We had a wonderful experience here for our wedding weekend. My husband and I booked a room in 2019 before our planned 2020 wedding. After the shutdown, The Falcon Crest was flexible and accommodating when we needed to reschedule and change our plans for 2021. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond with my husband’s “honeymoon surprise. ”
During our stay there, all of the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They supported us anyway they could and were professional with the covid restrictions that were in place. If we ever need a place to stay in Canmore again, we will for sure be staying at the Falcon Crest.

We were received very warmly.
The rooms are spotless.
Outstanding service.
We will go back.

Large room with full kitchen, great location, easy walk to downtown. Customer service is really good, always very friendly and helpful.

I’ve been there twice now and wouldn’t hesitate to go again. The rooms are nice, balconies are great with spectacular views. I’ve had the court side view of the hot tube which is nice to visit with your neighbours on your deck or the mountain side where you’re more isolated and can enjoy the beautiful scenery, fresh snow on the mountains❄️⛰
They could use better lighting though as I found it dark, especially in the bathrooms.

I feel that when the outdoor hot tubs are down you should call and give people an opportunity to change reservations to a different time. The hot tub is one of the major draw and they aren’t working. We are very disappointed.

Rooms are beautiful and well appointed. Front desk staff are amazing! Matt went out of his way to accommodate us after I screwed up the reservation. We will definitely be back!

The rooms are comfortable and spacious enough. Has all the basic needs. Love that there is a barbecue grill.

Nice, comfortable rooms with gas fireplace and grill in the deck. Great views and several fun places to eat within a 5 minute walk.

Nice room, feels like a studio apartment. Kitchen and dining area are useful for cooking meals. There are two hot tubs, a main floor restaurant, and underground parking. They don't like you making noise after 11 though.

We did a four night stay. The resort is within walking distance to town (20 minutes). Which is a good way of working up an appetite. Walking trails are all linked within the confines of Canmore. Staff were most helpful and professional. Our room faced the Three Sister's mountains. Unfortunately due to the B. C. Fires they were obscured by smoke until the morning we departed. The resort offers movie's for viewing in room. Plus they provide Kirkland brand popcorn for free.

We went there for my spouse birthday to visit Banff park. It was a beautiful condo and we loved listening to the rain while we grilled and ate on the deck. The staff were all helpful and friendly. We bought our parks passes right from the front desk and charged them to the room, which was super convenient. Great views from our windows, deck and the hot tub in the west side of the property. The only caution I would give is the underground parking is very tight, so be careful pulling in and out.

Staff was very helpful, especially those at the front desk. Great view outside of the hotel, and there is a trail nearby that is easy to walk and has some beautiful views. Great amenities too.

This place is fabulous! My husband and I spent a weekend here celebrating our anniversary. The staff was very kind and welcoming. The room was awesome and the view from our rooms balcony was absolutely stunning! We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely place with great view of the mountains from our balcony. The staff were all really friendly. We stayed here during our honeymoon and they very kindly gave us a complimentary small bottle of wine and some free chocolates. They also let us check in early and check out late. The kitchen was well-equipped although the dishwasher needed rinse aid which wasn't provided. We loved having the BBQ on the private balcony and we made good use of it using groceries from the nearby Safeway. We also rented a couple of good DVDs for free from reception. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to try out the hot tubs. The shower in our room was very good. All in all, a lovely suite and we'd definitely stay here again.

Great place with nice rooms. Very hard couches and bed though. Sleep in quite a few hotels and these were firmer then most. Staff are ok but seems to have a high turn over rate so they are pretty clueless. Rooms were very nicely outfitted though. Would have been five stars if the staff were more experienced and beds were decent.

Clean, comfortable, good staff. Surrounded my the mountains. Fresh air and sunny days. We had a suite that came with everything needed to cook breakfast or dinners. Many very good restaurants in Canmore, just a short drive to main street, or a pleasant walk through the trails along a winding stream. Highly recomend a stay with the Falcon Crest Lodge.

We got the suite at FCL AND very pleased. Nice clean space, well equipped kitchen with all the basic necessities, and a comfortable bed. Amazing shower with several heads. Very pleased with our stay and can't wait to come back.

Room was nice. However when we arrived the bathroom kinda smelt like poo, however after running the fan for a bit with the door closed it seemed to clear it out. Also the hot tub was luke warm at best. Everything else was good though. Heated underground parking is a nice touch.

Amazing experinces. Been here twice and had nothing but great service. The staff is amazing and so helpful. The kitchen is excellent, just wished they had olive oil in it. The bed was perfect. Hot tub could be a bit hotter. Overall I can't wait to stay here again.

We have made the perfect choice! An indescribable view in a spacious apartment with BBQ and fireplace, full equipped kitchen, plus the underground parking and super friendly staff. It has been far beyond our expectations!

The building is nice enough looking, as are the rooms but the building is built like a regular home so you hear your neighbors, people walking down the hallway, flushing the toilet etc. Beds and pillows are terrible. You're much better off staying at a holiday inn or some such place understand how to build a hotel for what it needs to be, a quiet comfortable place to sleep. Falcon Crest is none of these and very pricey to boot.

