Wonderful friendly staff. Cheap and comfortable. Great place for family and pets… small ones.

We just ate in the restaurant, the BLT sandwich was good and the salad was fresh. Fast service. Friendly service. Great location.

Nice view, probably one of the best views around. Rooms are comfortable and fairly large. Dated, but extremely clean, so not a problem at all. Overall, okay place to stay.

I just arrived at the hot spring villa hotel the night of April, 5th 2018, just checked out today, my room was amazing, had a really great time, went downstairs to have a meal at the restaurant ordered the lasagna as it was only $15 and to my surprise when it arrived at my table it was still bubbling for the oven, I was stunned by the awesome service for both reception and restaurant, I will definitely come back to this hotel, best experience I have had at a hotel in a very long time! Highly recommend!

Don't stay in the hotel walked in the door with my luggage smelled like piss got into the hallway and smelled like mold then no idea what the smell in the room was. Bathroom was not cleaned hair all over the floor disgusting.

The worst food I have ever had in a restaurant. Expensive, small portion, not fresh (reheat) and not tasty. We got chicken wings (returned), potato skins, salmon and ribe eye. Without any taste and sauce. ANNND my wife got a terrible stomach ache after. Really bad experience. Do not go there.

Unfortunately it took 1/2 an hour before we got up and left without receiving 2 chicken wraps, restaurant was not busy, only two families other than ourselves and our daughter. Waitress stood and talked with another table while food sat under the heat lamps in the kitchen.

This place isn’t really the best yes everyone is friendly but the rooms are FREEZING cold the hotel is cold, the towels are barely big enough to cover a small child, there is no access to the actual Hotsprings through this hotel, the public pool they have is very tiny, great if it’s not packed, they charge 10$ per person and 4.50 to rent a towel. Not to impressed we stayed there one night and we didn’t want to stay a second night but they told us we couldn’t get out money back for the 2nd night so we stuck it out… will definitely book at the resort next time.

We arrived a bit late due to a storm, immediately got stuck in the snow in the parking lot. Our room was not available because of some damage caused by the storm. But the manager got us checked into another room and gave us a good discount. First room was a bit run down and extremely cold, but lots of blankets and snuggles worked. Our next room was beautiful! Overlooking the lake, lots of room, a bit more modern. It definitely has an old lodge feel to it. But it's very quant and the staff was lovely. They helped us dig out our car the next day. You are on the same block as the hot springs and very near all of the restaurants and amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

The service was great, however the food lacked freshness. The burger tasted like it came from the freezer and my soup was definitely from a can. Too bad.

Great little spot. Just go here. This is the place youre looking for. 5$ 20oz beers (better than black foests 8$/ 13oz sleeves), good food. Cheap cheap! Great specials. Glad we came here! Best bang for your buck! Zucchini sticks and fish and chips were fantastic! Best french fries Ive ever had. Cheap cheap cheap. But good.

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, and ate at the restaurant once. Did not know little gems like this existed in Harrison Hot Springs; what a treat. The girls working up front were fantastic and so helpful when we had questions about the town. We had a lasagna and roast beef dinner and my girl friend said it was the best beef she'd ever had. Hotel room was comfortable, clean, and the view was amazing. Will be back next season, highly recommended!

I'm not one to give negative reviews, but this hotel is in dire need of an update. First the positives; The price is appropriate for the accommodation. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The view and proximity to the beach was exactly what one would ask for. However, being accustomed to a slightly higher level of lodging, this was not our first choice of places to stay, in fact it was one of our only choices to stay on the Victoria Day long weekend. The room was clean enough, but the dated furnishings and decor left much to be desired. 70's style wood paneling and lathe and plaster walls. Peculiar bed covers and head board. Finally the deal breaker for me was the bathroom state. Original shower fixture and rusted soap dish. Linoleum floors and dingy shower curtain. Ultimately we did enjoy our stay and had a fine weekend.

I had an excellent experience at The Hot Spring Villa Restaurant. I walked into Muddy Waters Cafe, but it was way too busy and cramped for me. So I kept walking and found this gem of a place. I arrived at around 3pm looking for a breakfast dish. They were no longer serving breakfast, but were kind enough to make one for me. They said, paraphrasing: "no problem, but we're out of potatoes would you be ok with fries? " I substituted the fries for strawberries, also not a problem. The omelette was excellent and the staff was very friendly and accommodating The view was spectacular and the restaurant played soft jazz music which I thought was a nice touch. The Hot Spring Villa Restaurant was comfortable and roomy. I'll be back for sure.

To begin with, they demanded a tip the moment we checked in. When entering the hallways, there's a stench of the dirtiness and you can see paint chipping off the walls onto the carpet. Upon entering the room, the room is dusty and lacks cleaning. The bathroom's mirror was dirty and as well as the bathtub. When showering, the water didn't go down. On the contrary the dirt rose up. Disgusting. The beds are as hard as the floor and the pillows were just flat. The microwave only half way works and is dingy from the outside. When packing up to leave, we found dirty socks from past guests. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Other hotels offer a room at the same as this one and are waaaay better, offering passes at the public pool and/or their hot tub.

Terrible. The food was served in small portions and overpriced.

Need a makeover, but has potential.
