Nice hotel, clean and spacious room. The girl at the check in was super friendly and gave us some information about the region and near by places to eat.

Located in pleasant and quiet area. Room was clean. Close to amenities. Beds are clean and comfortable. All in all, very nice and enjoyable stay. I left my phone charger, and they held onto it for me.

I took my kids here for a couple days for a quick holiday. The manger was very friendly and let us check in st 1pm. Very relaxed atmosphere. People having a good time. Room was clean. Good value.

It is pet friendly but there is a 35 dollar charge a bit steep. The bed was very comfortable but my room didn't have a bath tub. The rooms are spacious but feel a bit empty.

Good facilities, the safe in our room was without power, the other guests were loud but it was in a good location — near a number of popular establishments.

Not a good experience at all. The walls are very thin and you can hear every little noise from adjacent rooms. TV is old and not many channels available. Carpets were dirty and the beds were extremely uncomfortable, linens and towels are cheap and scratchy. After a horrible sleep because of the noise I awoke to find the heater had stopped working during the night due to a breaker on the plug that had popped (that doesn't seem safe). After having a shower and finding only small towels to dry with I was then greeted by a cleaning person barging into the room without even knocking, while I was half dressed. An hour later they tried again! Discraceful! Horrible place, go somewhere else.

Great location, see but pricey. Make sure to make reservations especially in the summer! A nice esccape.

We stayed at Vedder Inn to cut a long travel day in half. We were looking for a decent quality room at a respectable but budget friendly hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the Vedder Inn. My reason for giving a five star review is not to say it's a Four Seasons or anything like that. But for the price, it was a great hotel and we would stay there again without hesitation. The rooms were large and open and the finish was higher end than we expected. We have stayed in many hotels over the past couple years that were twice the $ and Vedder was just as good or better in many respects. 5 stars for surpassing my expectations!

I was disgusted at how dirty our room was. So we switched. Then that room was worse the the first. So we tried another room and that was just as dirty. Maybe I'm picky but there should not be stuff all over the walls. The toilets were not clean. Dirty towels hanging up. The blanket had something all over it. So we did not stay there. Very sad. It had such great reviews.

The room was dirty hairs in the sink & bed dirty towels left in the sink cups with coffee left on the side Wi-Fi did not work. Large gaps all round the door frame the door did not close properly you could see day light, had to keep going to the office for coffee supplies the list can go on & on I certainly would not recommend this hotel complaints at the front desk fall on deaf ears, met with I will pass your complaints on but we have heard nothing!

Great suites nice and clean and I hear if you check online and I guess book. You get discount but only online ugh typical eh lol.

Tried charging me a 500$ deposit and when I said that I could pay with my credit card they went from charging me 200$ to 500$ deposit. Bad service and the person at the front is not polite. Don't recommend at all.

Horrible! Parking is less than steller and first come first serve, beds are uncomfortable and bedding is cheap and itchy. Rooms aren't as clean as they should be. TV didn't work toilet was plugged when we got there. When room service was in the room the coffee cups were not replaced or cleaned plus the shower curtaim had a rip. Would Not Recommend!

Was good for an overnight stay during Christmas! Rooms are a simple.

Upon my arrival, I noticed the coffee pot still had coffee in it, the cups had lip prints on them. I pulled back the nicely made bed and found several hairs through out the bed. One towel nicely folded had obviously been used before. In the morning I watched the cleaners go in and out of the rooms. On two occasions the cleaners went in and out without bringing out dirty sheets or bringing in clean sheets. The 3 cleaners that I watched appeared to be racing to get the rooms done quickly. The rooms were nice and staff friendly but the cleanliness was very poor. Too bad because I liked everything else.

This is the best place to stay in Sardis and Chilliwack! Close to the Vedder River if you are a fisherperson and a short drive from Cultus Lake. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I found it to be very clean and a good value for the money.

Friendly staff, room was cozy, all you could ask for when needing a quick place to crash for the night while on a road trip.

We stayed here for 5 nights in total. The rooms are nice and the service is excellent but there were alot of sketchier people staying here as well. Alot of pot smoking and people talking very loudly outside the room doors at all hours of the night. At one point there was hardcore rap music playing and a guy hanging from the balcony. Nice hotel but not our cup of tea.

We stay every time we go to Chilliwack we love it! Awesome staff beautiful, clean rooms. Great place to meet people everyone sitting outside.

After staying at this great property now for a 5th time I can honestly say " it's amazing" I've been in the Hotel/Motel industry for a few years and I have to say this place is a real winner! Spotless rooms, great staff and amazing management! This place could teach a lot of other mid size properties how it should be done! I will continue staying here whenever I get the opportunity… great job Vedder Inn.

We were very pleased with the hotel. It was very clean and the staff were both friendly and helpful. They were able to meet our requirements (rooms next to each other) even on the long weekend. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Chilliwack.

I stay here frequently and must say the staff and rooms are amazing! Very well kept and taken care of! I strongly recommend staying here if you find yourself in Chilliwack.

Room was ok but the internet service was complete rubbish and did not even allow me to check email. Also the noise pollution is terrible if you plan on actually sleeping. Also the scum bags tried to charge me $750 for a weeks stay when it clearly said $57 a night on their website!

I work 6 months on the road, have since 2001. Shortly after 911 actually. This has been one of the more pleasant experiences of this period. And clean with cheerful and professional services.

This has been the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was so clean and it had the most comfy bed I have ever slept on. The Customer Service people were so nice, helpful and friendly. Also gave a continantel breakfast, Thank you so much.

Service at front desk was great, room was very nice. Bed was really hard and uncomfortable and shower dripped but otherwise good for the price!

Nice little hotel, priced well if bought through TripAdvisor, otherwise price is extremely high. Nice clean outside entry rooms, overall a great place.

Not a bad place to stay, but there was a little garbage on the floor (paper, wrappers) and a pubic hair on the bathroom wall. Beds were comfortable and the room was quiet though.

Location was good. Service was alright. Bed sheet cleaning fee makes no sense.

Amazing value! Our family of 7 loved the executive suite. The full kitchen was a welcome touch, as was the heated tile floor in the bathroom.

Only stayed there to sleep. Have no complaints. Room was clean and nice area.

Rooms were good and well appointed, liked the heated floors. That said, a few of my travel companions in different rooms had issues with having their belongings shuffled through, and one person had their wallet stolen.

I was traveling through B. C on the last week of August, which is just about the busiest time a year for hotel rentals. I didn't have a reservation and I showed up there around noon, hours before checkout. They had one room that had just been vacated seconds before I got there. The rep at the front desk had the maids prep the room right away. The room couldn't be any cleaner and the prices are very affordable. I recommend this spot to all travelers.

Very clean and cozy room. The bed was very comfy. The staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend the Vedder River Inn to friends and family. The reason for 4 stars is because the Wi-Fi isn't the greatest but if you can overlook that then you will enjoy your stay.

Very comfortable beds and lovely staff. L didn't like being charged a 200 deposit for the night but I did get it back in the morning. I would go back again and would recommend it to others.

Staff were great, friendly, and informative of local attractions/eateries and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. Rooms were in a great state, Wi-Fi was a little iffy but that is a minor point compared to everything else.

Internet doesn't work, unhelpful/incompetent staff. Pick another place unless you love crappy everything in a hotel.
