same time. Requested a crib for our little one and the delivered! Happy about that. There is a restaurant attached, but never went in, indoor swimming pool.

Lovely hotel just off the freeway. Room was spacious and clean stocked with fridge and microwave. Bedding and toweling were nice. Breakfast was full hot buffet that was staffed if you needed anything. The restaurant had very nice deco and included patio seating. Service and food was excellent. The only thing I missed was the view because our room overlooked the parking lot. I find when you book through a third party (AIR MILES, I actually paid more than the advertised price) that you don't get the same options as a BW member, even if you are one.

This an ok place to stay. Is close to restaurants and other amenities. The rooms are cozy but could use some upgrading. Liked they had a good size fridge, microwave and coffee machine.

We recently booked the facility for our daughter’s wedding. Angela was the representative that was our go to person. We can’t say enough about her. She was very accommodating and was on top of it all. The menu that we chose was so great. We had compliments all night on how delicious it was. Been staying at this hotel off and on for over 14 years and they just keep getting better! The complimentary breakfast bar was the best ever this time, as was the friendly people at the front desk. When in Mission, this is the place to stay!

Only decent place to stay in Mission. Hotel has pool hot tub sauna work out center and is clean enough and rooms are a good suze. Restaurant has limited menu and some things are good portions look decent but items often not in stock Non highway side on upper floors is better for noise but it wasnt loud on highway Breakfast bar is one of the best U have seen and I travel a lot the room has a coffee machine and fridge.

Very good for the money. Didn't stay long, so didn't had a chance to use all amenities like indoor pool, fitness room and restaurant. The staff, rooms and breakfast are very good.

This hotel's staff were completely disrespectful and unreasonable. The service in the attached Restaurant was terrible, the food was okay but often went 10 — 15 min without a single drink. Completely missed taking my order out of our group. The security staff at the hotel were rude and yelling at guests for not being within 2 feet of their kids. We were asked to leave the hotel because 2 guests were having a quiet conversation after 11 pm and apparently no one is allowed to be up and out of their room after 11 regardless of how quite they were. Totally disgusted and HIGHLY recommend you find another hotel before gracing this place with a shadow! The security instructed a guest that they were allowed to have a cigarette on the balcony then charged the guest for doing so upon check out. And wont admit to it. Absolutely terrible!

My experience was extremely good. The staff was friendly even at 4 in the morning when we got there. They are willing to go that extra little bit that goes a mile. We showed up 3 minutes before the complimentary breakfast was to close and our hero of the day was Lisa. Who let us come make our breakfast and even helped all four of us make waffles after she was closed for the morning. Over all it was the best experience I've ever had at any hotel!

We had a great stay at the mission BC best western. We had a flood at home and the staff there were very welcoming and helpful. Thanks for the great stay! My sons loved playing in the pool and hot tub.

Pleasant hotel. Easy access. No complaints. Staff attentive. Breakfast uninspired but acceptable. Was just a quick in-out.

Nice place 24 hour check-in. Clears rooms that are well maintained. Comfortable beds. Heated pool and spa that are open until 11pm.

Great location and place to stay! They welcome you like family and treat you like special guests. And their restaurant is amazing!

The kitchen staff was very helpful and in regards to catering to allergies. The hotel staff is amazing I'd highly recommend fog on the river for a fine casual dining. And the only drawback is I only saw a room that look like a shoe box in the corner of a hotel without any views.

Room was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Best part was the new Fog on the River restaurant which is attached. Great food at a decent price!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Such shitty customer service including from the manager! Charged my credit card because I didn't show up for a reservation but when I told them I didn't realize I had to call and cancel by a certain time she said they sent me an email… I never received an email. Didn't want to give my benefit of the doubt that someone on their end may have messed up and didn't actually send an email. Instead the manager was treating me like shit and charged… me, gave me attitude the entire time and said she has to run a business, can't just not charge ppl for no show. $156.44 is now on my credit card for something I never got to do or enjoy. Thanks allot Best Western, I will be surely telling my friends and family about this.