We stayed at the falcon crest for 4 days and it was a nice, updated and well kept hotel. My only complaint was that our room came with a dishwasher and some plates and cutlery, and some of the cutlery was dirty upon arrival. Some of the cutlery also looked worn and as if they were beginning to rust. Underground parking was nice and they even had bike and ski storage for no extra cost which was really nice since we were there to ski. Just bring your own lock for the storage because front desk ran out of locks when we were there. TLDR; Pros: Nice rooms underground parking ski and bike storage cons: Could have washed the cutlery a bit better and possibly even changed it out for a newer set.

Lovely Condo, very modern, has a huge hot tub and very scenic view of the 3 sisters mountain.

My husband and I booked our little weekend getaway at the FCL and are SO glad we did. We will definitely be returning. Not only was the staff incredibly kind and courteous, but they also upgraded our room. The rooms were spotless and the beds were very comfy. We can’t wait to return again soon!

I am so happy here… Emily has helped me with movies and advice on places to explore… and Terry went above and beyond to save the day when I had no butter for a huge pre shred breakfast. the accommodations were fantastic… and the staff made it even better. life… has been good here.

Friendly staff, excellent service. The rooms are equipped with everything you need and are always clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to vacation in the Rocky Mountains.

The front desk staff were great. The resort was clean, tidy, and quite modern. The king bed, extremely comfortable, and in our two bedroom, two bathroom suite, we had EVERY amenity possible. Full kitchen, with utensils, plate ware, glassware, pots, pans, knives, even a dishwasher. We had a fireplace, gas BBQ, washer/dryer, and 3 flatscreens, all with Netflix. There were abundant closets, bath robes and a safe as well. We could have stayed for a month if time permitted. We will be back:)

We found this place when my wife was searching for lodge to stay overnight over the weekend and surprisingly the price was on sale. We didn't expect much of the lodge but when we arrived, the staff at the reception area was so helpful. We entered the room and we were surprised that there is a complete kitchen set up plus dishwasher. Not to mention the fireplace is added bonus plus terrace with a very nice backdrop of rockies. We tried there outside hut tub even it is — 22 that night! Nice experience! Overall, 5 stars!

Beautiful views of the mountains. We had a great stay at falcon crest. I would recommend anyone to stay there. Had a kitchenette with all the utensils you would need. A balcony with a BBQ and the natural gas fireplace made it cozy. Close to canmore and not far from Banff and the ski hills.

It's our second staying in here during our last 3 skiing holidays. Very nice hotel, clean and cosy. The Vietnamese restaurant by the reception is my favourite restaurant in town. The food is authentic and reasonable price.

Very nice lodge with a great view of the mountains. We start for three nights and we're very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great modern rooms, with very nice showers and bathtubs. I would stay again.

I have stayed here before but this is our first time back since the renovations. The hotel looks great and is very comfortable to stay in — comfy beds (even the sofa pullout), awesome shower, very clean. Lots of kitchenware provided in the kitchenette. Nice heated underground parking with car wash included. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was very clean and super cozy! There are two outdoor hot tubs that are spacious. Staff was very friendly as well. Would easily return!

The room and the view were beautiful. The staff was awesome, particularly Norman working the front desk. He was super friendly, and very tentative. My overall stay and weekend was amazing.

The room was amazing and staff was very friendly and helpful. The kitchen was fully stocked with almost everything you would need to cook a meal in the room. No complaints with cleanliness either. A+ and well worth the stay.

Last night we stayed here, I have to say I love this hotel as much as I love Banff National Park. The room is clean, well designed, very modern. I love the brand new kitchen, GE appliances, in room washer and dryer, so convenient for travelers. I highly recommend this hotel if anyone come to Banff! The staff are nice, too.

This is my fourth time staying at Falcon Crest Lodge. Once again, I am very pleased with everything. Will definitely be staying again.

Very nice place. Located well in Canmore and we had the view of the the sisters peak. Service was great. Good clean place well maintained.

Quite Cozy Clean Suites. Well equipped and organized. Did not realize that some rooms have a fantastic view of the mountains. Be sure to make a request for one. The iconic 3 Sisters mountain is visible from a few rooms. Some plug points were not working, perhaps a check by housekeeping can stop a complaint. It wasn't a show stopper. Another suggestion is to leave instructions on how to start the dishwasher or reset the delayed start will be helpful. The staff are very courteous and friendly.

Upon our arrival, we were upgraded to a one bedroom suite and it was beautiful! The staff was so very accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience.

This place is awesome! We've had outstanding customer service while here. The rooms are very nice. The garage is heated (not all that relevant since it's been warm while we've been here, but a nice touch in the winter! ), and the amenities are top notch. This hotel, as well as the CLIQUE by the Calgary Airport, have both been fantastic experiences! Would stay again. Would recommend.

