Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean but a bit dated. The water slide is really quite big and super fun for kids. The pool and hot tub seemed to be pretty high in chlorine but I guess that’s better than not enough. It’s a nice bonus to have a free simple breakfast in the morning. They need to fix the entrance to the hotel. Coming into the hotel drive it is nearly impossible not to scrape the bottom of your car.

The beds are super comfy, the pool is clean and fairly large. Rooms are dated, sloped door frames, old carpet that's lifting in a lot of places. It's honestly what you would expect from a super 8

This place shows its age, untidy and very poor breakfast. Unfriendly staff.

They couldn't give us keys because the key machine was broken. They had to come open the door for us everytime we all had to leave. We got there late so had no choice to stay but when we asked if we could get a cot, it was an extra charge. Seemed pretty cheap in light of the key situation.

Very poor customer service two customers walked out when we were going to check in after listening to the interaction between motel employee and customer we left as well.

Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Had a bit of a dorm feel and is at the very end of town so you must drive everywhere. No ironing board in the room if that matters.

Great rooms, quiet place. 4 stars for breakfast and door key only lasts 2 days, have to renew every time at the front desk.

My family arrived very late at night and were quickly able to arrange a room. Friendly help at the front desk. Everything was clean in the room.

Amazing value for money. Had comfy beds pillows and free green tea even all day! I highly recommend it. We stopped over after a long days ride on the bikes and the hot tub saved us!

Twas clean and quiet. And I had the best night sleep of my whole trip. Being located on the edge of town is convenient for an overnight stay when driving through.

Absolutely a wonderful place to stay. The continental breakfast was delicious with everything needed including a waffle iron. The room and bathroom were both extremely clean and well stocked. It is definitely comparable to a hotel like Ramada. Great experience.

The online pics do not match the rooms, owner is aware of this. I ended up getting a refund and choosing another hotel. Very rundown, not a good value!

I got my credit card statement and on it, super 8 cranbrook added an extra 150 dollars above our regular rate of 120 dollars. When we called to ask what it was they said it was for smoking in our room, which we were not. They refuse to refund the 150 bucks, and I'm still trying to get my stolen 150 bucks back. Stay away from this place.

Very ordinary, but good value. Decent breakfast, staff was friendly and helpful. Room came with a fridge and microwave which was useful. Only downside was construction occuring at time of our stay (building new pool) which started early in the morning.
