The beds are extremely comfortable. Staff seem friendly. Some aspects are starting ti show wear such as mildew and calcium staining around the seals in the bathroom.

Hotel was super clean. The pool was on the small side as well as the hot tube. The rooms were nice. It had a good free breakfast.

Horrible customer service I went into hotel a few months back to set some rooms aside for my wedding next year. After speaking to a girl at front desk and having everything set aside she told me her manager would call me and send me a contract to look over and sign well 2 weeks go by and I got nothing. So I called turns out they had wrong email address so I gave it to them again and I still got nothing. When I called back lady at front desk she told me everything was all set up now. In June I stop by hotel to look at a suite and explain I had set rooms aside for my wedding well turns out they have no reservation block booked for me and she told me her manager would call me Monday well no manager called me so I called them back and they still can't find reservation and told me manager will call me next day well that didn't happen ether still no call obviously this manager does a horrible job running there hotel guess my 80 guests will stay somewhere else.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Environmentally concisious which is always a plus. Great complimentary breakfast as well.

Everything is very clean and rates are reasonable. A breakfast is included and it's very well presented with lots of food and drink choices. Staff is helpful and friendlyWe highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again!

I am teaching a class at Microtel, the rooms are large, clean, and well supplied. The staff is really friendly and helpful. And the suite I was staying in was clean and comfortable.

Great breakfast. Rooms are clean beds nice. Waterslide and hot tub nice additions wish they were open past 10

I stay here every time I make the trip to AB. The showers in the room are great! Rooms are normal rooms for the price range. Very clean with a TV and a fridge. I forgot my toothpaste on one occasion and the front desk had my back. Ive never used the pool, so I cant comment on that. Its pet friendly. The staff are great and always ready to help. I just wish there was a bigger breakfast spread!

I was checked in with no problems at all the staff was always friendly and helpful, The beds are real comfortable with a lots of pillows, if you’re going for a shhhhhh vacation go somewhere else because this is a popular spot for hockey teams and kids are full of energy but they do eventually go to bed, the breakfast was good it is what it is and to be quite honest if you’re looking for a home cooked meal I’d say go find the shhhhhh vacation spot because this breakfast reminds me of a holiday inn breakfast, all in all I will stay here again it’s a good value for a good sleep and a good meal. Shhhhhhh I’m trying to sleep.

Worst front desk staff I have ever seen in my life. Have 3 rooms and been here over a week. Not once is there anyone at the front desk. They are always in the office behind the front desk on there phones. You can ask and ask but they don’t even pay attention to you. Very ignorant in my eyes. Don’t think I would ever stay here again.

The electronic front doors didnt work for the whole 3 days we were there. We had to pry open the doors with our hands. We checked in. Left our stuff in our room. We had the handicap room for some reason. There was a medical chair in the shower we had to take out. It was kinda gross. We left. Came back our key didn't work. We went to our families room next door and called the front desk. She said the maintenance man lives 30 minutes away and she'll call him. We heard the phone in our room ring TWO TIMES. WE CANT GET IN OUR ROOM! HOW CAN WE ANSWER THE PHONE? WHY DIDNT SHE CALL MY CELL PHONE? We called down to the desk from the room next door. She said there is no maintenance man coming and can't fix the door. She asked if we wanted to be let into our room?! … duh. She came with the master key to let us in. But we couldn't leave because we didnt have a key to get back in. We had to wait til the next day when it could be fixed. There was an unknown splatter on one wall too. Gross. The fixtures are falling apart. Wet paint sign on a garbage can for 3 days. The breakfast was ok. The pool was closed for maintenance during open hours… they let donair coupons be put under the doors. Arms full of luggage, we went to check out and the front desk person couldnt even be bothered to help us open the electronic doors to get out crappy service. We wont be back.

Not a bad room. Breakfast want amazing but there is worse out there. Pretty average hotel.

Clean… quiet… and fantastic cookies up front at the service desk. I can't give it 5 stars because that would be perfect and as far as perfect I didn't feel that it was like entering into Valhalla the resting place of the god's either. Just a another nice hotel.

Really good facility with nice gym & pool. They have everything they advertise & all in very good condition!

The place was clean but I feel they missed the mark with paper thin walls, a small pool and water slide and the same old breakfast. The HVAC system blows right into your face while you are trying to sleep with no directional control. The developers had an opportunity to set themselves away from the pack but unfortunately just provided a similar choice to all the others.

Microtel rarely lets a person down. They have great breakfast and clean modern rooms. Its always a good pic.

Good hotel. I stay at a lot of hotels, and I have no complaints. Also, last 2 stays here, soups on in lobby, great for fall.

Very clean and comfortable. Located near main roads so commuting is easy. Free breakfast and the shower is amazing.

Do not stay here if you are looking for a vacation with sleep! Noise travel is excessive. We were awoken by 2 wake up calls next door, 7 cell phone calls on vibrate that were loud enough we thought they were in our own room… over the course of 1.5 hours starting before 5 am. We could also hear the gentleman next door clearing his throat most of the night. We will not be return visitors. A piece of advice to management — when collecting data on whether guests are staying for business or pleasure, consider separating the two on different floors or sections of the hotel. Room was clean but sleep was nonexistant.

The room was beautiful and clean. The people working were great and the free breakfast was better than most hotels.

Located just on the outskirts of Alberta, close to the highway. Rooms are clean and equipped with microwave and refrigerator. Pool and hot tub and a breakfast room.

Very easy location to get to being on the east side of town. Clean and new rooms. Friendly staff would recommend staying again.

Overall good experience. Very nice front desk staff, great rate, and free upgrade due to my wyndham membership. Only downside was the AC unit kept kicking in every 15 minutes while I slept, waking me up. Not in the greatest location (directly next to the bed).
