EDIT: went into the facility in person, booked a room and things were better. Perhaps there was a bit of a language barrier. The front desk clerk was kind in person, and easy to work with.

From the moment we stepped through the front doors, we knew we were in for a special stay. It is rare to find a hotel that perfectly balances top-tier professionalism with genuine, heartfelt warmth.

We booked a family suite which ended up being perfect for our family. Our room had a surprise secret room and our kids loved "hiding" in their room behind the bookcase.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were always friendly and professional.

This location is always clean and friendly. Have stayed here several times and always awesome.
Front desk always ready to help. Food program is again always well done. Location is perfect as well.

I had a wonderful stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Edmonton South. The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and well-maintained.

The rooms are pretty nice, very clean and had a a/c unit, which makes it nicer. Room sometimes smelt like cigarettes which is probably just the people next door.

Anna was fantastic. She was so helpful and welcoming to make our stay memorable. Would definitely stay here again. Location was great.

Stayed here with others for a soccer tournament. Our family rented a king suite room.

We had an issue with our reservation due to a mistake we made, and we were very stressed because the hotel was already fully booked.

$100 cheaper than we paid for standard 2 queen room. Room was decent and mostly clean.

I really enjoyed my stay at Vampis hotel. I was there for work with colleagues. The hotel is close to amenities like Earls kitchen and smoothie store, quiet.

Our two room suite was quite dated in decor but there was plenty of space and overall the suite was very comfortable. Table for meals plus a separate desk to work at and plenty of plug ins.

Our room was beautiful, so perfect for our special occasion and stay. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.
It was clean, and we had access to everything we needed.

I stayed here recently and the room was a great size and very clean.
There were two large king beds with a fridge and kitchenette area.

The room was small for what I like. Had a king room with a pull out couch and thats all that fit in the room.

Thought the price was pretty steep for the quality of the hotel. Our stay included breakfast but it had to be ordered and we didn't have time to sit and order and wait for food to be prepared.

Stayed at Quality Inn West Edmonton and honestly had a really comfortable experience. The linen and pillows were great quality — super comfy and made it easy to sleep well.

The staff at the front desk were so friendly and helpful a total asset to your brand.

The rooms are fully equipped. Fridge, stove, microwave. Decent prices for downtown Edmonton. Staff was very accommodating, especially when we asked to stay longer in the samebroom.

Its an old apartment building, so each room was an apartment. So nice big spacious. Washer n dryer in every room. Only negatives is pillows suck.

My friends and I went to the main floor lounge tonight. We initially sat at the bar which honestly was not the greatest experience.

Me and my fiancée had an incredible experience at the JW Marriott Edmonton ICE District. The service was absolutely amazing.

Stayed here for several weeks while moving provinces for a new job. The staff were fantastic. Amazing free breakfast and social time meal. Big bonus. Would highly recommend.

The rooms were huge. The beds were so comfortable. Loved that it was a little off the main road so it was quieter. Less traffic noise.

The staff are very welcoming and will meet all your needs. The hotel in transition of being renovated, so have to expect bit of noise after 9-9:30 a. M. I didn’t mind work has to get done.

Some posts say rooms a bit dated, carpet I suppose but who cares! Comfortable beds, clean rooms, good free breakfast, friendly staff. They are upgrading 3rd floor. Nice hotel we'll stay here again.

Update — A year has almost passed since my unforgettable stay at the Dewberry. In this short time, they have remodeled the upstairs bathroom, added a stairwell lift to accommodate visitors.

We had a really great experience staying here. We were traveling with our pups and the staff greeted us with cookies for not only them, but for us as well, which was such a thoughtful touch.

We had a great stay at Doubletree.
Staff are friendly, professional and very helpful. Great breakfast that was included with our package.

Our stay at Fairmont Hotel Macdonald was the staycation we were looking for! Our anniversary and birthdays were the special occasions to excuse ourselves. Every moment was attentive and seamless.

My best girlfriends and I absolutely love Fairmont hotels, and Fairmont Hotel Macdonald never disappoints. The service and hospitality are always exceptional.

Deena delivered a continental breakfast experience that felt more like a five-star resort than a typical hotel offering.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The breakfast area was beautiful, spotless, and very welcoming, which made the morning even more enjoyable.

Room was good and spacious everything we needed microwave and fridge. Service was excellent all around. Front desk lady helped out grabbed plates for me tonight for my pizza too thank you.

Great location, friendly staff, very clean. Love how the room was set up. Some cons this new way of housekeeping sucks — it’s simply a cost cutting measure under the let’s go green.

Very impressed with this hotel, it was very clean in both the public spaces and our room.
The towels were nice and fluffy.

Just there this last saturday (may 09) as was attending the boxing event at the venue.
Fairly large group attending as we knew one of the guys boxing that night so we were all out to support.

I had an incredible stay at Element Hotel in Edmonton.

The hotel is amazing, it's very classy, clean and the location is great; the staff was nothing but friendly, helpful and polite.

Everything with the hotel was lovely, Lily was able to adjust our booking to an accessible room to accommodate my disabled sister. The breakfast was great & the staff member working was super helpful.

Very good hotel. Had a great continental breakfast. Only issue we had was a couple stains on our bedding but was not a huge deal.

All is perfect but the better is the service. Since the lady on reception (Sam, very friendly and good attitude all time, she always receive you with a smile. Iris the lady on the restaurant bar.

We had a wonderful experience thanks to our breakfast server Rowena. She greeted us with a warm smile, checked in at the perfect times, and made sure our food came out just the way we asked.

We hosted our wedding reception at Four Points by Sheraton, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish.

Our Christmas party 🎉 (110 people) was a great success! From the beginning when we started planning with Monia we received numerous menu options, and the food was well received by the whole group.

Just a quick 1 night stay, super close to our appt. Great value. Clean and modern rooms. The highlight of the stay was the sweetest woman that worked the breakfast, Mach.

I've stayed at this Holiday Inn multiple times and have always had a great experience. The food service team is amazing—friendly, attentive, and consistently provides excellent service.