Three of us stayed in the condos which have a kitchen. The room was beautiful. In a room for 3+ people they could have had more kitchen items such as plates, glasses, cups etc. Also, when we requested extra pillows they miss heard the room number and never brought them. We had to call them again to have them delivered just as we were going to bed. The pillows were awful, you'd think for such an expensive place they would have high-end pillows, no such luck. The building was very quiet and the AC also so the temperature could be kept very comfortable. Despite the awful pillows I still had a really good sleep. We didn't try one of the two hot tubs as we went to the Hot Springs but they looked fun.

Mountain view queen suite has a fantastic view of the mountains. Suite was clean, nicely appointed, with gas fireplace & private deck w/grill & plenty of for 2. Fairly convenient for walking access to downtown if you're a walker.

Great place to stay. Beautiful place with very helpful staff! Highly recommend them.

This post has been edited* I had originally had a bad experience with the service, but the GM Cory had reached out to me. Cory was very apologetic & eager to rectify the issue that I had. I am happy to see how committed they are in providing a positive experience. Overall I am satisfied with the how things were dealt with,, & am looking forward to my next stay. The lodge is quite a nice venue.

Very lovely place. We stayed in their suit and it came with a full kitchen, fireplace, washing and drying machines. Very nice place to be for a long vacation. We also had access to a Napoleon grill!

The room could not have been better. The suite was large enough to be a condo. The price was great for the location and room. Service was impeccable as the fireplace was not working correctly and the woman from the front desk spent 10 minutes fixing it & did. A+ service & A+ room/location.

The reorst was nice and the staff were friendly. Giving 3 stars because we booked the room 8 months ago requesting 2 queen beds. The resort had recently undergone construction and they no longer had a room with 2 queen beds. We were not told about this in advance and only found out after we had checked into our rooms. Better communication would have been nice.

Everyone working here has been great and helpful and the amenities have been even better than expected. The only part that has been remotely troublesome was parking to get checked in. Being able to find a parking spot in order to get checked in was ridiculously difficult, but has been made up for almost entirely by everything else.

Can't say enough good things. We booked thru Expedia for 1 bedroom and upgraded to 2 bdrm. Roomy. Great location. Lovely town. Great mid way point b/t Lake Louise and Calgary. Clean rooms. Stocked kitchen. Incredible mountain view of 3 sisters and others. Balcony with BBQ and ashtray for banished smokers. Front desk personnel there 24/7 and tend to your every need. Free movies. Free popcorn. Free use of park pass (this is huge). Free underground parking. Free underground car pressure washer (much needed). Two hot tubs. GREAT Vietnamese restaurant on premises. Pho noodle soup was delicious. Would definitely stay again.

Did an overnight stay. The place was clean and cozy and we were satisfied with our stay. Did not use the amenities so cannot comment on them.

Excellent service, gorgeous if slightly dark room and they looked after us well upgrading with lovely bottle of wine and chocolates for our honeymoon.

What a great hotel, absolutely caters to skiers. They keep the hot tub around a 100F so you can sit it in for at least an hour and the clerks offered us red solo cups to go along with it! The hotel also borrowed us park passes so we didn't need to buy them every day (10$/person per day). Excellent little Vietnamese restaurant in the hotel and the heated underground parking was amazing for those early morning starts. For all the amenities and excellent service I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed for 2 nights, Staff was extremely friendly and willing to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Rooms were very clean and accomodating, not sure I have see a hotel with as many pillows as this one, nice large fluffy pillows not flattened out pieces of foam. A little birthday note for my wife was left with some chocolates when they found out it was a Birthday trip. Nice touch! 10 stars in my book.

Stayed in the king suite. Very nice. Pros: We were able to check in 3 hours early at no charge. King bed was very comfortable pillow top mattress. Bedding was amazing, was not standard. Good size TV in the bedroom and the living room. Nice BBQ on deck. DVD selection at the front counter. Super amazing staff, all of them. So helpful and nice they were amazing. One of them even called our room to see if we needed anything. Also they have a laptop you can use. That was helpful. Full kitchen will all items you could need. Washer and dryer. Newer items in the room such alarm clock with usb port. DVD player that you could move from living room to the bedroom, vice versa. Lots of parking. Cons: Parking lot was a bit difficult to get into and out of. Fridge was a small fridge would have been nice to be full size. One hot tub was out of commission and construction was being done. Was loud so that was really inconvenient. Hotel was good about it though. Wi-Fi was intermittent and didn't always work. When working on the laptop it could be painful waiting for things to load. Living room furniture is just ok, not very comfortable. Overall great hotel and would definitely come back.

Reception staff were accomodating and eager to please and the room was just a little less than perfect. There were a few white splashes on the bathroom vanity cupboard which I don't feel are acceptable and then there was the fact that you were unable to relax on the lounge sofa because it was so hard and there were no cushions that could have made it more comfortable. Other than that it was a very nice place but sometime's it's the little things that make a stay comfortable.

Nice rooms, bathrooms are great. Cook In the room or out on The deck on the BBQ. Always stay here when in Canmore.