Room 220 When I got up I opened the curtains and was really disappointed. The condition of the patio was horrible. The wall out on the patio was more then dirty. There where cigarette buts all over. When I went to use the bath tub had hair in it. I should of taken a picture. Instead I went to 7/11 and got my own cleaner and cleaned it. Blow drying my hair is a must and the was no blow dryer in my room. I had to call front desk to bring me one. The best part about going to a nice hotel is being able to go for a swim. The pool was freezing cold… it's probably warmer outside and is freezing out side. The hot tub isn't open and I was told that it would be a few weeks before it would be fixed… I'm pretty disappointed… I like open curtains to enjoy the sun but instead I decided to close the curtains cause I didn't want to look at the condition the patio was in… probably will be going to stay in Abbotsford Sent from my iPad.

I was very pleased with the accommodations and the staff. Very pleasant and professional staff, and very nice room with a comfortable bed. It is always important to me to have a clean room and this one met every expectation. The breakfast was wonderful.

Very affordable local hotel, with clean well appointed rooms. Friendly service, and a good location, excellent for sticking your senior parents when they come to visit.

Great hotel. Had comfy beds, good amenities, decent breakfast and has a decently accessible location. Tea was inexplicably hard to come by and while the Keurig machine in our room was a nice touch the English breakfast tea they provided was undrinkable. However a Starbucks was right across the street! If I ever have another curling tournament in Mission again, this will be my hotel of choice.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating of our dogs. We hadn't booked a pet friendly room as we planned on letting the dogs sleep in our vehicle but it was warmer than expected when we arrived at the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a room that would allow us to bring the dogs in if they got to warm outside. The property was very clean inside and out. The only complaint would be traffic noise but the convenient location made it an easy trade off.

There was plenty of parking. Check in was pretty easy, and the rooms were clean. They had some hot items on the breakfast bar and a good selection of cold things too. Overall, a nice place to stay if you're in Mission.

Everything was clean and comfortable, however room could have smelt fresher. Breakfast lacked fresh fruit. Restaurant did not have beer taps working. Overall, this is an okay place for business if needed, but not recommended for leisure.

Absolute horrid front desk staff. Incredibly rude and unhelpful. So disappointed in the hotel. Way below the average Best Western expectations, never mind a Plus. We needed a spoon on the morning of our first day for taking a medication. None in the room. Asked at the front desk and was told she could not help. The breakfast room had just closed 15 minutes earlier, was now locked and she did not have the keys and those who did, did not answer their phones. I was told the restaurant wasn't open yet so once again she couldn't help me find a spoon! How does a hotel with a restaurant, including room service NOT able to find ONE spoon for a guest?! Good luck finding a shoe shine kit at this hotel as well. Not one employee, had any clue what we were asking for. Horribly dated hotel but the worst part is the incredibly rude, undertrained staff.

Rooms were very clean, and service was quick and efficient. Location was OK. Beside a major highway, but the noise was cancelled well by the room walls and doors. Attached restaurant was acceptable, though nothing special. I would stay here again.

Banquet facility was spacious though the washrooms could have been a bit larger but we're clean and fairly well maintained. Buffet dinner and desserts we're better than expected and tasty. Drinks were rather small and a bit expensive but serive was excellent and staff were friendly and expeditious.

My husband has already written a review about how the hotel "lost" our camera, but I feel I really need to reiterate what was said, and hopefully shed a little more light on what happened to us. We forgot our camera at the hotel, it was turned into the front desk given a number, cataloged and placed in the lost and found. This camera is the one that my husband and I used to document everything of our first sons birth. The first weighing, the bath, the delivery, the hospital, everything. The first time he stood up in his crib, and crawled, literally everything. When we went to the front desk the camera had been mysteriously displaced. The t-shirt and flip flops that were found on the same day were still there, cataloged and number, but our camera was no where to be found. After three days of the manager "asking all the staff" if they had seen it or knew where it could be we were told that "either one of your family members picked it up (which none of them did, we asked everyone), or ONE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES took it. " then the manager, Mr. Chester Huan, proceeded to tell my husband that he allows the employees to take things, like toys and "things that don't matter", out of the box if they ask, but he would "never let them take something like a camera". Every time that my husband has gone into the hotel to talk to him he has offered to pay for the camera and we have told him time and time again that we don't care about the camera, we can buy a new one we just want the pictures.

Just like to thank you for "losing" my camera full of all my sons first photos. And all the effort you have put in the search by saying sorry an employee must have took it but I'm hoping he/she "cracks" and feels bad and returns it. The worst manager award goes to these clowns.
